Absolutely LOVE this target optical! This is actually the only place I have ever came back again for my eye care needs and I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else!Roy especially is beyond helpful when I go in! I have always wanted to wear contacts but had a fear of touching my eye. He VERY patiently helped me get the hang of it, and boy did that take awhile!

I went to get contacts,got just a regular eye exam. Couldnt get contacts because their computer wouldnt pull me up at the insurance company site. I was told to call the insurance company and see how they were to bill,Im sorry but I feel thats their job not not mine thats why they get the big bucks. At least in my normal way of thinking thats the stores job or should be in the real world. I spent 2 hrs on the phone with my insurance company,they kept explaining that I was in their system and couldnt figure out why the optical store couldnt find it. So when I called the insurance company back they suggested another place just down around the corner. Guess what they had no problem finding me and my policy,well Monday I go get my contacts from the other place.

My husband and I had an excellent experience, the staff was helpful and Dr Root gave us thorough exams.

Very friendly and helpful

Im not a frequent visitor of optometrists and only tend to go when Im out of contacts and my prescription is expired. Rory at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. He explained the store price matches (which they did) so I was able to get the cost of online contacts without the wait for shipping. The doctor was efficient and professional; he was able to answer all questions I had.

The Dr was very nice and was very pleased with his services. BUT, there are two guys on the desk One that was really nice, helped us out with placing the order for my glasses and information needed. However, the other guy, short white guy, was not even close to nice. Very rude. Because his attitude we decided not to purchase the contacts and asked for the prescription. He literally printed and threw it on the counter. Wasnt even educated to give it to us or just place it on the counter. Not going back.

Open 7 days a week for glasses and contacts unlike other optical shops. Doctor on site as well most days.

Caitlyn was very patient and kind whole through the process while I was having hard time making up my mind. She also provided the very sincere and helpful feedback for the glasses I was wondering over. Exceptional customer service!
