Lol- but in all fairness, I think the bathroom is meant to be for the workers and not the clients. The guys here are A+ though and you will be happy with their work. I guarantee that!

Went in to have my starter fixed and paid over $500 to have them put in new starter. New starter has died a month later and when i took my car to another mechanic they made me aware that the starter that was placed in my car was not a new one. Come to find out this place makes you pay for new parts and puts in old used parts instead. Complete rip off and waste of money. To add to the fact i actually took my car here multiple times and every time i left there was a new problem. Avoid coming here, i promise.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I brought my car here and they took NEW parts off my car and replaced them with OLD ONES!! Took my car to a different mechanic and they said these guys are KNOWN for this. Wish I had known earlier. HORRIBLE.

I am always wary of new autorepair shops. I am new to the area and went to this place for an issue with my car. He was very prompt and honest.he fixed the issue in one day and price was alao very reasonable . We wanted to get a tune up but he told us that tune up was not needed. Where would you fond such an honest person? Highly recommended.

I took my BMW E90 330i in for repair recently, and am satisfied with the work done. Everyone knows what they’re doing, they are incredibly efficient and excellent communicators. I am excited knowing that if I have any issues with my BMW, I can simply take it here. Their labor charges are very fair, in fact, lower than most places I’ve been to. Keep up the good work!!

Chad is a super guy. So kind and professional and I don’t think his prices can be beat. Was in here for 2013 BMW X5 air springs and he did work the same day and at about 60% of what the dealer was going to charge me.

My family and I all go to Chads for our vehicles. We have been going for several years as well. He and Jose are outstanding individuals. Jose even offered me a ride home when my car was being worked on. Chad is honest and extremely reasonable with prices! What else can I say, youd be crazy not to have Chad as your mechanic! An honest mechanic, I have used Chads Auto for the three past years fairly priced and is a great person to boot. The only shame is his shop is to small to handle more business. Chad is always reachable and calls back. no reason to go anywhere else.

Excellent service

A few weeks ago I took my Volvo in to check my PVC valve . I asked Chad to check my brakes because the Volvo dealership had told me weeks before that I needed brakes. Guess what? Chad told me that I DID NOT need brakes at this time and that they were at 50%.

These guys definitely deserve more positive reviews for the honest and quality work they offer. I came in to get a resonator welded onto my exhaust and while most shops quoted me over 2hrs of labor, Chads had me out the door in 30mins. My only regret was not coming here sooner and saving myself hours of headache at all the other local shops I visited.

Chad has worked on all of my cars. He not only has worked on them, he cares about them and for them. He is courteous and friendly. He has always had answers to my questions, also ready with advice. I am happy call him my mechanic and friend.

I take 3 vehicles to Chads Auto Repair. Best mechanic in the area. I have a Ford F-150, Ford Mustang, and Nissan Altima. Has always offered the best advice and service for all of my vehicles. I recommend all my friends and family here.

I came back after a year to check what other reviews others left. It is a shame everyone who comes here is leaving a good review, and they dont even know what hackjobs are being done to their cars. This place is the most shady shop I have ever seen. I used to take two of my volvos here. On my one car, I found a random parts boxed that was shoved under my air filter restricting airflow and was the cause of the vehicle not idling right. On my other car, Chads shop used a ZIP TIE, to fix my shift cable. I was charged for the replacement of the cable too. It broke, leaving my car stuck in 5th gear, and I was stranded. The shop also put in used coil packs when I paid for new ones. This shop is a bunch on con artists, who are ripping you all off and you all dont have the knowledge to understand.

Great service. Their work is top quality, Chad really knows what he is doing and is very trustworthy. I have had him and his guys work f many of my vehicles from economy to SUV to Off-road, and he knows what he is doing, and has never run up the bill or over estimated the work or the bill.The only mechanic in SNJ that I trust.
