We left a $1000.00 deposit 7/30/2021m to order a nautilus with salesperson Maurice Missick. He said it would be 6 to 8 weeks. Time went by and no one called 6 to 8 weeks later. I tried to reach Maurice but it took a call to the sales manager Carlos. When we then found out the vehicle was not even scheduled yet. He said he would make sure its scheduled for 2022 model instead and that it would be quick because we would have priority or he would issue a refund. In fact he told us even if we went ahead with the new order we could cancel the order and get our refund. This was in September. Fast forward we did not get any updates and needed to upgrade our older truck. We purchased a new truck at a different dealership off the lot on Oct 8th. We than contacted Carlos Santos via email explaining we would like to cancel the order and get our refund he replied no problem he would have Maurice call us. Of course Maurice did not call so I called him he said he would call us the next day at noon to issue credit on our card.. In keeping with his track record we did not get a call. I emailed Carlos again and have not received a reply or call. We have never had this type of poor experience with a dealership.
Laurie is a great service advisor, she listened throughout the process was patient as well. After a couple of months of browsing paying multiple visits. Not once was I pressured or sleazy sales tactics were used. The purchasing process is smooth and transparent. No gimmicks no tricks. What you agree is what you pay. Laurie also took the time to explain the features of the Lincoln app and of the car. Overall smooth experience. Highly recommend.
The team here was decent, BUT the sales Manager Carlos... He was SO RUDE, pushing for me to make a choice, because Im a women!!!??Acting like I didnt know anything! Even talking slower when discussing the cars and vans, It was so horrible!When we got to his office he just would rant on how he runs the place and no one else here would be able to help even after asking for someone else!! Refusing saying he knows best! What an ego!! Never coming back!!

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. The service department is by far a negative star review. Allegedly fixed a short in my $105k black label navigator. Only for it to happen again and leave us stranded an hr away. No management personnel available to speak. Stay away from this dealer and their service department. Incompetence is at an all time high.

Update: I was promised 2 months ago by the Parts and Service Manager(Bruce) that I would reimbursed for damage that they caused to my Navigator. I have still as of this day received no reimbursement, and have had to proceed to writing to corporate. This is the absolute worst service department. STAY AWAY at all costs.Review:Do not waste your time bringing your vehicle to the Coconut Creek Lincoln Service Center. They are not able to follow any instructions whatsoever.I specifically requested my Navigator not be put through the car wash as the last time they put my vehicle through their wash, I had multiple scratches on the hood. I had since paid to get those buffed out and had the whole vehicle ceramic coated since then. When I scheduled service this time, I made sure to mention twice to the service agent to not put it through the wash. I also repeated the request again to the valet who picked the vehicle up this morning. Did they follow these instructions? Not at all. They put my Navigator through their automatic wash which completely ruins ceramic coatings.Also, one of my main concerns was a light on the driver side door panel that had random flickering and then turned off by itself. I even put tape around the light to show exactly what I was talking about. I received conflicting information on whether or not this was functioning when I called in to check on the status of the vehicle. Of course when the vehicle was returned to me, nothing at all was fixed even though they told me it was fixed.I will not be purchasing a Lincoln in the future if this is the incompetence that I have to deal with from my local service center. I dont have the time to bring it in to a farther dealership.You can ignore their generic reply to this about wanting to regain trust and leaving the main 1-800 number to call back at. I have called multiple times and nobody has a clue who I am supposed to be talking to. STAY AWAY from this dealership and service department.
Absolutely fantastic car buying experience. Paul, Carlos, and Jeff provided amazing service. We have owned many Mercedes and GMC vehicles but Coconut Creek Lincoln was Incredible!! It was definitely the BEST buying experience ever!! Their personal service and knowledge of their Team was exceptional. We will definitely be returning back for additional vehicle purchases. My Lincoln hybrid suddenly started getting less than half the mpg that it was getting. I brought it in for service. First the service agent kept insisting that nothing is wrong even though it obviously is. Then the mechanic starts yelling, and i do mean actually yelling, at me that there is no reason for what I was describing. But if I leave the car for a week they will look at it. So I just left and will never go back.

I used Lincolns valet service to pick up my car and bring it in for service. A beautiful loaner car was provided. My car was picked up in the morning and returned to me in the early afternoon expertly serviced and to my surprise it was washed making it look like a brand new car! I was very pleased with the way that I was treated by the Coconut Creek Lincoln dealer and would certainly use them again when Im ready to get my next car.

REVISED FOR EXCELLENT BODY SHOP / COLLISION CENTER (EXCELLENT)I would have given this Mitsubishi dealership five stars just a few years ago. Unfortunately, the owners chose to expand and expand and put another dealership next to it and another one and another one and another one and they have let the Mitsubishi dealership become less and less attractive. They hardly have any selection of vehicles and their mechanics prices are way too high.The service from both the sales people and the shop is very lacking. They show little; to no motivation, most of them are unfriendly and do not give you the feeling that youre important or that theyre there to help you. I have bought six new Mitsubishi cars from the dealership but I dont believe Ill ever buy another one there.*** I should have mentioned this in my original review! The Body Shop here is phenomenal! My car had a recall several years ago because of flaws in the paint job when it was new so they had to completely repaint my car. I expected to get it back looking not so good and it looked perfect! It looked as good or better than new. They can fix small items, large items, replace bumpers, etc.EVERYTHING they do matches perfectly! There are no swirl marks, its a nice deep paint job and a great clear coat.The people are knowledgeable, the service and prices are excellent and very reasonable. ***

Tina was excellent and the service was all fine except for the complimentary car wash, which was way below par. I had black marks on the hood from squashed June bugs, and clearly no one made the slightest effort to remove them, instead choosing to let me believe that paid detail work would be necessary to do so. Well, a few days later during a rainstorm, I wiped them all off myself with a bath towel--and since Im barely 52 and didnt climb onto the car to get at the center of the hood, clearly nothing by way of elbow grease was required to do so. Since my family has been customers for decades, I think we deserved better.

He was more of a help than your typical car salesman as he explained the different options and was very knowledgeable He was there to assist me in purchasing the car that worked best for me instead of trying to pressure me . His manager was also very helpful as well. This is the second car that I have purchased from this dealership and was happy the first time and happy the second time. I will refer others to this dealership. Wont mention names but another Mitsubishi dealership called me after going to True Value and told me that they have a red lancer at another location and they will ship it it but I better show up with a deposit. I just brought in my 2017 Outlander Sport for an oil change, and the customer-facing representative was amazing. Rita greeted both myself and my wife kindly as we pulled in, and had a smile and reassuring manner the whole process. We felt welcomed and very pleased with the overall process. The oil change took a bit longer than expected, but nothing major. I think Rita is the right choice for the role, I didnt get to interact with the rest of the staff but she definitely made a great impression on us. Well be back for our next maintenance!

I purchased my 2016 MKZ Hybrid Certified in November of 2018 - I noticed a slight squeak in the left front wheel area on occasion. I figured I would have it looked at on my first oil change. Well, Wednesday, 4/2/19 I dropped my children off at school and on my way to work, the same left tire area became extremely loud. Sounded like metal on metal grinding. I was fortunate to be near the Coconut Creek Lincoln Dealership. I met with Tina the service agent for Lincoln and was astonished at how polite and accommodating she was. I was in and out of there within an hour with a 2018 loaner MKC and on my way. When I dropped off the loner after the car was fixed the Lincoln service department was closed, but i was able to pick my car up at Hyundai. I happened to ask a Hyundai Service person for some help and it turned out to be a good call. Carlos sprang into action like a super hero. No joke, he said let me help you and walked me from Lincoln to Hyundai and had my paperwork ready at the cashier. Then said let me get your car for you. When It came out, he took it to get a wash and then followed up with me to make sure everything went smooth. Genuinely seemed to care about my experience at the dealership. Thanks Carlos!! -- Not over yet, when I got my bill I was shocked to find out I was not covered on my bumper to bumper warranty. They could have rated me a two star at this point, but handled it like true professionals. Mike the Hyundai service manager met with me and cleared things up immediately. I have to say, my experience could have gone from great to terrible, but ended up being one of the most surprising encounters. I left the dealership thinking, I need to share how fantastic these people are. Thank you Mike, Carlos and Tina! I hope you are all recognized for your outstanding service and professionalism. Purchased a Outlander from them about a month ago and got a pretty good deal. Until a couple of weeks later I find out from my bank that the price wasnt what I agreed on with the dealership. As a retired veteran, I was promised a $500 reduction in price. I had to remind Anthony Oliviero and the finance guy (forgot his name), but they agreed and I signed for that price. Now that there is an issue, Anthony doesnt want to help. I will make my way back to the dealership to sort it out but I know this is not how you take care of customers. Especially when you offer an incentive to military members and then dont follow through. I would not recommend buying from this dealership.

I bought an Eclipse from the Coconut Creek Mitsubishi dealership over 5 years ago and just wanted to say that to this day, I am still beyond happy with the service and experience my family and I had with salesman Jorge Torres. He recently contacted me, knowing that my lease was over to see if Id like to come in to your store for a new Mitsubishi. He was as friendly as always, and I like that he keeps on top of his customers.Speaking from the customers standpoint - and I can honestly say I have never said this about another salesman before - Jorge was one of the nicest, easiest people I to do business with that I have ever met, and he made my family and I Mitsubishi believers!

Mitsubishi, at this dealership is the WORST!! They will take you for every dime you have. I bought a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer from them for $23,000.00 and I wish I could go back in time and not have bought from them. First off I had an rear end collision from a 14 kid joy riding his dads car about 1 year after I bought the car. The dads insurance payed for it to be fixed wherever I wanted, so of course I brought it to the dealer, expecting there to be new parts painted and put back onto the car in its original state. They basically used all old parts to save them costs, when they should have ordered me new parts. My car is still not fully fixed. The bumper still hangs. They glued pieces on turn signal lights, fender connectors,when they should have had brand new pieces with snaps to reconnect the parts to the car. IDIOTS . There service department is the worst. I just went in again to replace a piece that was covered under Manufacturer Power Train Warranty, Which by the way was like pulling teethe to get them to cover it. Well while they fixed the bushing they cracked my air intake box while the work was done. NOW I need tyo buy an aftermarket cold air intake from someone else because they want $800.00 to replace the crap factory one THAT THEY BROKE it was fine before I brought it for the warranty part. It has been hell on earth for me at this dealership. Please for the love of GOD!! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR OR USE ANY OTHER SERVICE FROM THEM!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE> Oh and by the way the owner will always be too busy to talk to you about how poor his business takes care of customers. I am done with them. They will never get another dime out of me.

I am giving her 5 stars. My quibble is with the bad signs pointing to Lincoln They were misleading and of course the parking was terrible.
I bought a Mitsubishi Galant 2012 with .2 miles on it. It is now 2018 December and my car only has 58 k miles on it. Hardly drive the car.So now at 58 thousand miles my transmission needs to be replaced. This being said I will never buy another Mitsubishi and dont recommend any one buy one.

I bought a new car in there several month ago. It went well except it took way too long. Now that I try to go back and have some minor issues fixed, I get really rude attitude from the sales manager who would not return calls and literally yell at me when I call him. Would not recommend buying here. They have no respect for the customer what so ever. Another interesting thing - I was asked multiple times to leave positive reviews on google by several sales people on the day I was buying the car - is that how those good reviews appear for this dealer?

We recently purchased a Lincoln MKC and had the pleasure of working with Christian Urena who did an outstanding job for us.
BEWARE! Do youre homework because these people will try to rip you off. They tried to charge me 6k more for a new car, the price for a higher model. The sales person who tried to pull a fast one was Jorge. When I went the next day to pick it up, I refused and demanded my keys to my trade-in. The manager tried to bully me and told me I signed the paperwork. Like Im an idiot who didnt know that since I hadnt taken possession of the vehicle the paperwork was garbage. When I pushed back I was told I wasnt getting my car keys back. Heres the thing, you try to bully me and i get pissed. I was ready to make a scene that would have had the other potential buyers run. When the manager realized that, he walked away, had me sit 15 minutes and then called me into his office. All of a sudden its kiss a$$ time, apologizing and offering me the price I found on True Car and additional $ for my trade-in. The messed up part, this dealership is part of True Cars list to offer the price they provide. Ill admit I was ready to walk away but I ended up taking it because it was the exact car I was looking to purchase. This happened over a year ago but I dont want anyone to go through what I did. Plus as a woman I felt this was deliberate and no woman should have to be ripped off or bullied. While I made out on the deal it ruined my car buying experience. I would suggest the dealership in Davie as the gentleman I spoke to the night before was very helpful, unfortunately he didnt have what I wanted in stock. I wish I still had his name to provide. Definitely use True Car to protect your money.

My 91 year old father in law took his 2007 mercury milan in for the airbag recall. They replaced it and then the next day the airbag light came on. Now theyre telling him $1700 to fix it. As he will say what a bunch of crooks!

Cornelius is awesome !! after we spoke on the phone earlier in the day about pricing for a new MKX we went in at 7 to look at the car with my wife and were out of there at 8:15. it was flawless. love the car and brand so much we are now working on my in-laws getting a Navigator and a MKZ. unfortunately the brakes on them are making a terrible grinding noise at only 70 miles. when I called service they told me they are not set up for pick up and delivery so Im going to have to set it up with another Lincoln service department. very unfortunate I wanted to give you the business.

Absolutely the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with, I ordered a 2018 navigator black label it took over 3 Months and when it was received it was completely wrong and the salesman never informed us that the car was unavailable the way we ordered it. We then asked for our deposit back and it’s been 2 weeks no refund, due yourself a favor don’t walk run from this dealership.

Worst Dealership I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Ralph Congelio is a very harsh salesman and was not fitting of a luxury car experience. He knew almost nothing about the car I was test driving and told me that he does not have time to show me the features of the car which were most important to me for my purchasing decision. Did not like being passed off from the internet sales manager to another salesman. Would have much rather had a single point of contact. This dealership was actually the best price in my search for a Lincoln but some things are more important than money. I would gladly pay more money for a car then ever need to visit this dealership again.

Try to rip me off today. Do not do business with this dealership. The salesman Garfield is a liar, and so is the sales manager. I brought my 2015 red Mitsubishi Lancer ES in to get traded with 15000 miles on it and I wanted to also get another es 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer but got offered for the most expensive one that I didnt want. Then I look at the proposal paper when I got home they have that I have miles on my 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer with 18,000 miles and I compare prices to other dealerships and the vechile Im looking for is $17,000 and I also did not receive any rebates with that deal.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE ! worst ever. i was ready to purchase a car from these racist idiots but they would not let me test drive it until signed i gave them the WORLD ! . every body was rude including the manager AND the financier ! i gave them my license and they tried to return not my license but my buddys because he is black. they gave him some other black guys ID. not cool ! i would never ever go back to this stink hole of a dealership . you all have been warned.
