#DoNOTuseThisCompany IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!I cancelled my order because my first delivery NEVER showed up after I took off a day of work just to make sure I’m here. Seed for refund. Rep said they would refund account…..low and behold a week later a nice driver shows up with two bottles of water, cups, cup holder…no machine to attach water🤷🏽♀️……why when I specifically asked my order be cancelled after they failed on the first delivery. This means rep never cancelled my order or reversed charges. Clearly, this is not the first time. Based off comments…it is a pattern. The Attorney Generals Office, Six on Your Side, Better Business Bureau need to be notified. ASAP
The customer service is above reproach. When I have a question or have a need I call and the lovely ladies take care of any issue I have. The water is delicious and the delivery drivers are very professional. Thank you Magnetic Springs for your stellar service.
The only reason I would give magnetic springs a 1/5 vs a 0/5 (if I could) is because of there very nice drivers... However, ever since my very first delivery, they have never delivered anything accurate or on time. I have to call/email after every “scheduled” delivery day to figure out where my water is at. They have no problem charging there monthly fee for the machine rental, but conveniently don’t care if they deliver your water for it. Even when they do decide to deliver the water too, they never seem to bring enough water to replace them with empties. I would highly recommend any other water company you can find in the Columbus area before using magnetic springs.
Very tight yard. Parking your trailer may be tricky. That said drop and hooks are easy. Once you drop your trailer go to the mailboxes by the shippers door.One has all the paperwork for all the drop loads. Find yours. Sign the too copy and put it in the other mail box. Go get your trailer and head out.
My small business has been getting water delivered for a few years now and we love this company! Great customer service, fantastic water, and our delivery driver is wonderful!

Incredibly poor communication and customer service from the company and they clearly care more about billing you than anything else. They don’t deliver on the day they say they will be there. At one time I had 10 empty bottles in my tiny apartment because they kept coming without warning and then kept charging me for all these bottles I don’t even want. When they finally got it together and picked up the bottles they only reimbursed me for 8 and charged me extra energy fees for THEM coming out to correct THEIR errors. I haven’t gotten a correct delivery in almost a year now and my order hasn’t CHANGED. I’ve been double billed multiple times and as someone else mentioned they have no issue tacking on all those rental and misc fees. Pathetic company, if the water wasn’t that awesome I would be cancelling.
Wish I could give them less than 0. I never rate on these...but...they dont have an orderly billing system. They schedule you on x number of bottles a month but really bring whatever replaces what you have sitting out EVEN WHEN YOU TELL THEM TWICE NOT TO BRING MORE THAT 4. The people in columbus are extremely ignorant and cant comprehend a different way of running a business. -5 stars.

Id been a customer for over a decade. Over the past year, their customer service has tanked. I had to call THREE times to find out where my delivery was. It was supposed to be delivered 2/25, then 2/26, then 3/1. When I called 3/1 at 3:15 p.m., I was told it was still in route. When I called 3/2, I was then told Id been bumped to 3/12. This has been a consistent theme with them for the past year. You get a delivery calendar, then they change it mid year. It goes on and on. Needless to say, theyve lost a long time customer.
4/9/21Yet another delivery missed without explanation. Customer call need to be screened for understanding of their curt, over talking, and rude agents. I understand were in a pandemic, but dont commit if you cant commit. I waited a week to see if our delivery would show up because I am beyond calling their customer service line because it produces no results. Google should let us make multiple reviews so their score is equivalent to their service and people will think twice about using them.(Previous review)Not sure why some companies dont have strategies in place to prevent their employees from helping to form negative relationships with large clients. This water distributors drivers would rather claim the customer skipped delivery then tell that they didnt want to go above and beyond to reach the customer to get a product delivered. Especially if delivery is to a construction site. Considering that the company doesnt charge until delivery is made. Now we have to buy water for an entire office when we already have a service we pay for, but I was told we have to wait for the driver to fit us in day after his failed attempt.
The spring water is amazing, if I need a delivery before my delivery day they accommodate me. I give the company and staff 10 stars!

UPDATE: we never received our refund, we are out $80——————————Deal on website says 2 free cases -and we used the code on checkout--it was applied and now on the statement they are charging full price. We also have found numerous floating pieces of plastic in the 5-gallon bottles we received.I also had to email multiple times just to see if they were even delivering it without any contact over a week after we made our order.Worst experience I have had from a company in a long time and we will never be using them again--I would not ever recommend it to anyone.
If I could give zero stars I would. We got one cooler and one bottle initially. Ordered a black cooler and a white one was delivered. Half way through the month we realized we would need two bottles a month so we asked for two to get delivered. They only gave us one and when I attempted to contact them nobody would answer the phone or email. This company has terrible customer service!
Please choose a different water service- low price matches low quality service. Quoted wrong prices, water not delivered when told, HORRIBLY RUDE customer service. Save yourself the headache.
I have used Magnetic Springs for over 6 years and have been impressed with their customer service from day one! Yesterday our delivery driver, Nate, had delivered to our home and my wife was loading the kids into the car and Nate offered to unloaded the bottles of water into our garage instead of leaving them on the porch. This is the type of company that I will continue to do business with! Top notch and they always deliver on time and the water is great! I Highly recommended Magnetic Springs for home and business water delivery service.
Started out a bit rocky with their customer service but they corrected the problem quickly so Im satisfied at this point. Only been a customer for a month but Im cautiously optimistic at this point.
Called customer service to ask for an emergency delivery as we have been going through water faster than normal. Customer Service was rude and dismissive, when I asked. I understood that they could not make a delivery sooner than middle of next week - I get it, however, improve your customer relations if you want to keep your clientele.
Very muddy, be prepared to wear some boots, or put trashbags over your tennis shoes. Overall, in/out on loading me.

I just wanted to let you guys know I have never had the best service or delivery people in my life except from your company. They are some of the most polite helpful people I have ever dealt with in my lifetime, and in times like this I am so greatful for the kindness and helpfulness of your employees.
I just started using this company, the water has a taste unlike any other I have drank, customer service is the best, as well as the deliveries. Would recommend this company hands down over the rest.

Absolutely LOVE the service I’ve gotten with these guys. I have a bit of a unique situation and Walt, the delivery driver is VERY accommodating and makes sure I’m taken care of. Nicole, my salesperson, is also very responsive and always gets me what I need, even with short notice. Would highly recommend.
Magnetic Springs is great. They deliver water & coffee to our office on a monthly basis and are always adding new flavors! Their customer service team is helpful & their delivery staff are very friendly.

Hands down the worst water company around. They dont deliver on their dates promised. They dont provide the guidelines for how they operate in regards in picking up returns. The operators there are unbelievably RUDE to customers when you call in with a question regarding your service. We have never received such poor service. Please same yourself time and frustration by looking elsewhere for a reliable water reliever company. You will be so happy that you did. If you need further proof, just look at the other customer reviews. There’s too many one star reviews for this to be a quality company.
Not even sure how they are still a business, not sure how you can consistently not deliver water or be in contact with your customers. Absolute worst. Stay away.

We tried to establish service, the equipment we requested was not delivered, come to find out, we could not make this request through their online service, had to be done through the office - One attempt made one attempt failed, so, we tried again,scheduled set up and delivery, well, The equipment we were to receive was damaged, they cancelled the appointment in the office and decided we would not be called until the afternoon, there is another wasted day, and then told us we would be receiving delivery in a couple of days when the new equipment arrived, also, they do not give time frames for delivery so that will be another day shot in the bottom, and the person in the office was RUDE...RUDE...RUDE - This type of service is just not for us. FYI - our service never officially began, so take this for what it is worth

Worst home water delivery service Ive ever dealt with in 20 years of needing service. Rude, arrogant customer service and ownership which is fully absentee and unaccountable to those paying the bills to keep the lights on. Over 18 months of missed deliveries and billing errors. They only seem to be concerned with their corporate volume accounts. If you require home or small business delivery, this is a company to be avoided.
They are terrible! Save yourself the aggravation!!! Poor communication, poor service, rude customer service ...they blame each other and their bosses for their failures and do not take responsibility for their own poor communication and bad business practices.They couldnt find my account information for a refund but they had it long enough to give out my personal information to a third party without my knowledge or consent.
