I had a very good experience at this store. The employees were super nice when I came to get my prescription renewed and were very helpful when picking out my frames. They also adjusted my lens free of cost. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality eyewear and eye exams.

Everybody was wonderful there from the eye exam area to the retail side. Everything is clean and everybody was professional and attentive. I especially have to say Janice was the best! She went out of her way to help me and was patient with whatever I decided. I did it feel any pressure and my experience was great!

Amazingly beautiful new store design, which really makes the glasses nicely displayed. very hip place with cool staff that is friendly and helpful. I would recommend going by and checking it out.

The doctor was professional and we got a call back for our glasses very fast! My only hiccup was when my husband stated he didnt want the blue light on his lens and didnt want thinner lenses, the staff damn near started arguing with him in why he should get it. Luckily, I was there to let her know we were not there to negotiate anything and that we want what we want. Our glasses came back beautifully and without complaints.

October 2019 we got some eye glasses for my wife in Sun Valley Mall. 2 days ago we got a telephone reminder that she was due for a check-up again. So NICE for them to remember, very professional. Loved it.But it does not end there.We went to Toronto, Canada in August 2020. Our granddaughter drooped my wifes eye glasses on the floor and then stepped on them by accident. Busted. 4,000 miles from Concord, desperation set it. Went to Lenscrafters in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, near Toronto. They fixed her glasses like new, in 20 minutes, a year after purchase, in a different country and they did not charge a penny. The service in California and in central Canada is equally as spectacular. Highly recommend it. Too bad they only have 5 stars. I could have gone for 10. Will be back to Sun Valley for my own glass needs, very soon now.

I would give 5 stars to the doctor, but my experience with the front office wasnt the greatest. I had my glasses done by Lens Crafters in Fairfield a couple of weeks ago and needed a new prescription. The first glasses I received came back completely rough and scratchy on the edges of the lens. When I asked the lady here in Concord if she could leave a note for the lab to please refine the lens, she said that they will do it for me this time but in the future I will be charged for it an extra fee. She said that my prescription makes my lens sticking out of the frame and that if I wanted my lens not to be scratchy, I would have to pay extra. I was very surprised to hear that, as I am now 60 years old and had glasses done for over 30 years. Never before did I receive a new pair of glasses that came back unrefined at the edges nor was I ever told that I would have to pay extra because of my prescription (plus 3 and plus 1.75). She also told me that my frame may break when the lens gets put in and that in case that happens, there is nothing that they can do about it. She must have said that because I had purchased the frame at a different store. I then told her that I believe that I still have a warranty under the frame as i purchased it just under 30 days ago. I couldnt find a frame that I liked at Lens Crafters and spent a long time searching for a fitting frame. Maybe they took that against me?

I guess it’s typical with any store with any product that the mens dept is most always of a limited variety, overall i like this store and its staff very much. Its my 3rd time coming here since i started wearing glasses and ill keep coming back.

This store has a very racist staff when it comes to ** consumers. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. It’s sad to be treated unfairly because of your race even when you have the best insurance. No one should have to be subject to this treatment regardless of race. It’s not right and it’s not fair. No stars!

I thought LensCrafters was quality. But I will NEVER go back. I bought expensive glasses with scratch resistance. In less than 30 days, I got scratches. I took them back and the representative was extremely rude! He blamed me for the scratches. I KNOW the scratch resist was not included on my glasses. The quality of my new lenses are very cheap. This company does not stand behind their product. Don’t be fooled. Poor quality, terrible customer service. Horrible brand.

My appointment to see the eye doctor was 6pm. I called 5mins before 6 explaining I may be 5-10 minutes late due to traffic. This lady rudely said if I’m more than 10minutes late I would need to reschedule. I arrived at around 6:08 and only to find out that the doctor was running late. I didn’t get to see him until 7:04. I’m referring to the black female with long curly hair who could have at least checked and let me know that there’s a wait so I didn’t have to rush to my appointment. People like her should not work in customer service of any kind.

Walk in office visit 11am told go home make appointment. Call for appoint got long recording if emergency, call 911, still no glasses. How’s Mexico. Never again what happen to these offices.

I was asking for my prescription eyeglasses to be and a person approached me I said I ask if possible she can clean my glasses then she said sure when she was cleaning you need a new pair of glasses and I told her next time she walk away bcoz I didn’t accept her suggestions she didn’t even finish cleaning my glasses. What a bad customer service
