Isaiah was wonderfully and feet informative in educating me about different Mazda models. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted going in, I was hoping to narrow some choices down. Isaiah did exactly that for me. He didn’t hassle me about buying a car on the spot, which was awesome. I’m not quite ready to buy a car right this second, I just wanted to explore. He gave me some books which has information on all of the different models and levels of the ones I was interested in and answered my questions in entirety. Isaiah was very professional and a down to earth guy and I will be recommending him in the future!

Bought a 2011 Subaru Forester off a salesmen named Abe and I wasn’t satisfied with the service but mainly really displeased with how they gave the title bureau the wrong address so it’s cost my multiple trips to the bmv to find out things they told me to do was incorrect and now I’m still waiting on the proper address and my first copy of the title. Abe has stopped responding to my emails aswell so don’t rely on him to take care of you after you walk out of the door

My teenage son and I experienced a flat tire late Monday evening in a rural area as well as in a heavy rain storm. Audi roadside assistance and AAA were both at least two hours out. While I know it is uncommon for a client to have the owners of the dealerships personal contact info, I thankfully did due to being a previous employee as well as a current customer. Let me also add it has been over a year since being an employee. With this being said I am amazed and truly thankful not just one but two of the owners answered my calls for help and walked my son through his first tire change. My recent purchase could not have gone more smoothly. Abe is an extremely honest and upfront guy, I feel comfortable and at home working with him. Abe and I created a relationship before with me selling him two boats and it was that relationship that had me reach out to Abe when I was looking for a car. I believe that relationship aspect of buying things like cars has gone away and needs to make a comeback. I would have no issue sending anyone to Abe for a car and know he will show them the same respect and honesty that he has shown me.I sent him a list of what I was looking for and options that are important to me and within a day, I had a number of cars to choose from. On the test drive, Abe was great again. He showed me all the features of the car, what to expect and everything he knew about the history of the car.The finance guy Nick gave me just the same respect and honesty. He was very thorough with the paperwork and made sure I understood what I was signing and how it impacted me and the sale.The only aspect of the sale that could have been improved would be the cleanliness of the car. Abe apologized and offered to have them clean the car again, but I declined since I needed to get back to work.Overall, I had a great buying experience, thank you Abe!!

Horrible experience! They had my 2020 Subaru Ascent for 2.5 weeks . . . Didn’t offer me a loaner car until I asked after a week of having no car and they still couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car .Not even 2 days after getting my car back the SAME, exact sensors went off . So they obviously did not fix it ! I took it back to Serra auto on Arlington where I bought it and they fixed it in one day ! I do not suggest going to cascade to purchase a Subaru . . . Even the service advisor who helped me was very un-knowledgable about Subaru’s and just told me how he drives Honda’s.

What a nightmare! My car purchased from this Authorized used Subaru dealer had been auctioned two times before it hit Cascades lot due to a blown motor under first owner, lease. Hopeless junk @ 38,492 miles. Spent VAST AMOUNTS OF TIME AND MONEY chasing a problem that could not be fixed. You can do better than Cascade. I found out too late. Spare yourself the misery.

This dealer group deals in bad faith. I was in the process of purchasing a Porsche from them. I had taken the car for an inspection at the Porsche dealership, spending my own money and time for this. The day after, I did not hear from the sales manager nor my salesman. I sent follow up emails and heard nothing. I finally called them and was told the car was sold. Highly unprofessional

We attempted to get quote details, 2 days later finally get a call that they will send us numbers. Never heard from them again!!! Kempthorne Mazda is the place to go, they even have better inventory. Purchased our car with them in less than 2 hours spent total at the dealer.

The Cascade auto group has a weekly free car wash for those who purchase or/and possibly have their vehicles serviced there every Saturday morning. Unfortunately, for the past two weeks, the people washing/drying the vehicles have missed spots on my CX-5, leaving streaks and missed spots. When the weather improves, Im going to have to go to a real carwash to set a new baseline. Thats why I could only give Cascade an average rating this time.

I made the drive down from west of Cleveland, even though we have a huge dealership near us, because from the minute I started talking to them online, they had total transparency with the price (which was great!) and loved the sound of it being a smaller family dealership. It was totally worth the 40+ miles to drive there! The customer service is well above average. It was my first time getting service done at this dealer and every person I encountered was very nice. The customers seem very loyal in the sales dept, which shows the loyalty to the customer.

I had an excellent experience with my recent Audi purchase. Mark Borchik was great! I live 2 hours away from the dealership but found a car through autotrader. Mark was very attentive and helpful over the phone and over email so we could make a deal and other arrangements. Appreciate the ease of this car buying experience! A+

Most inconvenient experience to get parts go to madza building get told to go to audi building then back to mazda building then back to audi building.. I mean could u make it any more convenient..probally not!!

Always a good experience. This is my 2nd Audi, and as of now, will continue to drive one until I no longer can. Service department is great! Keeps me up to date with milestone service requirements. They are always pleasant, even when I had the first one for 12 years! I now work closer to another dealer by 10 miles, but I trust Cascade.

Took my 2018 Audi SQ5 in for initial service. Service Advisor, Todd, did a great job explaining what service would be performed and went over the results in detail. Very pleased with the service experience as well as the SQ5.

I bought a Mazda CX-5 from Cascade in the end of December. I worked with Jason DeMoss and he did such a great job making it as painless as possible. I was even out of the country when I first started working with him on the details of what I was looking for, getting the right color even though he had to look all over the state. I moved to Florida about three days after I bought the car and we had a very tight window for getting everything done. Not only did Jason make it happen but he and everyone at Cascade went above and beyond to make my first car buying experience wonderful! Jason also promised that, even though I was going to be out of state, Cascade would still pay for my first oil change, just like they do for all their customers. I just went to have that service done last week and he was 100% true to his word. Even the guy at the dealer here in Florida where I went for the service was super impressed with Cascades commitment and follow-through for their customers. I highly recommend Jason and Cascade for their great customer service!

Totalled my car and was in a pinch to get a decent car to get me through the winter. After dealing with multiple dishonest dealerships I decided to contact Ben at cascade. He had 3 cars picked and ready for a test Drive within an hour of me first speakinh with him. From the start there was zero games the used car manager was completely open and honest about any issues with the cars and offered options to fix it. Me and my father were both thoroughly impressed from start to finish. I will absolutely be back again for my next car.

My experience there was awfull i bought one their used cars they pretty much sold me a lemon they sold me a warrenty for 2000.00 dollers i see why i had the car in there to be fixed at least 7 times every time i get it back. Something else goes wrong it had so much front end work done among others stuff i do not recommend the used cars oh and the staff was very rude i got into argrue about everything

Extremely disappointed in my experience, and in my opinion, was treated, as a REPEAT customer, very dishonorably. In a nutshell, had a signed contract for Cascade to deliver on a Subaru. When they could not procure said vehicle, they wanted ME to pay more. When I refused, and asked for all further communication to be via email, they went totally dark on me. After chasing down the GM and cancelling my deposit and having them send me a voided agreement, I went elsewhere. My full complaint is on file at the Akron BBB, for those that would like to read the gory details. They had a chance to secure a customer for life by doing the right thing. Instead, they chose to cement the seedy image of what the new car buying experience is perceived to be. Go figure!

Decided to upgrade to an Audi, and I made the right decision to come here. Got a great deal on a Certified Pre-owned A4 and couldnt be happier. Pat took care of all of my questions and even gave me some nice Audi Swag. John in the finance department kept us entertained while taking all of my money, then Micheal went over the entire car with us and how everything worked. Hoping my car lasts a long time, but I know if something happens these guys will take care of it. Highly recommended and definitely the best car buying experience Ive ever had.
