Their service prices online do not match what they charge. They are dramatically different. If you dont know about vehicle maintenance they will have you replace expensive parts unnessarilly. I walked out today after waiting two weeks for an appt to replace my brake pads, because they wanted to replace my rotors too, apparently my rotors wore out in under 30,000 miles according to these folks at the service desk. The service manager didnt help me when I called.

They do good work . Fast and have loaner vehicles for people to use which makes it very easy to get your vehicle fixed without the hassle of renting a car. Which is a pain.Also My service service advisor Betsy was very helpful with getting me the loaner vehicle that I needed.

I recently purchased a used 2017 Dodge minivan from here and I did not have the best experience when I picked up my car. First, the car was shipped from Florida to the dealership here and I was told I would get a free inspection before I would take it home. Jeremy was the one who worked with me. When I finally got the keys, I noticed that the gas was almost empty and I let Jeremey know and he told me that only new cars will come with full gas and the used cars will not. So I went down the street to Circle K and then I noticed there was no gas cap. So I went back to the dealership and said they shouldve let me know since they completed the free inspection. Then he told me that the van doesnt need a gas cap but I insisted that it was needed. The service manager came out and said that it does need the gas cap so then Jeremy proceeded to tell me that I would need to pay $33 for one. I should have been told once they completed the inspection that there was no gas cap and I would have simply went and bought one myself but they did not let me know. Also, a gas cap can be found for about $6 elsewhere but I was charged $33 here. Please be careful of any hidden things and make sure everything is okay with the vehicle if you purchase one from here.

Buyer be warned, I bought my first Jeep years ago never had any issues service was always fast and great but I bought my second car in 2018 without knowing managment had changed. Once Joe retired from service its been nothing but problems they wont even look at the car without asking for money up front. I had a transmission issue and had to fight to get it covered even though it was clearly stated in my warrenty that it was covered. I reached out to Chrysler and found out they NEVER even submitted to see if it would be covered before telling me it wasnt. Once I brought that up all of a sudden they used my warrenty and all I had to pay was my deductible. Will not be returning to the dealership even for an oil change. My warrenty is still effective qnd ill have my car serviced by another Chrysler dealer!

I purchased a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica on Monday and had the best experience with salesman, Sam Mayti. After feeling defeated from a poor experience at Klaben Chrysler in Kent, I said a prayer asking the Lord to help me find a safe, reliable vehicle for my family within budget. I walked into Falls Motor City and was greeted by Sam, wearing a covid-19 face covering with “Psalm 23” written on it. If that wasn’t a sign, I don’t know what is. I made conversation with Sam about the passage on his face covering and learned that Sam has a lot of wisdom to share from his experience of being saved. I felt this was the Lord answering my prayer but also using the situation to teach me his word further. Not only was I extremely humbled by this experience, but I felt that Sam was very fair and offered us a great deal for my family vehicle. So far I am very happy with my purchase!

Excellent out of state experience here!I was looking for a good deal on a new 2014 Ram 1500 Laramie Crew Cab. Saw an add from an Ohio dealership on e-bay for a great price for this vehicle, not too far from home - 2 hours away. Called the dealership and spoke to Ron Hall, an excellent and forthright salesman. I told him that I was inquiring about the ad on eBay. He took the VIN and pulled up al the information and answered all my questions. We then covered my trade and agreed on a value. We agreed that all things being equal I would drive out and do this deal. I drove from Pittsburgh PA, with my trade, to Cuyahoga Falls OH, about two hours away. I liked the truck and they liked my trade and the entire deal went through exactly as agreed upon and there were no surprises. The finance manager, Cole Morgan, was very thorough and explained all the forms that we were executing. No pressure to buy warranties or rust proofing, although add on products were brought up. Both people I interacted with at this dealership were professional in every way and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle here and would not hesitate to refer a friend or family member!

Went in to have a code reset on my new factory radio kept being transferred back and forth between parts and service decided to visit location due to me being asked to come up got brushed off and ignored was told to ask one of the guys in the back had no idea where the back was so I just left no one seemed to really want to help.

I had lost the key to my Nissan Liberty Jeep and called Falls ahead of time to see if they could get me a key. The parts department said they had one and it would be $220 for it but I would need to get it towed to have it programmed. Needing a key, I decided to take it in. They looked it up and made a new key and hat did not work in the locks or ignition. They were convinced that the locks were redone and that the only solution was new lock cylinders. I was told it would cost $500 for new lock cylinders and they would have to order them and do the work on Saturday. I wanted 2 keys do that I wouldn’t have this issue again. I got a ride home and they did the work and it was complete on Monday when I picked it up. A day late but wasn’t expecting them to get the parts and get it done on Saturday like they said. It cost just over $900 and left with the Jeep. A few days later I found that only 1 of the keys worked in the locks or ignition worked. Went back to get it rekeyed again feeling that there was nothing wrong with the locks in the first place. They said they would make it right and on the second try this time the key worked. At the very least their quality control is lacking. I will just leave it at that.

We love this dealership; our family has made our past 2 car purchases here and weve been very happy. The most recent time our salesperson, Scott Foster, was fantastic. He took so much time to help us find the perfect vehicle. I wasnt sure what kind of vehicle I wanted but I knew what I wanted it to be like - Scott spent hours with us, letting us drive different types of vehicles until we found what was perfect. The finance person, Chris, was incredibly considerate and friendly. He also took his time with us going over the details of the paperwork and making sure we were completely satified with everything. I have never been to a dealership that didnt want my business. Terry is the rudest sale person I have ever met. I went to test drive as I had some idea what I was looking for. I was told to go online and look and that all the pricing was listed there. I was told that I wouldnt get anything for my trade in, which is a jeep, when others offered 8k-9k. I would not recommend if you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable in their products and is willing to take time to actually sell you a vehicle.

Was in for service for an airbag recall. Was my first time here and service staff was very attentive and helpful. I was looking around the lot while my Jeep was in for service, and one of their salesmen approached me and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I let him know I was just looking around and that I was not looking to buy or lease at the moment. He was very understanding and let me know he was available if I had questions. He then gave me his card and let me be. No pressure, no hassling, so if you want to look around in peace, do it at Falls.Service was quick and resolved the problem just fine. All the interior panels fit tightly just as they did before the repair. No problems!

I was looking for a used car to replace my old one at the time. The staff was very helpful and nice. The salesman, Josh, was not pushy and did not try to sell something I couldnt afford and didnt need. He worked with me on the price of the car so I could walk out with as close as possible to my preferred price range. They even did go out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and replaced two parts for me for free, even though it was not part of the limited warranty. If you are looking for a new place to buy your car - this is it.

This was a no-hassle deal. I purchased online without seeing the truck. Andy was great and didnt play games. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and know that if you buy from a Dealership you will get a quality vehicle. You may pay a bit more but in the end it is better than gambling with Sal on the corner lot. The truck I got was as advertised and in great shape. The service department did a detailed inspection of the truck and replaced several items that most places would have just ignored.My only gripe was that they didnt deliver it with a full tank of gas? Disney would have spent the $30 to make the experience perfect.

I have been looking for a minivan to carry my Great Pyreness. He is way too big to ride in my Hyundai any more. I looked online and found Falls Motor City had just what I was looking for. Our salesman Keith Hamilton spent several hours showing us several vehicles and patiently waiting while I compared them all in amenities, pricing, and new versus used. He spent a lot of time explaining trim options, but I never felt pressured to make a hasty choice or feel like I was being pushed to buy a certain vehicle. I like the fact that the sticker price is the price and theres no haggling needed. Great experience. No pressure. I told Franco while we were on the test drive my expectations and where I needed to be. Knowing its not a perfect world and expecting some negotiating, Cole did a wonderful job getting us where we were comfortable making a deal. The bottom line is these guys did a great job without the back and fourth pressure. Franco brought us out cold bottle water and asked if we needed anything, also told us how long each step was taking ie "Should only be another 15 minutes"....Highly recommend!

Worst dealer Ive ever been to. I bought a certified preowned 2015 Ram 1500 Laramie. Whoever does their inspections is terrible. Sunroof leaked, battery was bad (wouldnt even replace is even though I bought the truck UNDER a month ago), leaked oil, exhaust manifold leaked, brake light was out, engine still sounds like its ticking, and a few other things. Ill never go back nor would I ever recommend anyone to go there.

Stopped in on a Sunday not even knowing the dealership was open on Sundays. Was looking at trading a car in and buying new. They had the vehicle I had researched and wanted on the lot. Took a test drive, agreed upon a price, agreed upon a trade in value, put a deposit down before I left, and took delivery of the car the next day. There is absolutely zero chance I could have gotten a better deal anywhere else in the state, and for that matter, I am not even sure if I could have done better anywhere on the east coast. Numerous times I have left dealerships after buying a car with a sinking feeling that they got me somehow. I did not have that feeling leaving Falls motor city. I have never felt better about buying a new car in my life. Low pressure, fair, patient, all the things that other dealerships have reputations for not being, Falls motor city is. I already know that when we are ready for the next new car, there is no point in going anywhere else.

I purchased a used 2011 Ford Fiesta from this dealer a few days ago, and thus far I am very satisfied. The car drives well, and Lou was very helpful in getting my paperwork underway as quickly as possible so I could be out with the car the same day. Travis handled my financing and was very polite, friendly, and helped me to understand the process overall.I did forget to check the levels on fluids before driving off, and Lou told me they normally change/fill them but I guess there was a mix up because I checked the levels on a whim the next day and both my oil and coolant were pretty low. However, all it took was a call to Lou letting him know the issue. I brought it back in today and they changed my oil and topped off my coolant, all for free. I know they could have easily told me I was on my own, so I appreciate that this dealer took the time to help me out. I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family who would be looking for a car.Thank you Lou and Travis, and thank you Falls Motor City for helping me get my very first car!

If I could give zero stars I would! A two hour max job was milked out to be 5 1/2 hours!!!! Ive spoken with other Chrysler certified techs and theyve all said it should take 1 1/2 hours 2 at max. As I go back to look at the underneath of my car, the technician isnt even working on it, him and other techs were standing around talking and joking around, playing on their phones and as soon as they saw me walk back they all dispersed because the owner (me) comes back and they realized they werent doing anything on any of the cars including mine. They knew it was going to take 2 hours, they knew what time I was going to be there, and it still took that long. Not to mention they also rip me off for the price. I am never taking another one of my Chryslers there nor am I sending anybody to them. Very very unhappy!

This is the 5th vehicle that I have either leased from this location, over the past 15 years. I went in to look at a few Ram 1500 trucks, and just ask some questions. I have to say, there is one aspect that at least I really appreciate. I walked from my truck, inside the dealership, and then looked at a few cars in the show room, before anyone approached me. I find that refreshing. I have been to other dealerships and did not even have my feet on the ground before a sales person was asking me how they could help. The dealership never lied, pressured, bait and switched, or made this experience unpleasant in any way. It was very, very nice to not be pressured from the start, or for that matter at all. I feel I received a great deal and was treated fairly and without much in the way of pressure or conflict. I will be recommending this dealership to anyone looking to enjoy buying a vehicle.

Andy was great! I called him the night before to let him know I was coming in the morning and when I got there he had the car up front ready for me! He was willing to come down on price so I could fix a few repairs that my mechanic noticed! Andy ended up staying an hour past closing time to wait for the credit union I was getting my loan from to fax the information over because it would have been a hassle to make the hour drive back the next day to get the car! Worst online sales experience ever. Very arrogant and cocky online sales, the entire event was bad but I figured maybe they get a lot of ppl trying bend the truth so... benefit of the doubt I gave him the competing dealers info as I wanted the color they have, he still failed to do homework and tried to be smart about it. Screenshot 2 dealers pricing back to him and his reply is Thats the winner! Congrats! If this is new sales I could only imagine having an issue with a vehicle! Look around and you will find better pricing and better service!!! For $4000 Metallic Gray is close enough to Sting Gray other dealer it is.

I do like my Jeep Grand Cherokee, it’s a 2015 bought it in 2014. Chris was my sales guy who is no longer with the business. The sales part I have no problems with. Service is a joke! They have express oil change only. Express means fast, in and out. Not waiting a hour until your car is even serviced because there are two cars in front of you for a oil change. I am busy, I have a life and I don’t want to spend it waiting for my oil to get changed. So you don’t take appts but you expect your customers to wait a hour or more to get a oil change. Something needs to change, there is no express in your service department when it comes to a oil change. Very Frustrating!!!!!!!!!!

My son was looking to purchase his first car. We went to view the Dodge Dart because of its excellent rating. After test driving the auto, Jerome listened carefully so my son and myself, he shared details on other makes and models, even searching the inventory while we were test driving. He was able to offer a spectacular deal on the Chrysler 200 for just about the same price but it was a much better buy for the value. Falls Motor City was even able to pull it all together and drive it home the same day. I really despise shopping for a vehicle and dealing with pushy salespeople. I worked with Jon Gorny. Jon was not pushy. He was very friendly and helpful. I was in a hurry and Jon was running around the dealership like a madman trying to help me. I prefer crazy people over boring robot salespeople. Jon and I actually formed a relationship outside of the dealership. We are both into technology and enjoy swapping ideas. I stop by the dealership once a week, get a car wash and chat. Best experience ever when buying a car. Highly recommend

I bought one dodge ram Laramie and leased another for my wife, no high pressure sales. After two months of shopping around I found you cant beat the deals at falls, they gave me a fair trade on my truck and a good interest rate. I was told by another dealer that they cant compete with falls pricing and in fact no one in the country could. I highly recommend my sales person Amanda she literally ran around the dealership to get the job done!

Im not one to write reviews, however I was compelled after my experience at Falls Motor. Chris is a fantastic sales rep for Falls Motor. He was extremely knowledgeable about the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee we just purchased. His general demeanor and approach toward selling a car was like nothing weve ever experienced. Not once did my wife or I feel pressured into a Sales Pitch mentality. Its rare that you kind find that kind of balance and he truly exemplifies the ideal sales rep. We will gladly do business with FMC again and highly recommend their services.-Mark

The Dealer was very professional and understanding. It was a very pleasant,smooth, stress-free sale and not at all pushy or forceful.Nothing was pushed to sell beyond what i needed or wanted. The salesman,manager, and finance manager all worked with me very well.The perks and incentives were a nice bonus.

Nice dealership. Take good care in prepping their cars for sale. Seemed to be honest. Would go back. Giving them 4 stars because they sold us a car with known problems without mentioning it. Then again I should have done more research...dont always count on KBB and Carfax.

Standing behind my newly purchased used car.Purchased used vehicle, as is. A week later the brakes were making noise. Took the vehicle in. To my surprise they put on new front pads and rotors, FREE. Drove off only to find the noise was still there, they fixed the front but it was the back that was making all the noise. Called them and they apologized, and told me to bring it right back. Im going to replace my truck soon and I surely know where Im going to buy the replacement. Kevin Davis gets all my car sales from here on out!Earl

I bought a car 45 days ago. I gave them a check for 15,250 and I have no title! A dealership has 30 days to get me a title. This is wrong! I have called 5 times and have left messages for Pam Brown the lady who handles it and she has never called back. I also have talked to Jim and Andy. This is not a unprofessional dealership. I will drive the car back and expect a check for 15,250!!

This is my second purchase at Falls Motor City Jeep. I have never had better service from anyone than I have had this time with Franco and Cole. I plan on passing my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to my son in 3 years when he starts driving and I will be back again. I love my new Jeep. Thanks guys!!
