If it was something he could do for you he would and if not he will tell you. Josie is a miracle worker with financing and will get you right where you need to be(a good interest rate and monthly payments). I had a very good experience here and it didn’t take all day. I Im completely disappointed in their service, I called twice was put on hold for about 10 minutes each time to schedule an oil change. I called the third time actually got somebody to take my reservation I told them that I had an NV3500 which is a big vehicle but not enormous. I took it there to get the oil change and tire rotated. After I was there for 45 minutes they then tell me that they cannot service my vehicle. Im completely dissatisfied with them I truly believe that they could have told me that while I had them on the phone and at the very least they could have told me that when I pulled up into their business. I will not be going back to them I will either be going to Fred Martin Nissan on Arlington or Ken ganley Nissan in Medina but they will not see me back here. I am truly disgusted with that type of service.

We found a great deal on a Honda Fit and had it delivered to our house. We later noticed the grill was damaged (never noticed during the initial inspection because it only appeared at a certain angle in bright sunlight). Marhofer picked the car up, replaced it and brought it back. There was also a vibrating noise that could only be heard on certain roads at certain speeds. We took the car to Honda and it turned out to be a loose screw in the headliner. Marhofer also covered this cost. Greg was a pleasure to deal with and very prompt with all of his email/phone replies. They could have dodged dealing with either issue due to the papers already being signed, but they worked with us until everything was fixed to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend buying from them with confidence.

I bought a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra there, Steven McGee was supremely awesome with helping. He claims to be sallary and not commission and was very helpful yet never pushy or manipulative. I felt comfortable the entire time feeling I could end the discussion and not get harassed or upsold. I actually almost didnt buy a car since the Ionic was less appealing than expected and has a design flaw. So instead of the 2018 Hybrid that beat 30 other cars on my list, I decided on the 2017 fully loaded combustion engine Elantra for the same price. Which is also red, and I dont like red.When push came to shove, I focused on the numbers and the loan originator, David, did a better job and worked harder at keeping the monthly costs close to $350-450/mo including gap coverage. For the 20k car and gap coverage over a 6 year loan, it is $402/mo and didnt depreciate when I drove it off the lot.When driving it out of the show room, the wind almost whipped their giant steel and glass doors and slammed shut just as I started pulling out. That was interesting. So yeah, I would suggest they invest in some good door stoppersCustomers get a free but kinda shoddy car wash at all Marhoffers when the temp is above 32*F. So take advantage of that to get the salt off.

Tyler was great with helping me look at cars.However, the sales manager, Chris, was absolutely rude! He tried to sell me a car at a price that I said I was not willing to agree to. When I expressed that I was disinterested, he made belittling statements insinuating I couldn’t afford it.Also, in these times of COVID-19, it would be appreciated if you would keep your mask over your nose and mouth while speaking with me INSIDE, Chris.

Lease renewal process was made simple and easy. Was able to negotiate a good price as well! There was a slight mix up in getting the new plates as the temp tags were set to expire. The woman at the front desk drove all the way to my house 40 mins away to make sure I had them in time! Not that is exceptional customer service!!

I had a nightmare of an experience at Fred Martin back in January. Not just a nightmare with the customer service, but with the car itself. I needed to trade this car in but was so incredibly turned off by every slimy car lot and salesperson in town. I had more than one person tell me to go to Ron Marhofer because of positive experiences they had. I needed to do something, so I reluctantly made an appointment thinking, Here we go again, another car shark. Not the case whatsoever.I met Mindy on the sales floor on a Saturday afternoon and we spent the next several hours going over finances, needs, wants and all the other specifics that go into trading in a car. I got so screwed by Fred Martin that I needed something just right to absorb all the negative equity that I got stuck with. Mindy took such good care of me and my family. She and her team went the extra mile to make sure we got the right car at the right price. They went out of their way on a Saturday evening to make sure the financing went through and that we could drive away in a safe car with an affordable payment.I will not go anywhere else ever!! The whole team was so warm and accommodating, but my girl Mindy got the job done and was so professional and personable. You can tell she genuinely cares about your needs. I cannot say enough about my experience at Ron Marhofer. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tried to use virtual chat to get my answer on the website, they were unable to help and gave me a number to call for Service Department. I called the Service Department, which was unable to help and transferred my call to another department. They then transferred me back to the Service Department and I got dumped in a voicemail box. Basically no one has the ability to help, and I wasted so much of my time waiting on hold and being transferred for NOTHING. I have a brand new car that will need years of oil changes, etc.... At least I know from the start to chose another Hyundai dealer. Terrible.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. They explained everything I needed done without me feeling pressured. Let me work in the waiting area all day without issue and had popcorn and pop and water for free. Great service overall.

Always buy our vehicles here. Very honest. Very nice and we normally get a good desl. They ALWAYS stand behind their vehicles. Ex. We took our car in for a problem. Our warranty for that particular thing had ended so we expected to pay for it. When we picked up the car we asked how much we owed and they said nothing. The part should never have broken so they were not charging us. Pretty phenomenal.

If i could give a 0 star i would. I spoke to arimist the salesman and asked about the vehicle he tried to answer my questions but did not successfully answer those questions. When we got there the whole under side of the truck was sprayed with a 1/8 inch of used motor oil/grease. It was trying to hide the rust of the truck. Being that we drove an hour and a half from Pittsburgh and we asked specifically about the rust. We were disappointed. I would not recommend this dealership for new or used because of the tactics they used to try to sell a used vehicle.

Hands down the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership. John Dalessandro is the best! He was very upfront and honest and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. He and Dan in financing stayed two hours past closing time to get me in the car I wanted and made sure that I was happy with (and understood everything) before I left. They were both extremely kind and funny, and made the entire process much more enjoyable. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from them in the future. Highly recommended!

David Cooper was amazing. I came with a difficult credit situation and he got me in a car. Its the first day having it but it has 33000 miles on it and still has some warranty left. Bought a used F-150 here. Its a nice facility, everyone is friendly, but I miss the haggle of buying a vehicle. This feels more like ordering fast food than making a large purchase and that seems odd to me. If you can get past paying the advertised price with no negotiation you will love it, if you want to negotiate your best deal then this is probably not the place for you.

I want to say that Ashley and Steve are the best. I had been working with Ashley and Steve for about a month trying to get approved for the right amount. Well to my dismay the car I wanted to trade was totaled and I was devastated not sure what to do. Ashley was kind and patient and worked hard along with Steve and now Im in a car that I love and very happy. Thank you Ashley and Steve. Ron Marhofer has two great employees here.

This is the second car Ive leased through Nick Bettle at Ron Marhofer and both have been the best car dealership experiences Ive ever had. No bartering or game playing and waisting your time. The first price you get is the best youre going to get anywhere! Their sales people dont work on commission, their performance is based on volume and they are straight shooters. Great service. Fast too. My parents came in from NY and had an oil leak seemingly out of nowhere. They put it up on the lift and found it to be just a loose oil drain plug. They had got an oil change prior to their trip here and apparently the drIn plug wasnt properly tightened, so they tightened it and because the car is still under warranty, there was no charge, plus they even ran it through their car wash. Start to finish we where there possibly 20 minutes. Excellent service.

Had a good experience in purchasing my vehicle, but was annoyed by the follow-up requests for a positive review. I would have posted a positive review within the first week or two, but the number of reminders to do so pushed me away. This review is now only a 2 star because Ive been harassed for the last several months by Sirius radio. I never gave Sirius my number. I never signed up for any of their promos or services. This seems to mean that Ron Marhofer gives away this information to Sirius Radio because I had never received a call from them until I purchased my vehicle from Ron Marhofer in August (it is now January with the harassment continuing). Disappointed I cant just purchase a vehicle and maintain my privacy from telemarketers at the same time.

Worst experience purchasing a vehicle. If you like being ripped off, this is the place to go. There was damage on the underside of the front bumper they neglected to inform me of, then added three coverage options I told them I did not want costing almost 4K more than the purchase price of the vehicle. They were smooth, I didn’t even catch it. They’ve also had to resend me the contract to sign three times because they can’t get it right, and now they are basically refusing to make it right with me by writing a new contract. The bank told me they can re write the contract without the coverages on it so my payment can be a lower amount, they’ve been refusing to do so. HIGHLY do not recommend this dealer. Worst customer service I’ve seen.

I have always been leary of Marhofer due to their no haggling policy, but their prices were great without need for any negotiation. Nick is a great salesperson...very open and helpful. Not pushy. Just felt like he wanted us to buy a nice car and be happy with it. Ill definitely go back for my next purchase.

To be fare this is regarding Saturn store. Be careful. Here is what happened to me when I purchased a new car from Saturn of Chapel Hill (Ron Marhofers store). I went excited to pick up my brand new Saturn, when I immediately noticed the passenger side of the hood did not match the rest of the car. From the first moment I saw the car I knew it was wrecked. I just kept saying it but was assured no one else could see what I noticed. One after another I was lied to and assured they could not see what I was seeing. After a point you begin to doubt yourself. Fast forward years later.... Took the car to the Ron Marhofer body shop for an estimate, and the first thing the gentleman says, oh yes weve had this car in before. Turns out I wasnt imaging what I was seeing. It was damaged in shipping, Ron Marhofers collision repaired it when a chain fell on the hood from the car above. The dealership has no character or integrity when they can lie to me after I clearly noticed the damage immediately. My only regret was not taking action at that time. The Marhofer family will never see another penny of my money again. You never think it will be you -until it is.

The whole place might be a little bit too chaotic and disorganized for me, personally. A request to have a car moved at the Hyandai building was cheerfully received, but the car was not moved untill the next day. Request to have a car moved on the used car lot was meet with rudeness and a threat. Doug, the current manager at used car lot, is a piece of nasty, antisocial work that refuses to take responsibility for problems that he has caused by his disrespect of others. That being said, it is a beautiful, clean, well maintained dealership full of wonderful and helpful sales people.

This concerns their service department my daughter recently had service did on her car at marhofer and she was taken advantage of by just being a woman. The assistant service manager KEN had her to pay for her part before they started work that’s what back yard mechanics do and instead of checking in the first place to see if it was covered under warranty he waits until the car is finished and we get there to call and check we will not be going there again to get any work did on the car and will not recommend anyone. bad way of doing business KEN ( assistant manager).
