Saved my Vacation, after I donated mine to the Gulf of Mexico! Unbelievably courteous and fast service! The prices are more reasonable than my normal provider! I was in and out and had my first pair of glasses in 39 minutes, despite how many others lost their glasses! If Eyemart Express had a Southern Indiana Location I would switch to them just because of the quick assist in an emergency! Highly recommend for any vision challenged person, and especially if you lose your glasses in a body of water or otherwise!

Like many others have said, my eyeglasses fell victim to the gulf during our vacation. I was very happy to find this gem after I left my only pair of glasses behind at home in Georgia 🤦🏽‍♀️The customer service was SUPER GREAT! Everyone I dealt with there was very pleasant and polite❤️ I was so overwhelmed with the selection of eyewear to choose from. I called Eyemart Express, and Petris went out of his way to make my sons lenses, and have them ready in an hour. Excellent customer service by Ashley B. She is friendly and professional. We were in and out in less than an hour. She said 30 minutes for the glasses to be ready and they text me in less than 10. Front desk receptionist for the eye doctor was amazing also and super friendly but I sadly can’t remember her name but she was from Australia. We will be back every time we need an exam and glasses.

Mother Nature took my glasses while on vacation at Pensacola Beach. They were my only pair and I was leaving in 2 days for home. I needed contacts last minute and after being unable to get help anywhere else I was not only able to get the contacts I needed but the lady who worked with me (Australian I believe) was BEYOND helpful, informative and very pleasant!!! I would highly recommend this place!

Would’ve gave 5 star if the Dr would’ve been more friendly. No hi how are you, he kept huffing and puffing, not sure why. Zero personality or care for me and made it very obvious he wanted me in and out. He refused to dilate my eyes because I had no glasses with me, but I told him it would be fine as I’m not driving. He said my health was good so it shouldn’t need to be done anyway? My health is not good lol and he never asked about it (only assumed because of my age). I felt pretty uncomfortable anyway so wasn’t too upset about him not doing it. Also my son and boyfriend walked in behind me and obviously had to leave (no big deal, I get that) but the guy behind the counter didn’t need to throw out his input on how he never wants kids. Other than that; Ashley was great and amazing and changed my mood for me and was very patient while I chose what I wanted! All the other women seemed very friendly and nice as well. If I ever need to purchase glasses I’ll absolutely be back. But I’ll be dilating my eyes and getting an exam elsewhere.

Store is excellent. This star is for one particular employee they have. Ashley with short straight hair (they have one more Ashley working there with long hair who is a sweetheart). Hate when people think they are better that everyone else. She was not at all helpful. I wish she could learn some from other employees they have that is how to be nice to your customers!!

I went to Eyemart Express with my daughter because she needed new eyeglasses. Ashley helped her and let her try all the frames that she wanted to. The environment looked very clean and all the frames got sanitized before they put them back on the wall.

Ordered glasses on Dec 30, received them Jan 9. Looked and felt fine. Wore them for about an hour and the left nosepiece fell off. Found it and went back to the store. Apparently, the nose pieces needed to be adjusted and crimped in place. Someone didn’t do this when I picked the glasses up ( note - this was not my sales person). Salesperson fixes the problem, straightened the bridge piece and now they fit properly.Thank you, Mike.

By far the best eyeglass place I have ever been to. Dr Yardley didnt just do his job but explained everything as well. Mike was the other guy that walked me through picking my glasses and didnt try to force any additional cost type glasses on me but merely made suggestions and educated. Well on 9-10-19 I had an emergency. My glasses broke. They were three years old. I called this place in a hurry Jasmin told me it will be two hours to have my particular frames completed. Left work early got to store at 5:20. And my classes work done before 7 PM. On the same day!!! The price was $300 cheaper than the normal price. I am so glad that I found you guys....
