Went there. After waiting for 35 minutes and dont touch, dont walk, sit there, we left. What a time wasting! Never again.

Had an appointment here for an eye exam for contacts. I was called back at almost exactly the appt time. All of the staff I met were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. There was no pressure to buy glasses (which I didnt need yet) or contacts from them, which I appreciated. I will continue going here for future eye stuff, and recommend to my family as well.

The only good part of this vision center is Dr. Sparks and his staff. Very good experience until it came time to get my glasses. After I picked out the glasses and paid over $200 for them I was told they would take 1 hour. I was called 45 min later to say they would take a few days because they didnt have my lenses in stock. After a week of headaches they finally called to say they were ready. I went in to pick them up and they were too loose so the lady adjusted them only to come back and tell me she scratched them when she was adjusting them. Now I have been sitting here waiting once again for them to get them to me. Next time I will use Dr. Sparks and buy my frames and lenses elsewhere.
