This was the best experience Dr Fowler took the time to explain everything that was happening with my eyes. The tech who did my testing before was very nice and thorough. I dont like driving to Destin, but they made it worth it. The ladies with the glasses ordering were very nice too.

Karissa and Madison are the best ever there’s been none like em. Total life savers, #lifeguards I lost my glasses in the gulf and these fine ladies hooked me up with a new pair under 24hrs. #bomb thanks for the awesome service because without you, I’d be blind

I dont think I have ever had a better experience getting glasses. The optometrist was phenomenal. She was patient, thorough, and explained changes in prescription, my eyes, and technology very well. The staff were so helpful. The team made sure I was totally satisfied with my choices before they processed anything. They work as a great team. Leliah was about the sweetest and most caring tech. She personally helped me from my initial visit all the way through my final fitting. Amazing.

Don’t bother. I walked in just now and stood there for 10 minutes. No one would acknowledge us. So, I asked if they wanted to help us. They were like oh. Even acted offended that I asked to be helped. 0 stars. Het with it ladies! You could have had a new customer. Well, two.

When youre an out-of-towner who shows up 15 minutes before closing with a pair of your wifes glasses thats been through a washing machine cycle, youre not too hopeful that youll find help — but we did.Carissa knew immediately what was wrong, and took the time to go back and do the best possible job at creating a temporary fix — which will hopefully enable my wife to see for our remaining days of vacation. And to top it off, there was no charge for this service!Thank you Carissa and Pearle Vision!

After having an eye exam and going through contact lenses trials, the doctor decided to no longer see me as a patient and told me to find another doctor and start the process over due to not wanting to provide services and contact lenses based on the contractual agreement with Davis Vision Insurance with respect to the price. The office staff, who are extremely incompetent, blatantly lied to me that I would need to pay out of pocket and over the insurance allotment provided until the insurance company intervened and contacted their office confirming otherwise. Upon starting the process over with a different doctors office, they discovered the recent prescription written by Dr. Shannon Fowler was incorrect and were also able to process the insurance claim with no requests for paying any difference and for the full prescription.

I am from Iowa. I fell while at the zoo and broke my glasses. Leliah gave me excellent customer service and fixed my glasses free of charge. They were purchased elsewhere. I would recommend pearl vision to everyone

I have used this location several times over the last couple years while on vacation and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wear glasses and contacts. For me Choosing the Crizal coating totally changed how clear my glasses are so I highly recommend it. Beach sand and glasses dont mix well. The google hours are usually wrong though so best to call before you go to make sure theyre open.

I would like to thank Pearle Vision on behalf of my self and family for excellent care we have received over this past year.The sensitivity and support of the staff and their ability to handle our many different vision problems was greatly appreciated. I felt my family could not be in better hands.The staff took special time with my young daughter. She was worried about having to wear glasses but by the time we left she felt like a princess in her first time glasses!. She is still happy with them.Keep up the good work Pearle Vision!

Quite possibly the rudest staff I have ever encountered. Barely said one word to me when I picked up my glasses and were equally unpleasant my entire visit. They had no idea about what they had available same day or what needed to be ordered. They promised they would call when my glasses were ready and they didnt. I called and asked when my pair of glasses would be available after purchasing them and they told me 7-14 days when they told me in the store 3-5 days. I decided to call 4 working days later and After talking with someone, they said they would call me after 1 if my glasses were available... at 430, after not receiving a call, I called them and found out they had been ready since 1. The woman went on to say I didnt know if you wanted us to call you when they were ready. Unbelievable. Avoid this place at all costs. And owner, think about replacing your staff with people who can provide customer service without scowling coupled with terrible attitudes.

These folks were quite amazing! On vacation from Texas and lost my glasses in the surf. My doctor faxed in my prescription and they had glasses ready for me in just a couple hours! Thank you!!

My mother and I took our nephew who had his glasses broken at school he had very bad vision and gets terrible headaches if he doesnt wear them. The customer service was terrible and they treated my mother and nephew like they were less than. They could of sold us a new pair of glasses because we needed them that bad. I honestly feel they judged us off appearance. I would take my business elsewhere.

Really professional staff. I was in Destin on vacation and needed to replace my broken glasses. I have to say my experience was great from beginning to end. Everyone at this Pearle Vision store was courteous and took care of my problem promptly. I would recommend this Pearle to anyone.

I give 3 stars because my exam went wonderful and they were very helpful .... but then a month went by and I never got a call back for my contacts ... I called in today and they said couple more days ... I’m thinking they totally forgot about it... I’ve been wearing contacts for 11 years now and never have I ever waited for them to arrive for so long

I could not believe the proffessional attitudes of the staff and this Pearle Vision Center Destin Florida. The Optometrist was an expert at his Job. And the employees attitudes were above what youd expect. Yes your always going to see complaints. But then you have to look at the personality of the person complaining. Mabey they just complain about everything. But its up to the customer. You dont have to take anyones review as thats the way it is. Youll need to make that decision yourself. All I will say my families visit was exceptional.

I was told that this is not a corporate store so they did not have a return policy. If you have a problem with your glasses you will not get any help from them. Also their customer service is not good and I dont think the staff care.
