Gets pretty busy sometimes and the one on one nature of the business makes it seem there arent enough employees. Do yourself a favor and order what you need online. There is always at least a 20% coupon at the top of the page and the pickup process is really quick. If AAP would make a dedicated online pickup counter it would be a game changer.

This guy deliberately lied. Said to me, yes you will get $22 credit for your core. The Battery priced at $149 - $22 would =$127. However,I ended up paying a total of $160+ and even before he went out to install it he actually charged me first. I shouldnt have pre- paid nor lost my $22 core credit. This guy obviously was in over his head as he ranted & raved, threw screws, lost screws, jerked parts around... Wow!! Mgmt, I just need my core refund plz? Thanks

They earned my respect!I came into Advance today, the one on Fairburn road around 1pm. As i walked in a little old lady walked in asking for help with her windshield wipers. One of the employees came around the desk and went outside to the ladies older Chevy truck. Now its pouring down rain at this time and the way the parking lot is set up he was getting drenched with water. i was inside the store for maybe 8 or 9 minutes. When i left this guy was still out there trying to fix this ladies windshield wiper situation and he was soaking wet but never stopped trying to help.This alone will keep me coming to this store. These guys that work here seem to really care about the customer, and it shows. Defiantly recommend.

They have the worst costumer service ever!! Every employee I have dealt with have acted like they hate there job!! Very rude! They sent a costumer to auto zone for a head light bulb. I will walk before I would give them my business. O’Reillys is right down the road

It is an auto parts store. But I felt snubbed as the manager and worker were talking shop while I waited to ask a simple question. I will go elsewhere if there is an option not too far out of the way.

Great customer service and knowledge of parts for my car. They offered to- and installed installed the rear wiper blade on my car. This location has all my business, moving forward!

I cant stand when a person dont care to do there job.then brakes fan blade in my alternator taking it out of the tester. and runs back to check out other customers.no sorry or let me look you up another alternator nothing.after waiting in line for 30mins.hes lucky i didnt cause a scene.

I have into this location very displeased with the previous service I received and the information not being accurate leading me to make an unnecessary purchase. I had a poor attitude and was agitated due to running around trying to get his matter resolved. Donnie, the store manager, was very kind and patient with me and helped me with this matter. He displayed great service and showed empathy towards my situation.Thank you Mr.Donnie.

Great place to get parts although the deal is order online for in store pickup and use the coupons.... again use the coupons online... just google them. The coupons will save you money although windshield wipers and oil are not discounted. Most everything else is. I go to retailmenot for the coups... but you can find them on a Google search... recycle oil here too! Still love Advance even though the batteries and wipers went out of this world on prices...get wipers from Amazon....

This is what a customer would expect of a business great service had to correct the other location lack of knowledge they seem to want to rush me out the store with the wrong parts and if I had not gone I ne step further I would have got the wrong parts at this location but the sale person was patient in assisting me with getting the right parts.

Bought $60 rain x wipers and had the employee install them. His response to the installation was ripping old wipers off and throwing everything around. Then told me it that simple to install your wipers. Left all trash on my car. So upset cause they told me when i purchased them that its no problem to install.

Good trip to this store. Michael was very helpful and even tried to save me some money. Thank you.

Great crew, very helpful. Needed alt, and the battery tested and they had it done very quickly. The two guys there where very polite and i will return to this location again.

The guy that tested my battery demonstrated very poor customer service. He did not want to lift the hood up. He spoke very low and I was confused about the next step to take. He left me outside waiting for 15 minutes. I finally sent my son inside the store to get the test results, but received nothing. He could at least tried to sell me a battery. I realized this employee could care less. I’m going to Auto Zone in the morning.

Your basic car needs

The alternator was going has in my brothers car and I had it tested here to make sure it was defective which it was. instead of buying a new battery I decided to use the one out of my van that I didnt drive but had just recently bought a brand new battery. I had it checked and they tell me it had a bad cell as well and wouldnt charge or start a car. I ended up trying the battery anyways since it was fairly new and I was able to charge and crank the car with it. the reason I wrote all this because I believe there battery tester encourages ppl to buy new batteries by telling you it has a bad cell and enemy tho that arent lying its not fully accurate.

Service was slow . Because, there was a new associate that had just started on the register and he just wanted to make sure. That he did things the right way!! Great job young man.

Manager VERY rude. Online orders take FOREVER. They will not notify if it ever does go through. Manager said I picked it up and it is no longer my problem. Shouted the whole time while I was calmly trying to get either my money or product.

I came in to buy a turn signal bulb. One employee (Donnie) followed me outside and said I needed a front bulb and after i bought the bulb and headed towards my vehicle to leave another employee stopped me to say Lady, its the back right bulb that is out..not the front one like that man told you

Poor guy up off Fairburn rd looked wore out. Had no one at the counter when we walked in and took him forever to respond from way back behind all the parts. Very trashy entrance to the store. Someone really needs to take pride in the front of the store where customers will want to return. However the poor guy wasnt knowledgeable at all. We asked simple questions about startersa and batteries which we kinda knew the answers to just wanted confirmation. However he just knoded. Go elsewhere to actually get help and spoke to
