From going into the store to completion of the job, Carpet Depot was very professional and the guys that installed it were amazing. I was very very pleased with every aspect of this.

Just go to Lowes. They have a better product and better prices.

We went into Carpet Depot to pick out three rooms of carpet. After waiting for ~15 minutes the guy who originally helped us when we initially had the measurements done spoke to us about our order and advised us that he would return after looking at order. After waiting again for ~10 minutes we noticed that the guy started waiting on someone who came into the store after us. It appears that we were no longer a priority. This was the worst experience I ever had dealing with a retail store. Avoid this location if you don’t want to be treated like a 2nd class citizen. I would give them a negative 100 if it was available on this customer service chart.

The lady that helped us sent a tracked carpet knowing we wanted a trackless carpet. Now she sends samples that are white, not even the color we needed. We have a Shaw carpet. Her response was I never thought that would track. You would think a carpet consultant would know track from trackless...yet continues to send us samples that track and are WHITE. Our expiration with 30 day satisfaction money back expires in two weeks, and she still sends us tracked WHITE carpet samples. Very unhappy with the service we have and are receiving. I want to be done with this company and find someone who really knows true trackless Berber from other carpets. Oh, and they take half your money up front..

Horrible experience, so many issues with lack of any consideration of the customer. My issues included miss measurement of the flooring space, staining stairs different colors with no willingness to fix, and no calking on the fireplace. All ended up costing me more to get another contractor to fix there issues.

Spoke to a gentleman due to a mishap that happened with my carpet... He was very apologetic about the situation.... He and I spoke on it and fixed it like a true professional...looking forward on getting my carpet front them..

Customer service here was excellent! Kevin was very well informed about all of the different types of flooring. At one point, I read previous reviews and almost did not proceed with this company. I was nervous but I decided to speak with the owner about my concerns and he was very open to talk about anything. He reassured me that I was in good hands and ultimately made me feel comfortable enough to continue. Ultimately, I am 100% satisfied with the service theyve provided. The two installers were able to fit me into a last minute appointment and got everything done in one day. They confirmed if everything was to my liking many of times. Overall, they did an excellent job and I would absolutely have this company install my future flooring.

My first time buying carpet was in July 2019, my experience was so fantastic that I decided to come back to this Carpet Depot for more carpet. Leon was very helpful and attentive to what I needed for my budget and he didnt try to sell me something that I didnt need. I recommend that you give them a try not only for the great prices but for the fantastic service also!

We used Carpet Depot to install our hardwood floors in the past and they did a great job so we decided to use them again after we had water damage. This time the contractors did a horrible job! You can see nail holes EVERYWHERE, they forgot to nail wood down under our kitchen cabinets, the wood is now separating in certain spots leaving very visible gaps, and this is not even a full year later after their work has been done. Let me note that after they completed the original job we complained about their work and was told by Lynn that we had to use them to fix the issues. We tried giving them another shot and they still didnt fix the issues so we demanded she send someone else. The next 2 guys tried to fix the first teams errors, but these werent errors that could just be bandaged as the new team thought they were coming to do. Our whole darn floors needed to be taken up and redone but of course Carpet Depot wasnt going to do that because that would have meant that they needed to order more wood on their dime and pay the contractors. What a waste of money! We will never use them again. Consumer beware.UPDATE: I feel that it is only right to update my review from 1 star to 5 after Kevin, the owner, came to our home to view our concerns and worked quickly to have them fixed. Our floors look great now! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their floors done.

We had just bought a new home and needed new carpet throughout. Carpet Depot beat all other prices we got by far! The crew they sent to install was on time and very professional. The carpet looks great and I will definitely be using them again!

Lynn was very helpful assisting us with getting the best bang for our buck. We ended up with very nice sheet vinyl for the bathrooms at great discount due to it being a remnant. The installers were quick and efficient with laying both the carpet and the vinyl with underlayment to smooth the floors. Now keep in mind when you have these type of products you will often have to touch up your walls or molding due to the bulky nature of carpet and vinyl. This is normal and I imagine that if you are willing to pay 5 grand rather 1 for installation you wont have to touch anything up but paint and drywall mud is cheap. I had all the furniture, doors, toilets and molding in the bathrooms removed to simplify the install and it helps to speed up the install. I wouldnt have a problem with buying from them again.

Do not use this company to install your floor! Lynn, the sales associate, was good to work with. The installers are the worst! They installed a plank flooring in the wrong direction - it looks horrible. These guys are employees of Carpet Depot - not subcontractors. No accountability here.

Its been a while since I used this place but upon looking over my reviews I realized I never seem to take the time to add positive reviews leaving people to think Im just a negative person so here it is, very friendly staff, completed in a timely manor, even fixed a bad spot from the poor installation I had done by Dalton carpet, loved the carpet, much better quality and Padding at a fraction of the price of the other place. Oh and they replaced the doors they removed.

We will never use them again. The installers tore up every room they were in...gashes in the trim, gashes in the walls, and the runners on the stairs are uneven. We recently had our staircase redone and they left heavy pencil marks on them. The installers argued and will argue, they didnt do it. My husband had talked to Lynn about the installers, but it didnt matter. Also, at the end of the job they will ask you if you are satisfied, dont sign anything until you have a chance to really check out their work.
