We have used DCMO twice now. Once to repair and resurface our six inch pine floors on the main level and a second time to replace all the carpet on our second floor and the vinyl in our bathroom with LVP wood. They have a respectable selection of carpet and vinyl planks for every budget. Adrian and his team are very responsive. They took the utmost care when removing our old flooring and installing the new flooring. We are super happy with the work they did and the quality of the product we purchased. Would highly recommend!

The 3 star is for Miss Barbara..she doesnt listen to customers needs, just talks over you, assumes you dont know what u want and kept drilling that what i wanted would not be returnable She seemed to discourage the sale instead of doing what she could to satisfy my needs. Dalton Carpet Mill did an excellent job. The crew was timely and efficient and cleaned up the site after installation perfectly. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. This was our second project, the last being our own home which is beautiful!

We recently contacted Dalton Carpet Mill Outlet to get a quote on some flooring that we needed in order to prepare our house to sell. They could not have been more helpful. Skylar was our contact and she came to our house that day to measure and get us an estimate. The place to go for flooring. Not only reasonably priced but they care about you. Cant say enough about their customer service.

The older man who owns it is extremely rude and was cursing in front of multiple customers. I had my children with me as well. On top of that the store is extremely run down and reeks of mold and mildew.

Great company.
