Excellent service from start to finish! We had engineered hardwood floors installed in 3 rooms on our main floor and received 4 different quotes. K&M came in at the lowest price. Based on the reviews I was confident that the quality of work would be on par with the quote and thankfully we were not disappointed. Jason gave us a detailed quote on the spot, and Brittany followed up shortly after to schedule a time for the team to come out and get the project started. I was so pleased when they showed up on time and ready to work. They were fast and completed everything in 4-5 hours. This company offers great communication and quality work. I highly recommend!

After getting several quotes for installation of LVP flooring, K & M was the best we found! When they came to get measurements and provide us with a quote, we were e-mailed a report within minutes. From start to finish they were very professional and responsive. They quoted us 2 days to get the work done, but they were able to finish the work in 1 day. We had them to come back to touch-up up on a few things that we noticed with our door frames and they did it without a problem. I would highly recommend anyone getting floors installed, to give them a call. My family and I are pleased.

Dec 2020 we started the process of updating our floors in our home of 12 years. I could not be happier with the results KM Floors was able to provide. Jason and his team from start to finished listened to our requests and didnt quick until the job was perfect.What did we have done. Well, we had a combo of hardwood and carpet we needed to update or replace. So they refinished the hardwoods we already have and matched it perfectly with the new hardwoods that brought in. We now have beautiful hardwood floors the main floor and second floor and stairs. They are a gorgeous espresso brown and the finish is the perfect shine (not to shiny). Jason and his team also updated the look of our home by replacing the hand railings and landings with newel posts. My Husband and I recently moved into a new home and we decided to refinish our hardwood floors and update our stairs to match. We got multiple quotes but decided to go with K|M for multiple reasons. Jeremy came out to give us our quote and was very conscientious of our budget. They weren’t the cheapest quote, but they itemized and customized our job to perfectly fit our needs and wants without pushing any add-ons that we didnt want. Jeremy worked with us to layout the full scope of the project before we even signed the contract so that there werent any surprises. Stephanie in the office helped schedule everything and made sure the crews worked around our schedule. The floor work only took 3 days and the stair carpet installed was done in a day the next week. The carpet had to be ordered so it took a little longer to arrive in, but Stephanie made sure we knew that in advance and keep us up to date on how it was coming along. Both crews were super quick and easy to communicate with. I would suggest if you are doing stairs get the painter. We had our balusters stained. Some of the stain got on the trim work. If we had paid for the painting then all of that would have been taken care of but as I was going to be repainting the main room anyway I just decided to do it myself. Other than that absolutely loved working with everyone and super happy with the outcome.

Jason and his team are amazing, they did a professional job installing my hardwood flooring.When my carpet was pulled up the lead person over the installers brought to my attention the particleboard was bad in areas that may eventually cause a problem with the board s and need future repairs. He left it up to me rather I wanted to replace or not. Iam so glad he pointed this out to me instead of just installing the floor without mentioning. We had a wonderful experience with K&M. Jason was great to work with and gave us some great options to consider. We recently decided to update the interior of our house & knew we wanted to have our hardwood floors refinished. We had the orange oak stain that was popular in the early 2000s when our house was built. We have 2 staircases that were carpeted. We wanted the carpet removed & replaced with wood. Our banisters also needed to be updated to match the darker floors we wanted. We had several flooring companies come out to give us quotes. They all told us that they could not do the banisters because it was very tedious & time consuming work & that we would need to hire a painter to complete this part of our project. K&M replaced the first floor carpet & wood in our 15 year old house with LVP. The flooring I chose was on backorder, but Brittany kept me up to date and made sure that we didnt lose the best available install date when it arrived. The install team was courteous and professional. I dont know if theres any hope against concrete dust, but the crew definitely did a great job of tarping up kitchen surfaces. Furniture was moved carefully, even the heavy pieces! I appreciate the small touch of bringing new shoe molding to match my newel posts vs the old shoe that matched old floors or even using white.Comparing quotes, K&M was the best value and Im really happy with my decision to have them replace our flooring and would recommend them to others!

We bought a house and did a renovation, and Jason and his team came up with the best solutions, which wasnt easy. They matched our current white pine hardwood, built up the flooring in 2 rooms that had a 1/2 inch step down, sanded, installed quarter-round and stained the entire house. They also installed some awesome stamped tile for us in the laundry room. It was competitively priced, and they were able provide a great payment plan. Kept a clean job site, great communication, and fast work. Definitely recommend!

Jasons crew did a fantastic job on our basement playroom floor. We had to replace our old floor due to water damage. Jason helped me select a new flooring type without having to look at samples all over town. He sent me links to online options and made it really easy. The crew tore out the old floor (glued down carbonized bamboo) and prepped in one day and had all the tile down the next day. Other estimates we got were 50% more expensive and told us it would take 4-5 days! K&M was a better price and theres something to be said for getting the job done quickly so we could use the space again. It looks amazing and they didnt cut any corners. I highly recommend K&M.

I reached out to K&M after a poor experience with another local flooring company. The other company had removed our old hardwoods, but we couldnt coordinate a time for them to install our new LVP. After a month of living on a damaged and dusty concrete foundation, I gave up and started looking into other options. I called K&M on a Monday and told them our story. That Thursday their team came to patch our foundation and Saturday they installed our LVP! Did I mention they quoted me less than the original company?! K&M did a good job replacing our engineered hardwood floors with luxury vinyl planks. John was our contractor and fought hard to get the insurance to approve quote needed to complete the job . Paulo was great with the floor work, and Javier was great as well painting all areas that were needed. Would highly recommend.

If you have a flooring job, we highly recommend K&M! We had new carpet installed, our hardwood floors refinished & two bathrooms tiled & everything came out gorgeous! Jason came & gave us a quote & the job was done for that amount! It was a big job, so of course there were some issues, but everything was handled perfectly & we couldn’t be happier with our home! Jason & his crew were such a pleasure to work with & I never had an issue leaving while they did their work. Our little dog even liked everyone!

Seriously the best! First off, if you have an insurance claim call K&M. Long story short my toilets water line came loose and the entire first-floor flooring needed to be replaced. I contacted K&M and John (the consultant) was out in less than an hour, John was fantastic!John went over the whole process with me - he went over different flooring options, cost, timing, installation, and what to expect. Johns communication was second to none, he was constantly updating me on my project.Next came install day - Crew chief Paulo and his crew rocked! Super nice guys, were obviously very experienced and fast! Once Paulo and his crew get started they dont stop, they knocked out my floors in a day, no joke, one day... And the floors look great!! I chose the Aruba color, I love it. Super durable and they look exactly like hardwoods.Best of all, John and his crew helped me deal with my insurance adjuster. Before I chose K&M my insurance adjuster was a complete nightmare; Im lost when it comes to insurance claims. K&M took over my project and made my process 100 times easier and stress free. John and crew took care of everything; they fought with my insurance adjuster to upgrade my old carpeted floors to new LVP floors for next to nothing out of pocket.The whole process was stress free and I could not be happier. I dont normally leave reviews but I felt I needed to since this experience was so amazing. I will be recommending K&M, John, and Paulo to everyone; if youre looking to get new floors K&M needs to be at the top of your list.

Jason and his crew, led by Rafael, were top-notch. Unlike many contractors, they did not spike work somewhere else, avoid our calls, or cut corners as is so often the case. We were going to have LVP put into the house for budgetary reasons, but he convinced us otherwise. He was right. Our hardwood floors have added value to our house, and are top quality. We will surely regain our investment while enjoying the beauty of hardword. The owner and the crew are the type of people you would enjoy hanging out with, but that is just an extra bonus. Service on install was good and the minor few issues we had were addressed quickly and taken care of with tact. Jeremy kindly worked us in on our tight schedule & his suggestions for carpeting was perfect for our needs. The installers were very professional. There were no noticable seams in the carpet, no damage and they cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend K&M.

Talking about caring for your customers! We had emergency situation where bathroom wood floors got flooded and soaked with water. Jason showed up to estimate the work the very next day after my call (mind you it was a week before Thanksgiving and day outside the appointment schedule). He offered 3 different approaches with various price range and recommendations of the best solution. Upon our decision he booked us for morning appointment. Before the week was over the whole ordeal was behind us. With beautifully installed wooden panels we can wholeheartedly recommend this flooring company to anyone. Great workmanship and great customer care. We will definitely work with K&M Floors again.

Excellent customer service along with service and quality of material! Installers were very professional, experienced, knowledgeable and prompt, efficient and courteous! Jason and Kristy were very patience and courteous. I came in many of times with questions and changing my mind on the color of the hardwood. They never seemed bothered by me. Corey was also helpful and offered to come in after hours if need be because my fiance got off after they close! The whole staff was awesome!

Update :I received a call from the owner discussing my experience with K&M Flooring. I can say he was very attentive to what I was saying. He was also very professional and stated to me that he would make it right. I can say today I came home and what he said was done and completed for me and my family. I have alot of respect of a owner who went beyond to reach out to me and make it right. Thank you...We just had work done to our home due to a water leak that did damage in several rooms. I contact K & M Flooring and initially everything was great Jeremy was very nice and helpful and then the work began. The handy man that they sent out did not complete the work that was suppose to take a day. He left the first day and said he was coming back however he didnt know the work was not complete, he was coming to get a fan use to dry the sheet rock. He didnt come back until a couple of days later to complete a one day job. I took off work one day for him and he never showed up. The CONTRACTOR that did our floors in the laundry room was on time, very professional and worked very hard. Jeremy and Kristy did apologize however I never heard from Jason the owner about all that happened. The rest of the job that only took maybe an 1 hr was not complete for a week cause Jeremy had to finish it. I am disappointed in the customer service and the issue I had throughout this process...

K&M was referred to us by a family member who had a small half bath wood floor installed. They were happy with the outcome and after we saw the work, decided to use the services of K&M. The level of work that was performed on our living room, kitchen, stairs and all of our bathrooms were amazing. The workers came in early to finish the job and very polite and understanding. We did have a few minor setbacks but it was ALL worth it.....

I cannot begin to say enough good things about our experience with K and M Floors. We had them replace our master bedroom carpet with hardwood to match the existing hardwood in our home.
