Absolutely the worst place I have purchased glasses. The glasses I got were basically a cheap knockoff of polos and broke after about two months. When we called to check in on the warranty no one knew what what they could do and they were irrationally rude. I gave them a second chance and tried to swap out my glasses on the warranty. Instead, they shoddily repaired my old ones and charged me about 60 dollars for them to fall to pieces within days.If you are looking for good glasses at a decent price I highly recommend costco. Dont waste money here.

I have been going here for 3 years and have always been treated very well. The price for fitted contacts was $75 and they are always quick to make an appointment. This year they wanted to charge me $135 for contacts. I tried to explain to the receptionist that this was outrageous and overpriced. She blamed the situation on me and hung up when i wanted to speak with a manager. I will never again use JCPENNEY Optical for my contact needs. Very sad to see this place stoop so low.

Very good experience purchasing 3 pairs of glasses! Prices were good (got in on a sale) and service was excellent!!!
