Currently sitting at LensCrafters yearning for the days when my vision insurance was valid at Walmart Vision Center. I recall such friendly staff, the optometrist was quick yet always answered my questions and even showed me how to properly was my contacts.

The optometrist was extremely rude. I was on time, but not 15 mins early for paperwork. He acted like it was a big deal. He was short with me and and said my eyesight hasnt changed in two year so why get an exam anyway. Worst optometrist I have ever had in all of the years I have worn glasses.

Scheduled an appointment for the same day. Show up and they told me my appointment was scheduled for yesterday and Id have to reschedule. The level of incompetence is actually pretty amazing.

If I could say zero stars, I would. Their optometrist was not only way off with my prescription, but didnt even have all the different lens strengths to switch between when doing the exam! They said I was 1.50 and Im 1.00 both eyes! The doctor at one of the locations was busted for fraud I believe. Believe he lied about his credentials and really wasnt qualified!

Just had a super pleasant experience with Billy, he is so nice, treats the customers like family. I am always happy to see he is working when I need to come in.

Wal-Mart has the most reasonably priced eye exams around. My optician was very thorough in making sure everything was right. The two guys who had to spend like an hour helping me to properly get my contacts out and then back in were really nice and patient with me. I definitely felt like I was in good care, I highly recommend going here

Dr John Wellwood OD was probably the best eye DR I have ever seen. The cost of lenses is too high. But for the eye exam everything was perfect.

Called in from out of town today and the center manager Benjamin Ruppel went out of his way to help me. Great service

Service was good and friendly, the product is the issue, they are supposed to be scratch resistant and both pairs I purchased recently are scratched from normal use. Nothing out of the ordinary.

My daughter was treated horribly here by the eye Dr. He was very unprofessional! I have spent a lot of money here, and I’m DONE!

Ive been calling but I never get someone to answer the phone. They dont have their business hours posted anywhere so good luck figuring that out and getting anywhere with an associate.

This place is horrible, do not go here.
