During my hunt I did find some that were cheaper, but those were older, not the color is was looking, didnt have the packages I wanted/needed, and amount of miles I didnt want to take a risk on. So I kept coming back to this one. I kept telling myself which car would I TRULY love within 2-4+ years, and I knew that this 2017 model had all the packages I was looking for and the color way that I liked. The Black Optics on Dark Gray sure makes it look good! He continued to reach out weekly to stay in touch and I didnt ever feel forgotten like other dealerships in my opinion. 5/5 would come back here for next car, but that my not be for a loooong time considering what I got.

Fantastic dealership! We came from a 5 hour drive away to pick up a beautiful ‘98 Jag and ended up having issues with the bank and having to switch the type of loan on the spot. Super sketchy place. They purchase cars and fix them up so they look immaculate, then a week later when the filler compounds from their buff job goes away, you see the car riddled with scratches and imperfections. Because the car was in “good condition” they wouldn’t budge on the price, but ended up giving me what I wanted on my trade in. Where they get you, is after being 4 hours into the process, they stuck me in an over inflated loan when I have over 800+ credit score. Stay away from these scammers. Looks like the Direct Warehouse might have closed? If so, I’m glad they did.

I just purchased a vehicle from here yesterday, and I must say from start to finish the process was easy and straight forward thanks to Moh and Claudio! I flew from Ga to Illinois and upon arrival they had a driver waiting to pick me up!! From there we went on a test drive and completed the required paperwork which was a breeze! Different than any other car dealership I have been to, as most hassel you to try and buy something but not here. I was accompanied by my wife who was free to look at their inventory without be hassled while we completed the deal. I would give 10 stars if I could, I would highly recommend this place!

Had a great experience working with Moh and Christiane ! Sold our Honda Accord as easy as could be after trying to dealing with a number of other nasty dealerships. These guys did not nickel and dime us on some very minor nicks and scratches. They even fixed an error on the Carfax report that no one else even offered to do and tried dinging us for it on top of that. They also went out of their way to show my 9 year old daughter all the Fancy cars on the showroom.Will go back to these guys again and would strongly recommend them to my friends and family. These guys were professional, quick, and not full of BS. I was able to get all of the numbers and whatnot done over the phone (I live about 4+ hours away) so that there were no surprises when I arrived. The car was purchased in the condition I expected based on some high quality photos and even some videos of a walk-around that we’re sent to me by Aleks. The Autobarn Direct was great to deal with, I highly recommend them and will definitely purchase from them in the future if they have what I am looking for.Long story short, I was in the market for a very particular vehicle and reached out to the Autobarn a few weeks prior to my purchase. I spoke with Aleks at the time, who was easy to talk to and walked me through their purchase process. I was not quite ready to make the plunge, but told him I would keep them in mind when the time was right. He gave me his personal cell phone number, mentioned that they would have another similar model in stock soon as well, and that he looked forward to doing business.Fast forward a few weeks and the car I was initially interested in was gone, but a nearly identical model was now on the lot. The A/C in my current car blew on a Friday afternoon and once I received the repair estimate, I made a call to Aleks on Saturday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend. He answered right away and we discussed pricing as well as trade-in pricing with the broken air conditioning. I drove to the dealership on Monday and dealt with Ricky for the actual purchase. Like Aleks, he was very easy to deal with and after zero haggling over price or trade-in, I was all set in my new car.We had to drive to the local Autobarn Fiat office to work through the financing/contract paperwork, but they were easy to deal with as well. I guess my only complaint would be that the financing/contract paperwork had to be done elsewhere, but that was not the end of the world.All in all, I had a great experience and would not hesitate to do business again. I am not a fan of the typical car dealer runaround and was happy to have 90% of the deal done over the phone before even stepping foot in the showroom.

He found it with in days. Sam called me Saturday afternoon. I was not expecting a call so soon and on Saturday, I was impressed and pleasantly surprised with that. Great communication skills.
