The sales associate Zxxxxxx (hiding the rest of name for privacy) is one of the most friendly and helpful employees Ive ever talked to. She was so amazing both times that I went in I just had to leave a review

I LOVE THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE!!!! The sales associate Z is 100% FABULOUSNESS. She answered all the question my Friend and Myself had. She was super energetic, friendly, knowledgable in ALL their products. Z made Us feel very comfortable and very welcomed. She was so chilled it felt like she was one of the home girls that we went to go see at work. I would DEFINITELY recommend this Beauty Supply store to any and all that will listen to me. With the way the world is nowadays, its hard to find fair Customer Service, let alone good Customer Service. I give this business a 5 out of 5, though its in the Everett Mall they are super easy to find. Thank you Z for making our experience fun, relaxed and most important comfortable.

The owners of this store have a lot of knowledge about their products and make me feel welcomed every time I walk in. If youre in Everett Mall, you should stop in and see for yourself.

They offer amazing prices better than any other wig, hair and beauty shop Ive ever seen! They also have amazing customer service and the owner is very kind and helpful! Im a drag queen whos always looking for a good deal on wigs and they offer everything from natural to adventurous. I would recommend this shop to anybody looking for a new wig or beauty shop!

Came in days before looking for wigs didn’t have any barley owner told us his wife was making some and would have more in the store the next day we come back two days after that & still no wigs ........ only had one worker there thank god she helped me
