I had the most amazing experience at Campbell Nissan of Everett! Antonio greeted me with such friendliness and his wonderful smile! He was so personable and helpful! Here we go, my 2018 Nissan Armada completely die on my wife at 64,000 mile or so. The dashboard has been flashing the BCM for a while now. The car flash body control module malfunction right before it die. My wife drove to cosco and park and when she came out, the car was dead. She got the same BCM malfunction lights.Symptoms of a Bad BCM.Warning lights on the dashboard.Failure of the central locking system or security system.The engine wont start.The battery keeps draining.Electrical systems not working as they should (or intermittently)I told the advisor at Nissan my problem.He told me what the tech said. The Throttle Body maybe is stuck at 2000 RPM. Replacements $1200.I said the BCM has been an ongoin issue with the car. Here some picture and evidence.Please replace it. My extended insurance should cover it. Nissan said we can’t. There nothin wrong with it.WHAT??? 1⭐️for now.. seems to me like the customer is not important. Ill update after this is done with all details. Names,cost, and results.i will review and contact whoever i need to. To get the job done to customers need.

During a regular oil change and service check they found a recall and made the repair for me at the same time, no charge for recall repair. The work was done in a timely manner and everyone was very courteous, and they did not try to up sell me which I appreciated. It was all good. If they had a car on site that I wanted to buy I would be more likely to buy it from Campbell Nissan then somewhere else based on the fine treatment I received from the service department.

I just want to express my gratitude to 3 particular people at Campbell Nissan. I know that businesses aren’t perfect and everyone makes mistakes but I also know that practice makes perfect and that’s what these three gentlemen have showed me at the Campbell Nissan in Everett. Donnie Davidsen in service, Ray in auto sales and Mike in finance. They treat their job as if it’s their own company ( I am a small business owner) They make sure You know that YOU are their top priority. I have always been a Toyota girl and never thought that would change until I spoke with Donnie in service (he isn’t even in sales!) I was asking about warranties with him and service schedule on a Titan. He found out the reason for my inquiry and literally started selling me on the Titan! He got me convinced I should check out a Titan so he put me in touch with Ray from sales and really rolled out the red carpet so to speak. Ray was the most informative person about every car on the lot he is the dealerships auto encyclopedia I swear lol. He was able to help me make a wise choice according to my needs which in sales they just want you to buy the most expensive rig right? Nope not at Campbell, they want your business and that means they gotta make you happy 😃. Mike in finance streamlined everything and when I picked up my Titan he had found me a better interest rate which means my monthly payment was even LOWER who does that?!?! I got excellent trade in value for my Toyota and they all went above and beyond. I have since referred all my friends and have purchased 2 more vehicles from them (company fleet cars) as long as these men stay with Campbell they will have a lifelong customer. Donnie if it wasn’t for you making the inquiry over that first phone call i made asking about the Titan service schedule I may not have purchased Nissan...Hopefully Campbell Nissan takes good care of these guys, I am a customer for life and a good word of mouth because of them.

Purchased a used vehicle here in 2018 and after a wonderful purchasing experience, I have continued using their service department. I have also had many exceptional experiences from their service department. Since my vehicle is a Subaru and they are a Nissan dealer, it takes a little extra effort and planning and the service manager Robert Van Heise and his team have tackled at least 3 repairs and general maintenance items, each with detailed information & up front fair pricing. Highly recommended purchasing a vehicle here and using their service department, they go over and above expectations every time for me!

I left my car with them for the entire month of June while I was out of town. They told me the problem was my valve cover gasket. When I got back, I went to pick up my car and found the following:-Garbage-Used food containers-Used womens eyelashes-Used napkins-A receipt for a GUN purchase-My gas tank was down to less than 26 miles to empty (there was over 1/2 tank when I left it with them)After all this, they did not completely fix my care correctly and it had to go back. I am STILL having issues but am taking my car elsewhere.I do NOT recommend this dealership if you want your car fixed right and do not want someone to use your car as a joyride!

I brought my car in because something didnt seem right with the transmission. I was really nervous about something going wrong and being stranded. The service dept was very busy, but made time to address my concerns. While at first codes did not show up in the cars computer system, they took the time to confirm that something was indeed wrong. A loaner was kindly offered, which I GREATLY appreciated. I felt that I was taken care of and that my concerns were addressed. Thank you to your team for taking the time to address my concerns and working so hard to make sure the job was done right, efficiently and professionally.

So, I was looking to purchase parts; and, follow the website instructions, however, Jennifer Shepherd (with Kurt Campbells blessings...) gave me this instead. Appalled, simply appalled. I looked up what global thought was in Forbes Magazine, and this article summed it up. Must read....so, I truly want to know or hear from Kurt Campbell and see if he does have Such A Customer Disparaging Policy...and, I will go to their competitors in the future Or He Pays Jennifer s customer service rep, mind you, to discourage sales, and customer relations.

I was looking for a newer gently used Nissan Leaf, and Campbell Nissan of Everett came through with an amazing 2018 Leaf SL. The price was great, it was loaded with more goodies and gadgets than Ive been able to wrap my head around since driving it home yesterday. Tyler was super chill and professional about the whole buying process, as was the rest of the team. He texted a couple of options to me that fit my parameters and sent me photos of the car I was interested in while I was at home cleaning out my trade-in. I had communicated ahead that, with 2 kids, we wanted to be as quick as possible while at the dealership. I filled out the online credit application ahead of time, did a ton of research about the vehicle we were going to see, and (not including test drive) were in and out within about an hour. I cant say enough good things about our experience here and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a phenomenal car at a great price to check them out FIRST! I LOVE MY NEW (5100 miles) CAR!!! I have brought my vehicle in a couple times over the last month or two. I wasnt happy with their inspection. The mechanic easily spotted the problem as soon as I popped the hood when I returned. Made me think they didint bother to look. I also felt like they kept trying to push my service date back. I plan on trying another Nissan shop if and when I need one.

In for a simple 12-Volt accessory battery purchase with installation, all was met with expectation. Good, clean and tight installation. I am happy with that. Due to my financial income, I dont plan on any new vehicles for quite some while. This 2015 Nissan Leaf is excellent as my commuter vehicle (60-miles round trip) and has been reliable for the last 115,000+ miles. It is even more economical and environmentally responsible of a vehicle for those short distance errands. With awareness of commercial charging station locations, I have driven on 130 - mile road trips too. Nissan has my appreciation for this Leafs reliability and thriftiness as well as its safety features. The battery pack continues to deliver the maximum of 12-bars on the dashboard gauge which indicates its good health of amount of charge potential.

In 2008 I bought a Pathfinder in Burlington. I serviced my car there once- it’s first oil change and said never again. I started going to Campbell Nissan- and continued on even when I sold off my Pathfinder. Recently- my Infiniti was totaled and I found myself car shopping. I found what I wanted online. Went in to test drive it- right before closing time and walked out relieved and extremely happy. From the Sales rep- Tyler, to the Manager and then Ishmael in finance- they stayed late, they never rushed us, they answered all of our questions and just ensured we left happy. I had to go back the next day and spoke with another finance guy Mike- who ALSO went above and beyond to educate me about credit scores, gave some tips and listened to both me and my boyfriend. I went to Campbell Nissan not just for a car- but because I knew the team there is like a family and they take great care of their customers! (I’m not normally a corn ball)

Happy I bought my first car here! Ismael was an amazing salesmen and I apreciated how patient he was and how he gave thorough explanations of the entire process. I had a lot of questions and he happily answered them all. I had the worst luck in my experiences with other dealerships until I came here. The text alert came 4 hours after my appointment. I am not a fan of up selling on filters. I think its something that is pushed regularly as it is always suggested without checking. The parts are incredibly expensive so as the car gets older Im more willing to go where it is more affordable. Full synthetic oil changes should last close to 5k miles, yet this dealer undercuts. This time it says 3800 to next change, another time 4k, so I think they should consider being more responsible and honest on that. Stop trying to generate more oil changes because people are driving less.

I have never been so disappointed in the service team as I have become recently, there have been minor things in the past that I let go of, but to not take care of leaving an oil filter loose... its unacceptable, we took our vehicle in Oct, and while yes it has been a few months, they left our oil filter loose, what had started as a small leak became noticeable over time hence the reason why we are now just calling about it, I called in during the week and was told I could stop by and they could take a look, my and husband and I work during the week so he took it in on Saturday and was told because he did not have an appointment he would have to wait 3-4 hours... if we needed to have an appointment to correct an error on their behalf why would we not be told that when we initially called in.

This was my first time at Campbell Nissan in Everett. I appreciated the excellent service I received at the the front desk from Antonio. Making an appointment on the website was easy, it was easy to drive into the garage, the check in was easy and the waiting room was uncrowded. I had 5K service and oil change and it only took an hour. Appreciate the free car wash coupon too. This is my new Nissan service home.

I had my Nissan Leaf dropped off at the service center by a tow truck. The service center was very fast to diagnose and fix the no start issue. Helpful with my questions and had the car back the next day with a video of the inspection they performed.

I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue in this store and had a fantastic experience with the sale process. Jasmine Gill was the sales manager who helped me with the process. I spoke to her on the phone and enquired about a Rogue S model which was on sale. After getting there in person, I test drove the S and Sv models. I was offered a good price and plenty of time to make a decision before confirming the purchase on the SV model.There was minimal upselling and no pressure.

I was driving my recently purchased 2017 Leaf and loving it when my low tier pressure indicator came on. I thought I’d check it out when I stopped at my next location. When I did stop, a man told me he had noticed the tire and followed me until I stopped the car to make sure I was aware of it. Then he suggested that I go get it taken care of at the Nissan dealership right up the road. It turned out he worked there!! What service! When I brought in the car, the service team was Friendly and helpful and quickly diagnosed the issue; I had picked up a nail and would need to replace the tire. Not what I wanted to hear after just purchasing the car but to my surprise, they replaced the flat and rotated the tires, all on the house! Then as I was was about to thank everyone profusely for the amazing service, they gave me a voucher for a car wash.The service I received was beyond excellent- it showed decency and a desire to do the right thing. Thanks!!!

Came in for an oil change and miscellaneous other little things. While I appreciate that the things I came in for were taken care of, theres always that upsell that seems to take place at a repair shop. I came in for an oil change; I didnt need to feel pressured to rotate my tires, change my brakes, get a tune up, or any of the other lumped on charges they tried to hit me with a week before Christmas.

We live 300 miles from Everett. Although the dealership here in Spokane offered to pick up the vehicle I wanted from them we chose to drive to Everett to get the truck because of our experience with Scott on the phone. We were not disappointed with our in person experience and as a matter of fact, it proved to be one of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. From dealing with Scott the sales manager, Ismael the salesman and Michael the finance manager, each were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Although we will probably not avail ourselves to the service department because of the distance, we definitely would consider using them for future vehicle purchases.

I’ve brought my Nissan Frontier in for service a few times here to diagnose a recurring charging/electrical issue. I was told the first time I needed a new battery. The next time I was told I had a faulty wire in my harness. They wanted to charge me $3000 for a wire harness with parts and labor. I ended up opting for the cheaper fix of $650 to bypass the wire. I was told this would be a temporary solution to the problem and more things can arise from it. Upon arrival I asked for documentation of the work being performed via photos, videos etc and was told they don’t do that. However, the previous day I received videos of the diagnostics performed the day before through email. So I had to pay without knowing that anything was even done to my truck. I feel ripped off and don’t trust the way things were handled.

Worst experience ever!!! I picked up my car 4 days later and nothing was fixed so I had to leave it again.I was told the issue my car had was going to cost me almost 3000$ after paying almost 850$ already for the issue they didn’t fix the first time.I wasn’t able to see the part my car originally had, the diagnosis turned out bad, and it just had issue after issue and all I got were excuses. I went across the street to pep-boys and a few other places to get an idea of my car situation and I was told by each one of them my car was too new to have that issue. I took my vehicle elsewhere and they had no issue with fixing it. So I pretty much paid for it to just be parked at Nissan for almost 2 weeks.

I returned to pick up my xterra, from the service department after they said it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived the xterra wasnt even ready and I had to wait.There were broken parts left in my console. That, went to my car? Somebody elses car? Maybe the technician left his garbage in my car after I paid $160 to get a diagnosis. It felt like an insult. At least have the courtesy to leave it the way you find it. Especially when Im paying for it.

I had to choose a new service station because my regular stations was too far off. Campbell Nissan actually turned out to be awesome. Super easy to book an appointment. Easy to spot from the road (its on the main road). Courteous staff, maintained social distancing.... On time and fixed all my issuey. Best part- they share a video of the inspection undertaken.Update 11/25/2020 - I continue to be impressed by the customer orientation of this service station. I was kept up-to-date on all inspection outcomes and a video was sent to me. They gave a loaner and car was ready earlier than expected. Overall I spent in total 15 min to drop my car and later pick it up.

I brought my vehicle in for what I thought would be a simple fix. It was not. Service showed me via a video what the issue was and the service tech explained the costs.As a result, I traded my vehicle in and was given a very fair price for it. Extremely good experience working with Ray (sales guy) and Christian (contracts guy). I initially leased a new Pathfinder 3 yrs ago, and after the lease expired I recently returned it for a new one. Coincidentally I needed another car as my daughter will be using my 10 yr old CR-V to go to school starting this fall, so I also leased a new Rogue Sport, so 2 new cars from Campbell in 1 week! Im confident that Ray was able to give me a good deal. We did the negotiations up front in email so that helped. He is a no-nonsense person who has always treated me right. I bought our first Pathfinder from him 15 yrs ago (so 4 total). The buying experience was also made easy by Christian who did not use any pressure tactics whatsoever to push upsell items into the lease payments... Last thing, my wife and I love our new cars!

The service department was amazing. The initial gentleman that helped us had exceptional customer service. I feel bad as I can’t remember his name even though he said it several times. Everyone there was very happy and seemed to enjoy their job. The techs video he sent was icing on the cake and his determination to find out the problem was unexpected. The issue was so intermittent that it made it difficult to locate the problem. Once he told us it was the right wheel bearing and he luckily found the one bad tooth inside the protected bearing we were able to get it fixed under warranty where it was replaced. Thank you for doing a great job, you saved us a ton of money even though we had to bite the bullet and take our vehicle to the dealership. The techs working there really know what they are doing. This was my first car shopping experience at a car dealership. Based on the stereo type about car dealers in general, as well as all the warnings Ive received from my friends, I was very nervous and putting my guard up whenI first called them to make an appointment for a test drive of the car I found on their website. Well, I didnt have to do that! They were very easy-going, never pushy, and let me make my own decision without any pressure. Prior to the visit, I had already decided to buy the car as long as the test drive goes well, but I would have changed my mind if I had a bad experience with them. Luckily, they were very nice and gave me confidence in this purchase, so I sign the contract on the same day! Dave and Jennissy(shes super nice and funny!)are the ones who helped me with this purchase, really good people, not like the typical car dealers, at all! Also, I am loving the car I bought!! Great buying experience with Ray Ishak who is a top notch EV specialist focusing on the Nissan Leaf. Not only did Ray know the cars inside and out as he has been selling the Leaf for years, he made the entire buying experience fun and informative. In the end, we ended up with the perfect car for us at a fair price. All of this during a global pandemic. Even if you are not sure about a Nissan Leaf (which you should strongly consider if you are looking for an EV), the knowledge and insight Ray has are worth spending some time to learn more as very few salespeople have as much experience with EVs as Ray does.

Campbell Nissan of Everett is AMAZING! We went in on saturday and left with our brand new 2020 Nissan Kick. I had three recalls on my car, and Nissan made it really easy to make an appointment. My car needed 4-5 hours of work, so they gave me a loaner car. I was so pleased that they didnt make me sit around for 5 hours without a car! They were so accommodating and nice, and it helped ease my anxiety about the whole thing.

They had my car for a month and needed to drive it around to test it frequently. When I went to pick it up my gas light was on with an estimate of 20miles which I wasn’t going to risk driving on. Maybe it’s not standard to provide gas but, it was a huge inconvenience at 5pm in rush hour to get to work on time and need to fill up my car. Could have at least given me a quarter tank considering I didn’t leave the car with them empty.

See below for the original complaint.Although I think I may have still been overcharged $200, they did fix the AC, the missing panel cover. It did also require several emails, phone calls, but in the end, I am satisfied.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------After I was told 1 hour to tell me why a AC fan was loud.After paying for 1 hour, I was told I would have to pay 3.5 additional hours for the diagnostic I was promised for the 1 hour charge.This was all for the AC fan. Does it really take 4.5 hours to check a fan that the instructions online say should be 30-60 minutes to remove, clean, and reinstall?I was willing to pay the 1 hour for a professional, but over $700 to just to know why a fan is loud?This price did not include fixing the problem either, or any parts.That is really too bad, I like the Leaf, and was happy with the company up until this point.To be fair, I highly recommend the Nissan Leaf, and would buy another.

Service department tried to charge me $1200 for routine maintenance on a vehicle that has 36,000 miles on it. I don’t use my car to tow, so the differential and transfer case do not need to be changed. Transmission also does not need maintenance at 36,000 miles. I bought my car brand new from them and have constantly had a squeaky seatbelt and Bluetooth issues. Service department claimed they couldn’t duplicate the Bluetooth error (also claim they have no record of me asking for it to be looked at) turns out there’s a bulletin from Nissan for the exact issue and year of my vehicle. Edmonds Nissan figured it out in the first visit and did not charge me even close to $1200 for routine maintenance.

Marc (sales) & Travis (management) were beyond helpful with the return on my Nissan Rouge off of a lease. After driving all the way from Seattle to Kirkland, the other dealer wouldn’t let me return my car with them. I quickly scrambled to find a dealer that would accept my car back that same night. Travis and Marc worked together to let me drop my car and even stayed open a bit late for my arrival. AMAZING SERVICE. If I am going to buy a Nissan in the future, they will 100% get my business. I worked with Ava to get my 2016 Nissan Pathfinder. She was extremely helpful, patient and willing to work with me to make sure this car worked for me. They stayed open an hour past closing to detail the car and finish the deal which was so great. Ava called me a few days later to make sure I was enjoying the car, great customer service! I came into today to have an oil change / tires rotated, etc. Was greeted by the friendly service staff and they explained what they would be working on today and how long it would take. While I was waiting I was greeted by a friendly sales person who showed me some of the newer cars. I was quickly interested in the Nissan Kicks. We did a test drive and the car was a perfect for me. I highly recommend this dealership, simply for their polite customer service skills!
