This place is awesome! Ive been to so many shady dealerships over the years and had so many bad experiences at even reputable dealerships (one of which sold me a moldy car that made me sick) that I thought they must all be like that. This place, not like that! They give a complimentary warranty for 30 days for engine, transmission, and major components. They pointed out to me little quirks the car had before I even took it to my mechanic for a prepurchase inspection. They seem very honest and up front about pricing as well! Do not attempt to purchase a vehicle from this establishment. Today I made an offer of $8,500 cash for a 2014 bmw 528i (120,000 miles) that was listed at $10,999 and was prepared to offer $9,500. However, upon declining my offer I was then notified that the vehicle was no longer ($11,999), but the price of the vehicle had been raised... But wait!!! They advertised the vehicle at $10,999 not $11,999, but now all of a sudden it is above $11,999. They practice bait and switch tactics in order to get you to express interest and then inform you that the price has risen. Shiesty and very unprofessional.

What can I say that hasn’t already likely been said by these wonderful men? I got a really wonderful deal on a fantastic Dodge Grand Caravan today after driving from an hour and a half away, and it was worth it. Amir gave me information on the van that I wanted before I even got to ask, it was like he read my mind, and it made us way more comfortable with the van. Adam helped us with the rest of the sale, and even helped talk me through multiple options for my last car, which I was completely clueless on what to do with if I decided not to trade in. In fact, I hadnt even brought it in because I was still uncertain with what I wanted to do with it, and Adam still spent all the time I needed figuring out options for it. He also called Dodge to check for any recalls for me, which there were none. This was like getting small business service for a big business purchase. Its a no-frills type of experience, as is the case with most used car places. But Real Deal stood out from others with their willingness to let me do a long, thorough test drive, figure out the right price for both parties based on some repairs that needed to be done, and mail my license plate to me ASAP. I also appreciate that they didnt put pressure on me to buy like some places do.

We worked with the proprietors over a period of 4-5 days. In all circumstance we found them to be courteous, honest, informative and helpful. Their web site was a truthful and accurate presentation of the vehicle we chose. They made it easy for us to obtain a 3rd party, independent Buyers Inspection and to make a run to the bank. At no point was there any effort on their part to influence our decisions. This was probably the least stressful car purchase I have ever made (I started in the 1957). TERRIFIC buying experience. Good place for first-time buyers and buyers building credit. The staff helped me buy a beautiful 2014 Hyundai Sonata, priced modestly below KBB value with great mileage. My last car was totaled. When I visited the dealership my insurance claim just got paid out to me but had yet stop reflecting on my credit report. They let me hang out at the dealership, provided beverages, totally patient while I straightened things out. My bank financed me but they have good relationships with lenders too. So after a lot of conversations, and pictures, I decided a $150 plane ticket was worth the gamble.I was pleasantly surprised that they would pick me up in Seattle from Everett! So we made arrangements.Their father picked me up at the airport and we enjoyed some nice conversation on the drive up and I really had no idea what to expect.First impression, was a lot of cars on a little bit of space! Second was the Salesman. He looked 16!He was very smart, took everything seriously, had a great business sense and best of all 100% upfront and honest about everything I asked him about!ZERO Surprises!I drove the truck from Everett to Bremerton to stay the evening before the long drive home.I then drove 12 hours straight, first 5hrs through Seattle and Portland rain and the mountain roads.Then the last 2 hours were at a consistent 80mph speed through Idaho.Ive put 800 miles on my truck so far, and Ive owned it for 2 days. If that isnt a test, IDK what is.Do not be fooled by them, they were honest, good hearted and and really do try to make the best deal.Id highly recommend them to anyone!UPDATE:After purchasing said vehicle and driving it back to Idaho, I had a problem with DMV and taxes! Well, Ahmed promptly took car of the issue, and took the time to learn the proper procedures. The people at my DMV spoke highly of him!Also, I had an issue with the truck, and he did everything he could, and more to help resolve it, with out confrontation.I had a wonderful after sales experience with them as well.
