Just in for an oil change. Service tech was very friendly and very quick. Got my service done and the amount of time I expected. The only thing I can say is, your waiting room needs better Wi-Fi. It sucks. Being back in where it is it also cut down my phone service in the concrete bunker.

I went in to go for an oil change and Blake Gill was the my service advisor. He was friendly and answered all of my questions. The service department did a great job explaining why I was having the issue with my vehicle. They told me the option I had to get it fixed and were great. I definitely recommend them for getting your vehicle serviced!!

I took my car in to determine why the check engine light was on. It ended up being a fairly serious issue. They provided me with a rental car and called me 2 days later to return the rental and get my great working car. They were able to work with my schedule.

Troublesome at best Jen in the service department wasted 4 days when I needed my truck fixed. Russell from the sales floor was extremely helpful and finally had some answers even though nothing had been done to fix my truck.

Seim took good care of me and made sure my buying process was comfortable, fast, and efficient. He had my carfax report ready to go, car was well presented at time of sale, and even made sure it was detailed before I drove off the lot with it. Over all I had a great buying experience and highly recommend!

The experience programming my remotes was seamless. I was kept up to date throughout the entire process as to what was going on. Pricing was spot on, and they even identified an issue with one of my rims.

UPDATE: Since the last review the dealership reached out and offered to take care of the brake pad warning issue Ive been having - and they did, the car works perfectly now! They also worked with Chevrolet to get that covered at no cost to me. Excellent service and customer focus! If I could give 6 stars I would :)The oil changes are done quickly and efficiently while I wait, the staff is courteous and generally helpful.However there is a persistent issue with the car (brake pads warning comes on, even though the pads are ok) that the dealer wasnt able to diagnose and fix while the car was under warranty; the issue is still happening, but now the car is out of the warranty and I am on the hook to fix it myself. The issue is fairly common according to online forums, and is fixed by replacing the faulty pads wear sensors. I wish the dealer put more rigor into diagnosing and fixing the issue while the car was still under warranty.

I dropped off my work vehicle on a Friday 10 days later there was still no word so I called and they were like yah its been ready so I leave work early to drop off my personal car at home and have my wife take me to get my work truck (which is a fleet managed vehicle) just to have them tell me that theres a balance of blah blah blah then I explain no Its a work truck and managed by a fleet company they take care of all that which then they tell me I cant get my truck now until they call the fleet company.

This place is great. We worked with Ali Blaibleh and he made the entire process as painless as possible. When we arrived about one hour till they closed, the minivan we came to look at was parked out front ready for a test drive. When we talked numbers, they gave us the high end of KBB for our trade and their asking price was within reason with KBB and supply. Ali stayed past closing to finish the deal and his finance guy Simon finished off the deal and we were out of there by 9. We got the best interest rate they could find as well. Everything worked out perfectly as we hoped so they sold us our new used car.
