I purchased a car here last year and it was a terrible experience. They lied about how bad the car accident was that the car got into and the things that they fixed ended up breaking again in a few months. On top of that I had to go multiple times to an appointment (which is an hour long trip) just to get one thing done because their office had multiple miscommunications. I never even got the last thing fixed because of this. I definitely overpaid for my car and am still fixing it up one year later. The nice guy act is just an act.
Car Connection really cares about getting you into the vehicle of your choice. Ive purchased 3 cars from them & theyve gone out of their way to address any issues that arise, from mechanical to financial. Great folks that are super helpful (shout out to Cale, Dave & Vanessa).
Wonderful service, Absolutely no pressure and Brian does everything possible to ensure you are happy with what you want in terms of your money and credit...
I am so glad I bought my 2013 Mazda 3 here. Bryan, made the process smooth and easy. I felt no pressure or need to make a decision right then and there. They went through all options with me and were super friendly/welcoming. Thank you Bryan, Vanessa, and Joe for such a great experience buying my first real adult car!
I went in to trade my 08 SRX and got exactly what I wanted! Go there, ask for Bryan, he is someone who will actually help you unlike other car salesmen. No pressure and good vibes 5/5!
Great dealership and good customer services. Dave was polite and friendly made my family feel like at home. He gave us a fair deal and made sure we were leaving in a safe reliable vehicle. I would definitely recommend buying a car from them.
When I pulled up everyone greeted me. I worked with a great guy name Bryan. He made my experience awesome and worked out everything for me. It all worked out and it was pretty quick. I would and will refer anyone to the car connection. Tell em Jim sent you.
Bought a car recently. Brian and the owner did their best to lie through their rotten teeth about rights legally guaranteed by the state so they could stick us with a PoS car. They also clear engine warning lights long enough to get through a test drive (occasionally) so problems dont show up until youre out the door.
This was my first experience at this dealership, and it was a great one.I have bought many cars at the age of 56.I did not buy a car at this lot today because the car we came to see (found the car on an internet add) just would not fit our needs.Every single person I came into contact during my visit were great and ZERO pressure.I will be checking there websites inventory from time to time and have every intention to, and hope to, purchase a vehicle from this dealership.Best experience I have ever had not buying a car!
Worked with Joe one of the owners, i recieved a fair price for the car the sale went smoothly and quickly. Would definitely go there again if needed to sell another car.
Amazing experience! No pushy salesmen here. Bryan and Joe made it super easy to buy our Prius! Thanks guys!
Subject to changeI paid 2,500 down for a 2007 Pontiac. On the very first day after I left there was a sticky shift and noises so I bought it back to be checked. They “fixed” it for me and I was sent on my way. Now 3 months later, (exact date was the Eve of Christmas Eve) I was trying to leave work and my car was put into drive but it wouldn’t move. At that point I knew it was the transmission went out and I have the tower take it back to car connections. At first I called them to see if I can bring it in if they could have someone look at it and they said yes so I brought it in. When I got there the mechanic was indeed not there and was going to be out until Monday. So I called back on Monday I am the mechanic because once again out and they told me to call back on Wednesday. So at this point I have been without a car for a week, The reason I got the car so I wouldn’t have to bother my mom who has to work. I called back on Wednesday and I was irritated and so I was repeating what happened to me this week and the guy who was on the phone raise his voice at me and spoke over me and told me and I quote if you have such a problem we will tow it back to another place. So I hung up. Here I am it is New Year’s Eve I am here waiting for my car to be fixed I’ve used it for three months less than three months and now my transmission is out and I’m not gonna spend another penny and I don’t think Anyone of you people who actually read this should go to car connections because their customer service sucks and their cars suck.I ended up having to give the car back. Um the boss there cusses when he gets mad so if u care about being treated with respect then I would not go here.
Son looked at 2 cars here but opted to buy elsewhere.
I was impressed with their professionalism and feel that I received a good deal. Thanks Dave.
I would not go to this place I do not recommend them they will sell you some janky car that they dont know if its running or not and once you drive it off the lot youre done if it breaks down in 5 seconds or breaks down in 5 months or 5 years it doesnt matter they dont care its yours and your problem to deal with and they dont like to give you any type of money off either or give you any deals for paying with cash they just are really unconcerning and dont really care about other people or and Im driving a safe car at least that they could do was let me go and inspect the car with a mechanic or operate a car inspection but they didnt and I dont appreciate them not working with me when I had the cash to spend on a vehicle its too bad because now I bought another vehicle and spent more money on it because the people were more willing to be transparent with their vehicle these guys are really janky be careful
Great staff Honest and upfront. Thanks for the great service!!!
We were on the hunt for a reasonably priced 4x4 truck to use around our property. The folks at The Car Connection were amazing. I inquired initially by email and Bryan was quick to respond and very helpful. When we made the trip to see some vehicles on the lot, Vanessa met us in the lot and got us connected to our “new to us” truck and Dave ultimately closed the deal. It was a team effort for sure and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. I highly recommend!
Nice, honest, and straightforward staff. Great place to get your car.
Good sales people but not sure about the quality of the cars . I bought a car from them in February and it wont run anymore. Paid 5K+ and it didnt even last a year. I tried getting it repaired and spent 1K+ more on it to no avail. I called them and they were nice enough to say they would look into the car for free but I would have to pay the toll fee and any other fees if new parts were necessary. For a car at that price point that I had bought just months ago, I am disappointed they could not do more.UPDATE:I had to donate the car.I called volkswagen and the part that needed to be replaced ( the instrument cluster) isnt manufactured by them anymore thus finding it would be difficult as well as expensive. Furthermore, given it isnt manufactured by them anymore, there is no guarantee the part would fit and work with the car. I loved my bug but sadly it was a 6K+ waste.
If youre looking to buy yourself a new (to you) rig the car connection it a great place to start. My wife and I just bought a truck from them that I am extremely happy with and Bryan with sales was great. He wasnt pushy or annoyingly following me around all the time, like a lot of sales guys or girls do. There prices are low to an extent but very reasonable. All in all it was a great experience and I feel like I got a great truck. Thanks again car connection!
Vanessa esp gave me the vibe of a ‘sister from another mister,’ caring, kind, honest, and trustworthy. I NEVER got the pressure of being upsold! VANESSA, El Fuego!!You ask her advice and she’ll give her honest opinion and give you the time that you need to find the car that suits YOUR needs. The serious “Bossman” and Dave were awesome and wonderful, atmosphere is fun and family like- they truly have your best interest at heart. No joke.Gratitudes, i got the hook up @theCarConnection.
The process in purchasing a vehicle at this dealership was simple from start to finish. Communicated online at first, that same day I went down to their location. And in less than an hour we drove off in our new to us Infiniti. I cannot thank Bryan and the rest of the team for their compassion and care for their customers. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a vehicle.
I had a great positive experience and drove off with a new truck
Upon first impression, the place feels a little sketchy mixed in with other low budget dealers smattered alongside Aurora Ave. But once you peel back the exterior, the staff there were REALLY personable and REALLY knowledgeable. Just some good guys selling people cars that fit their wants/needs. I overheard one of the salesmen talking with potential clients about why a particular vehicle legitimately would not be a good option for them and providing multiple options about vehicles that would be good options.Bryan and Cale were a pleasure to work with. Even after the papers were signed, we got a call a few hours later saying a better loan option came in that lowered our interest rate and payment. Certainly not the customer service you would get from a big dealer.Id change my review to a full 5 if there some design changes - both outside (the Car Connection sign outside is completely lost amongst all of the flags) and in the sales office (some different paint and simple rearrangement of the furniture). A few changes would make a world of difference to attract customers in a cluttered market share on Aurora.
My Fiance and I stopped in to see if we could get a truck for her. I was met by Bryan. He was awesome to work with. He was friendly, inviting, and best of all he let us go at our pace. We looked at a few vehicles and decided we didnt quite find one we liked. We went back the next day, and we test drove a nice Chevy 1500 SS. Although we didnt work out a deal on the truck, we will definitely be going back to see Bryan once they have a vehicle in stock that fits our budget a little better. If youre looking for a vehicle, I recommend talking with Bryan as he keeps your well being in mind, and tries to do whats best for you rather than pressure you into the vehicles at a budget that wont work. Thanks again, Bryan, we look forward to doing business in the future!
Best dealership we ever been to!!! My wife & I bought a beautiful & affordable suv from here. Bryan & Vanessa were so helpful & knowledgeable. We had a slight issue with our suv & the mechanic Mario was able to help fix it! Hes very good at what he does & very knowledgeable in his line of work. Ill be telling my family & friends about it too! Shout out to the The Car Connection!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
We spent almost full day to looking for a truck. Finally, we came to the Car connection. Bryan who was the sales person helped us very well. So friendly stuff. We had a such great experience. Good cars and great offers.
Had a great buying experience, Bryan was straight forward and very helpful. I really needed a new car but was in a tight position. They were very flexible and worked with me to work out a deal!
I didnt end up purchasing a car, but Bryan was very personable and helpful. Even though I didnt find what I was looking for, I would be happy to give him my business in the future.
Hands down the best car buying experience ever. Vanessa was so friendly. Staff and owner are amazing and very helpful. We found a couple of minor issues with the car and they took car of it right away. You just don’t see that kind of service these day.
Had a great experience at the car connection. Never felt pressured, never was given the run around. They got the info I needed and answered all my questions.Would definitely buy another car from them!
Had a great experience and got the deal i felt good about. The same people are always there which says a lot about a used car lot and they are very honest people who treat their customers with respect. I would buy from them again and feel good about it.
Bought our new car from them. Love it. Just wanted to add an update. Weve had our car for a year now and still love it. No problems except routine maintenance you have with a ten year old car. Another update: Been 2 years now and still going strong. Love our car!
I really enjoyed my visit here. The owner Joe is one of the nicest guys Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The manager, sales staff and even the detail guys were just great. They have a good selection of cars from very nice luxury vehicles to sport cars to cheap beaters. Pricing is very competitive and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm, family friendly place to buy a used car.
My wife and I recently purchased a Toyota Avalon from these guys. Wed seen it online and were serious in taking a look at it, but were never pressured during that process. We primarily dealt with Enrique and Vanessa, and both of them were always friendly, helpful and again, never pushy. They were also extremely patient with our situation of being first time buyers, and worked hard to get us approved for a loan that we were happy with. We wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them the next time we are in the market for a car.
They had a vehicle I wanted, which I found online. I had already basically negotiated the deal by phone before making the trip to the location. I checked out the vehicle and the purchase was smooth. We worked with Vanessa C. She was friendly, energetic and fun to work with.I would purchase there again if they had something I was looking for.
I was sold several cars, one in which was a Chevy trailblazer, almost paid off the amount loaned to me, the company promised to assist me the next year in making a great purchase on a prettier, newer Mercedes ML350, a few weeks after signing my contract; the serpentine belt sucked into the AC compressor, it locked my steering wheel and almost cause a crash with my two young children in the car, I had the car towed back to the car connection because the manager promised to have “their mechanic” repair the damages, after the repair he blamed me for not knowing the belt was loose and charged me over $600 in repairs to only the belt and compressor. When in fact, I later found out the mechanic didn’t recharge my AC after replacement and my power steering pump needed replacement due to a leak that could have punctured from the steering lock with the serpentine belt. All in all I am simply looking out for future car buyers whom want to rebuild credit, DON’T ATTEMPT TO DO SO WITH THIS COMPANY! Friendly to your face, snakes behind your back, if we had crashed and were injured I’m sure a little more compassion would have been held with the company however they search for vulnerable individuals and prey on commission rather than assist in reliable vehicles.
I just bought a car from the car connection, so I figure a review is warranted. The short review is that its no pressure, my salesperson (Vanessa) was polite and honest, and they have a big selection. Although I went for a specific vehicle on their lot I was surprised at the size and how many cars they actually had. When you test drive the vehicle youre on your own, so with a drivers license and phone number youre on your way. When I returned to the lot from the test drive I was not jumped on by a sales person. Instead Vanessa waited inside for me to come in so we could talk about price.I paid cash so their was no credit check or talk about where I wanted my payment in terms of the interest rate and term of a loan. Instead I threw out a number, she talked with the boss and came back with their price. We did this a couple times and were able to settle on a purchase price. After we settled on the price it was about 45 minutes until all of the paperwork was ready to sign. During that time Vanessa got my truck washed which was nice.I had a bit to observe other salespeople and their interactions and I can say that if I had a different sales person I could be looking for cars still. Vanessa had such a positive attitude and I think it was just right my family. If youre in search of a used car and something on the lot shows up then call and ask for Vanessa. Tell her a guy who bought a white Tahoe from her said to come in. I dont get anything out of it, but she would probably appreciate the reference. If I needed another car in the future I think I would check out The Car Connection again.
Great place, to buy a car! Was fast, easy and great experience! The people are super and make sure your happy. would recommend them highly.
The people here were really nice. We came in to pick up the new license plates for a car we purchased and when we got there one of the gentleman that helped us before reminded us about how they offered to detail the car and set us up with someone to do it for free based on the original agreement we had. We actually kind of forgot about it... what a nice thing. It was a good experience. And this car is pretty rad.
I came to car connection when I couldnt find a car I liked the car they sold me was perfect for what I need and price wasnt to bad, within 2 weeks the radiator had blown they fixed it within 2 more weeks my heater went out and found out I need a heater core after that I had to replace two thermostat do a bypass on the heater then the water pump went out after trying my best to get it fixed with no luck I called them they said to bring it in and after a week they said I need a new head gasket and it would be 1300$ well the owner didnt wanna help the office guy Kell said that he was gonna spray some sealant in it and it would be ready tomorrow when I picked it up they said they havent even test drove it to see if the problem was still there, these people are crooks they sold me a lemon and they dont care about there customers there heartless! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! such a waste of space!
Great dealership. I first pulled up and noticed the truck I emailed them about then noticed a couple other vehicles I might be interested in. Within a few mins of looking, Bryan came out and greeted me. He was nice and was casual about it. He didnt try to push any thing like the normal car salesman garbage. I havent bought the truck yet but am considering it. We noticed that the 4x4 wasnt working he immediately had the mechanic pull it into the shop to fix it. Ill be referring these guys even if I dont buy from them.
Vanessa is amazing. Down to earth and very helpful. She walked us through the process and soon enough we were walking out the door with keys in hand to our new car. Thanks to Kale for number crunching! Im very happy with my experience here and will refer friends to Vanessa everytime ! I love this girl 💚😜
This is what customer service and any buying experience should be. The guys are Car Connection exemplified fantastic customer service. Everyone was really easy to deal with and I didnt feel pressured at all. Great value and selection. I love my new car! I will recommend these guys to anyone I know looking to buy a new car or suv.
This my first at this dealership, and it’s a bad service.
Honest and trustworthy salesman and the owner is friendly and kind. Quality, reliable and dependable vehicles that you will feel proud to drive and not worry about your youthful driver behind the wheel of his or her first car, that you purchased here.💞 I highly recommend this dealership!
One of the easiest auto buying experiences I have ever had. Dave helped me purchase a truck and gave me a fair value on my trade in. Friendly staff and quality vehicles.
I cant say enough about the great people at this dealership. They are fair, honest, and not pushy at all. From the first contact with Vanessa, to the sales process with Enrique and Cale, and even the maintenance side with Mario, everyone is straight up awesome. Their inventory seems to be of good quality for a used car lot. I know sometimes people say all dealerships on HWY 99 are sketchy, and I used to think so too. But Car Connection is a good one. Shop with confidence!BTW I dropped my ATM card in their parking lot as I was driving off with my new Escalade, and they picked it up, put it in a safe place, and let me know they had it. Trustworthy? You bet!
They were nice and honest. I didnt feel like they were trying to convince me to buy a car just so they could make commission. They didnt have a lot of good cars though. The mileage was pretty high for the price points.
I recently purchased a vehicle from The Car Connection. I am from Idaho and had arranged for my own financing before making my trip to the Seattle area. This created a considerable amount of extra paperwork for the dealership which they processed flawlessly. I send a special thanks to the sales staff. I worked with both Steve and Scott and found both of these gentlemen to be professional and easy to deal with. The owner, Joe Belinc is rightfully proud of his operation and is a good guy too. I got a nice car at an exceptionally fair price. Highly recommended!! Go see these guys and you will be treated right.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER! This is just a word of warning from a concerned consumer who made the mistake of doing just that. The vehicle I recently purchased from this dealer broke down less than two weeks after the sale. I brought it to Nissan to diagnose and repair the problem. They had to replace a sensor that went bad and informed me that the transmission will need to be replaced. They were able to pull codes from the vehicles computer that indicated there was a past history of problems with the transmission, and that it is failing. This happens to be a very expensive fix. When I returned to this dealer to express my concerns they were very dismissive and not at all understanding. They say that a mechanical and safety inspection was done prior to the sale. You would think they would have and should have known about this defect if that was indeed done. The finance manager told me at the time of sale that he could do better in the final price if I didnt take the car in for my own inspection prior to purchase. I now wish I had. Would have saved me a lot of grief. Final word of advice-DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I hope this helps somebody out there from having this happen to them.
Everyone at Car Connection goes above and beyond to ensure Excellant Customer Service! They continue to amaze me with their attentiveness and helpfulness.
Well-behaved salesman, reasonable deal. Worked with us to reach a mutual satisfaction. Now its time for the flame decals & an endeavor to be adequate bumper sticker. In-house repair shop is a nice benefit. Thanks.
Super nice staff. Cars are in good shape. Friend has bought 3 cars from here. I shouldve bought a car from here.
I really needed an economical, reliable car for a fair price. Joe and Tim helped me feel comfortable in knowing leaving the car lot I felt safe and the peace of mind if I needed anything The Everett Car Connection was there for me. Thank you Joe and Tim. They were such a delight.
I had a great experience with them today. No complaints at all. Clean, neat and very respectful staff and dealership.
The people here at car connection are awesome! They worked with me on my car I got from here, to get it in peak running condition! I recommend this place to anyone looking to get a used car for a decent price and good service!
What a scam these folks are trying to pull over peoples eyes! You advertise a car for $2999.00 and my elderly mother drives over from Whidbey Island and the price goes up and you try to take advantage of an old lady and man! Despicable is all i have to say about your sales practices! We will never recommend your business to anyone, as a matter of fact we will tell everyone of your foul sales pitch and taking advantage of elderly people!Photo is of the car advertised for the price stated, yet these folks tried to tell my mother $4500.00 when they arrived! BUYER BEWARE!
We loved doing business with these folks - We came back and bought a 2nd car! We knew that we were buying used. Its what we wanted because its affordable. We also knew that our experience would be positive in every way! The Sales people were friendly and helpful in finding us the right car, without the high pressure. They made the financing part a breeze and they continue to help us with discounted prices on service after the purchase! We would highly recommend visiting The Car Connection if youre looking to buy a used car! Its a Very Positive experience!
I have got to say buying a car from Dave and the folks at the car connection was by far the best buying experience I have had!!no pushy salesperson, no wasting time. they let me go to the car i likedasked if i wanted to have a look inside, Dave got the keys, told me a little bit about it, asked if i would like to drive. test drove it and loved it and made the deal without any hassle whatsoever!! they even let me drive off with my new car on a sunday when all banks and credit unions are closed(i had been pre-approved) and could not confirm.Dave and Cale, my hats off to you both!!keep up the good word and expect morebusiness from me and friendsThank You both for the wonderful customer service!!Maria A.2015 Buick Encore
These guys are great, they went out of their way to help me and even stayed late after closing to help me get the best deal possible.
Bought a used Subaru here and brought it straight to a dealership. over 3000 dollar bill for repairs after driving it for 1 day. FIRST TIME BUYERS GO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Absolute swindlers. Service also used fowl language to me in describing previous customers.
Super friendly and very affordable for the mechanics on the vehicle we purchased years ago from there
Bought an 05 Prius from here. Deal went down smooth and the car still runs as expected. Nothing to complain about...
Its an okay dealership, they lied about my car having soooo many issues. Learned a big lesson.Take your business elsewhere, they sold me a lemon and they knew it. Run from this dealership your vehicle will have issues within a couple months or even weeks.
This was on OK place to buy used vehicles .They seem to be very pushy, and would seem a bit judgemental or at least have some attitudes there, that said I was there with my dad he bought a Explorer like an Eddie bower or limited edition one of thoughtDef finally can tell was used has a exhaust leak no major as of now pockets in the seats a bit tore up inside and to me the appearance of a life next or driving on the beach the rims and running boards have some good electrolysis going on but that all said he is happy for now with it and got it for 4-600$ under bluebook so for now time will tell . I will post pics of the rig soon. Ill update this post also in 6 months if something bad should go down with the car.
Went to test drive a car and within 8 feet of pulling out of the spot it was parked in there was a Big Crunch and it wouldn’t move any further. Salesman seemed to think it was my fault!
Love these guys! Always helpful! We have bought several vehicles from Joe and the crew over the years!!!
IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS---- I WOULD GIVE 100 NEGATIVE STARS!!BTW I, Evan Rudnick, dont have a Google account, but my Mom said that I could use her account to get this important message out.It was the WORST car buying experience anyone could of had!!! On Saturday, March 28, 2015 my friend of over 20 years and myself, went to look at a vehicle at Car Connections. I was there mostly for moral support for my friend in buying his dream car. Things went sour VERY quickly. The sales lady, Vanessa, was very nice and helpful! The store manager was an utter disgrace to the car buying experience. The manager put his foot on the front bumper of the car that my friend and I were looking at. I politely asked him to take his foot off of the bumper. He looked at me in a Yeah--NO! manner and kept pushing my friend to to in-house financing with him, when my friend had a pre-approval letter from his Credit Union. Shortly after I politely asked the manager to take his foot off the bumper; I escalated my voice to better clarify my disapproval in the manager having his foot on the bumper. The manager then told me that I WAS NO PART OF THIS and then he got in my face and said that HE COULD PUT HIS FOOT ON ***HIS*** CAR IF HE WANTED TO. He then started to put me down in MANY other ways and I put my hand up to shake his and to tell him that I didnt need to hear him vent and that I was sorry if I caused him any grief. He looked at my hand and stormed into the building... My friend and I then said goodbye to Vanessa and I went to the car first.. The Manager then stormed back out, put his face in front of my friends face and told him something. When my friend got in the car he told me what the manager said to him; which was: I dont want HIM to ever come to my store AGAIN!!! But youre more than welcome to come back and buy the car. Both my friend and I have come to an agreement that the Manager VERY FREELY pulled out the discrimination card.... Im not sure what to do from here.. but I called today to try and get a hold of the owner, just 3 days after the incident, and I got a hold of the mean and nasty Manager on the phone and he still told me never to call again.... I understand that I could of handled things differently BUT SO COULD HE. What it ALL comes down to is.... that any sales person has the right to refuse a sale against a PARTY.. but they do NOT have the right to single a person out and tell them that theyre no longer welcome here. The owner needs to fire Steve, the Financial Manager.. Hes a scuzzy creep who needs to come back to earth and realize that were ALL human... hes no better than ANYONE else.
Im always weary of places like this. Dont be!! These guys are great, kind and make pricing a car pain free!
Bought a car from here a couple months ago. I would NOT buy from here again.+ Nice no-pressure sales person (Vanessa).+ Decent price at $5.5k before taxes and registration.- Several issues fixing the car so far. Do NOT buy a car from here if the pre-buyers inspection does not come up clean.Got the car inspection and thoughtd Id eat the cost for repairs. Its a 2003 convertible after all and it might be fun to do some of the work myself. Issue is, the problems are a safety hazard and repairs could be dangerous issues include (approximate quotes amounts):-- Metal to metal front brakes, meaning the car might not stop. ($700)-- Broken air bag controller, meaning the air bags will likely not go off in a crash. ($1000)-- Leaking fluids, meaning the car is less reliable and had a toxic smell after driving a while. ($1000)-- Plus another $1500 for various improvements to improve suspension, etc. This totals about $4.5. Not quite the price of the car but only $1k off. Would rather spend my money at a more reliable dealer.
THE WORST... a couple months ago I came here to purchase a car. The salesman seemed nice. They worked w me to help find something I wanted, and something that would suit my needs. I decided to buy a black 2005 Chevy trail blazer. Everything looked great. Cara seemed to run well, so papers were signed and that was that. Kale the managers of this car connections assured me that they were unlike most other used dealership. He said they care about their customers and of course customer satisfaction. If there were any issues give him a call and they would help out no prob. LIES LIES LIES. within less than a few weeks of driving the car the check engine light started to blink. It stalled on me twice while I was driving. I called up to the dealership, and terry the guy I spoke w said they would send their tow truck driver to come get the vehicle and take a look at it. No problem... after a few days of not hearing anything I called. They said we can fix the issue it’ll be 1100 dollars. What what what??? Well 303 for the tow and the rest to replace the coil packs. I could t believe they were charging me for the tow. I have roadside assistance through my insurance. They deceived me and would not release my car back until in was paid. When I went to pick up the car there was a huge scratch along the passenger side that was not there prior and the incside driver door handle was broken. I had to wait 30 minutes to talk to kale who was a completely different person this time. What he said about caring was bs. He told me they didn’t cause the damage and they’re not liable. I have pictures of the car before the tow truck took it... thank goodness. I was so pissed I just left rather than arguing w this guy. Not just gonna drop this. Oh and also he wouldn’t give me the diagnostics of what was wrong w the vehicle. So pretty much they sold me a dud, didn’t work w me at all to resolve the issue. They just found a way to get more money. Horrible place.
They were quick and straightforward with me I have to say its one of the better car buying experience that had I would recommend them.
We have had such a great experience all around. Our dealer Vanessa worked with me for over a week answering all my questions and working on a preapproval. As my boyfriend and I were taking the bus she did everything possible to have us 100% sure we wanted to come in to test drive before asking us to show up. She even asked her boss to send as a lyft to west seattle so that we could get there to test drive. We did not feel rushed, hassled or uncomfortable with any portion of the buying experience and were even given follow up contact to make sure we were still feeling happy with our purchase. Of the many dealerships I had contacting me throughout our reasearch this dealership was the least pushy, most consistent and did everything they could to get us a fair price and reasonable financing options.100% recommendThanks again CarConnection
This place is very terrible! Please if you value your life are that of your love ones do not buy a car from here. I only gave them one star so that I could write this review otherwise it would be negative a few stars. They rig there cars so that they run long enough that you can get off the lot. After a few days its little things at first. Then you take it to a certified mechanic who tells you sorry but you been screwed. The car they sold me was so unsafe another dealership wouldnt even take it in on trade said it was a liability to do so.
The Car Connection team was extremely friendly and actively helped me to get approved as a first time car buyer. I am very satisfied with my new car and I would recommend the Car Connection to everyone I know!
Unless you like to be cheated and lied to, stay away from that place. The car I bought was advertised as Flawless even though during the first 5 minutes of the test drive I found 2 serious issues: the engine was running very cold and there was vibration at high speed.I said Id buy the car if these issues were fixed. They said theyd fix the temperature issue and look into the vibration.A day later, they called to say the temperature issue was fixed but that the vibration was actually caused by the tires being worn. They offered (after a lot of negotiating) a $200 discount for the tires saying that if I dont buy it, theyll just replace the bad one with a cheap used one (!!!).I accepted the discount and at the last minute they tried cheating me out of another discount that was offered on their website saying that the $200 included it. I stuck to my guns and ended up getting it.When I was buying the car they included a total loss loan insurance without asking me and I had to ask them to reprint everything. As soon as I got on the highway, I noticed that the temperature issue was still not fixed. Also there was an oil leak causing burnt smell inside the cabin.I called them back as soon as I got home and went back there next day. They refused to do anything about it unless I covered 100% of their cost of repair. I refused and told them Id spend a lot of my spare time giving them the worst reputation I can on the internet. After they called the owner, they said that they can either take the car back, as theyd have no trouble reselling it as is to someone else (their words exactly), or they can split the cost with me 50-50.I didnt really want to accept because at this point I had no trust whatsoever in their ability to fix the issues but given the fact that I had no time to work on the car myself I ended up accepting. Also after going through all the hell and wasting all this time, I didnt just want to abandon and give the car back.$230 and a few days later I got the car back and nothing was repaired. The temperature issue is still there and the oil leak is still there. I had to pay $900 for a set of new tires and while doing that I discovered that the control arms are badly worn as well (requiring basically a full suspension rebuild). If I could go back in time I wish I took their offer to return the car so they could sell it to another sucker.
Great cars and friendly service. Our salesperson Brandon was great.
Small, clean dealership that focuses on finding sound clean used cars and competively pricing them to compete with the large dealerships. Great friendly staff that answer your question, provide relevent details about the cars (carfax, etc.)and are not intrusive or pushy. Great experience.
Bought a 2013 Cadillac ATS here. They let me go on 2 20 minute test drives alone on 2 different days by myself before I bought the car. No pressure to buy it after 1st test drive.

Great experience, super painless process and we got exactly what we were looking for. Thanks!
You dont want to buy a car from these people they rip you off and then continue to waste your time saying that theyll fix it when they dont even know whats going on and you buy the warranty and you cant even use it bought a Jeep 2007 and it had a blown head gasket and a bad piston that they fixed just enough to be able to sell the car $10,000 down the drain
