I cant give photos because there are none. If I could give them 0 stars I would so the 1 is only a courtesy that is undeserved. A contact was made with them yesterday about a full size keyboard they had for sale. An arrangement was made to purchase and Brenda said to come in and ask for her. When we arrived, the keyboard had been sold to someone else. Brenda and the others at Cash America could not even contact us via the text stream that we have to let us know. Instead we drove a little ways to find this out! We have the text messages to prove offer and acceptance on the item. I highly caution doing business here. They cannot be trusted.

Honestly my favorite pawn shop ever. I love the new manager I think he’s awesome and he’s really made it fun to be in there along with the staff he has there. Every time I have gone in there these last two months (cleaning out my storage) I always expected to get under what the price they offer me. I’ve never felt ripped off walking out of there and I’ve never walked out with the stuff I walked in with. Definitely recommend this pawn shop. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would lol

So I stopped by this store to check out there guitar amps and I ending up finding the one Ive been searching for.. they let me choose one of there own guitars to test it out and it was perfect! It had to be mine bt I was 5 dollars short on buying the amp that was already an awesome price to begin with and they ever so thoughtfully came down on the price just for me so I could go home with it. This pawn shop right here is the most humane pawn shop Ive ever been too. Finally a place were its not all about them and there hustle. They actually want people to be happy. I hope I get to send some people there way with this review.

Worst pawn shop Ive ever been to the manager is about as intelligent as my 1 year old child. I dont pawn stuff I go to buy stuff I go to 1 or 2 pawn shops a week strictly to buy stuff and have never had a bad experience until I went to the Broadway location not sure who is picking the managers or employees there but they could not have made a worse decision on who to put in management. I will never return to the cash America on Broadway ever again Ive spent 10s of thousands in there other locations with no issues. There loss my gain.

There no matter what day there could be 2 to10 people there and it takes 30 to 40 minutes to get served. A couple of the people who work there have great people skills.The manager does not. One day there was about 10 people in there and the manager gave the customer her money and they kept Bsing for at least another 15 -20 minutes as the line got bigger waiting for her to finished talking.most of the time its terrible service.

My friend and i were in there today looking for video games. We were helped by a nice gal named Amy who was very accomadating and a pleasure to talk with; i would come back because of her.

If you’re into being judged and told no In perfectly good items just because the power trip that is the person who is the pawn star at Cash America in Everett loves to be sadistic then please do go to this place and waste your time if you are so inclined. There is not enough room or patience of viewers to actually go into detail and describe my experience here so all I can say is that because there’s too much to say I’ll leave it at the fact that this is the absolute bottom of the barrel location of Cash America & I have never experienced such a lame group of Aholes in my entire life .I will be putting a call into the manager because it is just horrible to feel the way I feel after this experience. Since when do you need a receipt because your item looks too new by the way? Like anybody goes into pawn something with the receipt that they bought it with! Give me a break... total losers!

My dad Attempted to have a ring appraised and they refused to give an estimate without first damaging the ring with acid etching, which has no baring on the value of the ring. Testing varifies authenticity, not price. He told the women if the estimated amount they would give him was high enough, he would allow them to do the test, but he wasnt about to allow them to devalue the ring by damaging it only to then insult him with a low ball offer. Total racket, but i guess thats par for the course with the cockroaches that run and operate these pawnshops.

Part of a nationwide chain of Pawn Shops, the staff are knowledgableand friendly and you always get a fair deal. They buy gold, even your old dental gold, jewels and jewelry as well as a number of things and its a good place to buy used goods.

Very disrespectful employees. Clearly waited in line for 20minutes. And overlooked because of the position of which I was standing. Not in the middle. A poorly ran store with miserable and juvenile individuals running a dirty and unorganized establishment. Im sorry to have wasted my own time and happy to have Not done business here in such a run down part of town. You have a lot of work to do Cash America to be number one or at least not drowning in your own sadness.

Do not support this business, If you wonder where all our stolen amazon packages and tools end up. Here is the answer. They enable the addicts by purchasing stolen stuff. The sub manager is very rude, he threatened me after I confronted him on selling stolen stuff. I have proof so Im handling this the legal way.

I went in to sell my Xbox 360 and the employee that helped me was very rude didnt even help hook the Xbox 360 up she took one look at the Xbox 360 saw a sticker on the Xbox 360 that literally said Xbox 360 on it and said that she couldnt take the Xbox 360 because of the sticker. She was very rude disrespectful and not helpful. Im very DISSATISFIED. I really hope they close down. That place is very rude and disrespectful.

I went in just now to pawn my DS lite and games till i get paid so I could get cough medicine. So this incredibly rude manager named Renee looked at my ds lite for half of one second saw some electrical tape i put on it for decoration and said no, because its broken. I then tried to explain to her why the said tape was on there and she became incredibly inpatient and said she had already made up her mind. Worst costumer service experience i have ever had. mainly because her job is not that hard and there is no reason what so ever for her to act like that. Renee your job is really not hard and you are crabby, try being a Sawyer at a major company or a planner and then maybe you have the right to occasionally get frustrated at people but your not. Customers are your bread and butter start acting like it. My family and i have done quite a bit of business with this pawn shop over the years. Never again will i go here once i get my items back.

My wife and I have gone to all of the pawn shops in the greater Seattle area; reaching as far north as Mt Vernon and as far south as Lakewood.This location has to be the worst Cash America of all of them. I waited by the Blu-ray case trying to get the attention of an employee for at least 10 minutes. Someone finally asked Do you need to get into the case? and I replied Yes, please. I continued to wait for another 5 minutes before I asked for someone to open it. By the time an employee finally came to open the case I had memorized where most of the Blu-rays I wanted were at. When they opened the case I asked how much the Blu-rays were and she replied “$4.99” (This is a pretty standard price throughout the Cash America but they often have sales going on). After I located the Blu-rays that I had found earlier I continued to look for about 2 minutes before the employee impatiently said Is that all you’re getting? I need to close the case to go help another customer feeling rushed I said “No, Im done.” I paid for the 7 Blu-rays and went upon my day.I stopped by 2 more Cash America’s on my way home, both of which were having a sale of $3 ea Blu-ray and had better selection. I decided to buy some of the same Blu-rays for cheaper and return the 7 that I purchased from the first location because of their “30 day Satisfaction Guarantee”. When I went back to make the return, 4 days later, the first thing the employee said was:Employee: “These are the same Blu-rays you purchased here yesterday.”Me: “I haven’t been here for 4 days”.Employee: “So you just want to exchange these”Me: “If I find something that I like then I would exchange but the rest I would like to return”Employee: “Ok, go ahead and look”I brought 3 Blu-rays up to the counter for exchange and they told meEmployee: “1 is missing a blu-ray disk and 1 was missing missing a DVD copy we won’t be able to take either of those back (even though that’s how I purchased them from that location).”Me: “This is exactly how I purchased it so if it’s missing those disks then that’s how I got it”Employee: “You may need to go home and check to make sure you did not leave them there”Me: “OK, I will do that but I would like to exchange these 3 and return the other 2”Employee: “Unfortunately I already started processing this as an exchange and there is no way that I can void it so I can only do those other 2 as store credit”Me: “Are you serious?
