The manager (Jenn) at the Florissant MO store at 468 N. Lindbergh is always very nice and very helpful. She should be commended. That store always seems to be well run. Ive never had a bad experience at that location.

Great place. Love the employees. Just dont like how they rearranged the shelves recently. Theyre too long and it takes forever to find stuff now. Esp when u have to walk the length of the store to get out of an aisle. So happy the sell cigs and lotto now. 👍

Close, convenient location with a pretty good stock of most goods and comparable pricing to the other grocers. You wont find everything on your list, like some cuts of meat, some spices, veggies, etc., but you can knock out a good bulk of your shopping here.Theres a wheelchair accessible entry and lots of parking for everyone on a highly visible lot.

I come to this location quite a bit .. it use to be alot more when it was 24hours but I still come here alot ..but last night left a horrible taste in my mouth...I came to this location @ 11:15-11:20 p.m. I did know they were closing soon so I was quick I checked out around 11:35 p.m. well the cashier that was working was not friendly at All .. Not even a No Hi how are ya or Hows ur night going Did u find everything u needed etc but like I said nothing not even a simple hello ...then she starts to throw& slams my items into my cart she doesnt set them down just throws everything except my gallon of milk ..I even asked her How her night was going she snapped back all rude like say Im ready to go She made me feel that her having 2 check out my groceries was the biggest inconvenience to her and just made me feel really unwelcome & uncomfortable . I dont know if i even wanna shop there anymore cause she was so rude and theree was no need for her to behave in such a way ...you chose this job and if u can not have basic customer service skills then u need to rethink what u doing not take it out of on the customers

This is a cheap grocery store with a variety of products. They have good customer care and they operate for 24hrs, You cant sleep hungry!

It was ok. Their hours have changed from 24hrs to closing at midnight. So, if you are looking for a late night bite get hungry before midnight or prepare early. The parking lot lights were all out. It was very creepy at 1130 pm 😳. Customer service was a but mediocre but Im not sure if that was because they were about to close or personal reasons. However, I was able to get in and get out smoothly.

Clean ...well organized...great staff.. And a little secret I will let you in on...its open 24/7... Yep...its true. Only grocery store that cares for our north county needs !!! UPDATE UPDATE. June 2021. They have let us down !!! NOT OPEN 24/7 !!! I REPEAT!!! NOT OPEN 24HOURS ANYMORE!!! All the rest remains the same ....They just pulled the operating hour rug out from under are north county feet !!!!

I regularly shop for my familys groceries at this location but today when I went it was very cluttered in the aisles, seemed to be shortened on staff assisting customers. Was not able to get right in and out as I usually do.

Not the biggest selection but the prices are good. But the fact they were 24/7 was the main reason I chose save a lot exclusively even tho they lacked A large portion of the items I was wanting. Now that the hours have changed I doubt I will be shopping there anymore. Now we don’t have any 24 hr grocery stores in north county

I really like Save A Lot, and have been shopping here for years. You can get some really great deals here. I have seen some sketchy things go down in their parking lot though.

Interesting, this Save-A-Lot is open 24 hrs now! Im a all around shopper so I come in here to get certain things, the employees cool & store stocked for the most part.

As always I love shopping here it a pleasant atmosphere shelves are also stocked up and never real crowded and the lines move fast.

Really glad to see that the store is actually open 24 hours now! Yep, you read that right! I was there about 9 pm on a Friday night and they were stocking shelves at the time, so some of the items werent on the shelves. But, like I said, it was being stocked. The store was pretty clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I hope that all the stores go to 24 hours!

Great service and easy to find items

Ive been going to this store since it opened over a decade ago. Obviously, I really like going here. You cant get everything that you need here (similar to Aldi), but you can get 90% of what you need. And the prices are always good. Surprisingly, their meat and produce are also of good quality. They have incredible pricing on bread, meat, dairy, and vegetables in particular.

The experience was not good. No floor people to ask for product info, I couldnt even hear my cashier that didnt greet me, there was basically no bread, it was more expensive than Aldis and just not cool. I wont be going back. Ive been there many times in the past couple of years but Im done.

Great place to shop I went in there on a Thursday afternoon the shelves were stocked with plenty of goods fresh meat.

I dont want to bash Save A Lot. Aside from Aldi its the only remaining St. Louis area grocery store with reasonable prices. However, I am getting a bit frustrated with advertised items, in particular the incredible $3.99 T-bone deal, never being in stock. 7 seperate attempts between 2 locations at different times of the day and I still have yet to find any in stock 😞. I get it, Covid 19 and supply chain issues. Well then stop advertising the item all the time. Starting to feel like Im being baited just to get me in the store.

The only location around that is 24 hours! I was given a cart right away and there was little to no line to wait in at checkout.

This store is always clean and well stocked. I go in and grocery shop and find all the items I want at a great price cashiers are always ready and happy to serve you. Today the cashier even loaded my recycle grocery bags while she was ringing each item by placing them in the bags. Outstanding

Save-a-lot is true to its name and newly remodeled too! Similar to Aldis, this store has a lot of private label brands but is a whole lot cheaper than other places. Quality of everything Ive bought has been great. There is now more fresh meat and fruits/vegetables and also a bakery as well. Alcohol is also now available. Love the remodel!

I stopped going to Save a Lot in my old residential area. This was a blessing in disguise.My last one was a nightmare compared to how well kept this store is. I was there at 4 am and let me tell you those late night workers were some of the most respectful gentlemen I have ever shopped near. Each of them wished me a good morning amd hellos, and you know they have been working long hours of the night.The store was clean and being restocked. Every worker had masks on and were polite about any question.Sevaugn or Sevon, sorry for butchering your name. You worked register two last night and you were extremely pleasent to talk to and the best customer service skills I have seen in a long time. Thank you for your hard work.

This place is very pocket friendly may be almost 2nd to none in groceries. Good customer service. Spacious clean & generally taken good care of. Falls short on variety, but still enough to make you keep coming. Quality of some items like paper towels though cheaper is low- get what you paid for. Lines to the cashier can at times be a bit long, but the employees potray team work. Bottom like, nice place to shop.

I love Save-A-Lot, they have great prices on their meat & produce. Although I was a little disappointed today because I wanted fresh green beans and this location did not have any available, therefore I had to settle for cabbage. This little disappointment will not stop me from returning. Like I said earlier the prices in the meat is great and the meat is good!

Ehhhhh not for me.

They are currently remodeling their store and have made lots of great changes. New shopping carts are available for a quarter deposit and they have sleek new coolers with lids and new refrigerator cases too. The staff here is great too!
