Ive been wearing hearing aids for 35 years, and in those years I have worked with quite a few audiologists. They were all good, but Lisa Alber is in a whole different class. Her knowledge is extensive and she uses state of the art equipment that most others dont have, but what really sets her--and her whole practice--apart is the sense that I am not only cared for but cared about. With most other audiologists Ive seen, their main focus was to sell me hearing aids. Lisas main focus is making sure I can hear as well as possible, and she will go to any length to make that happen. Everyone in that office is very friendly and knows each client as a person. I wish every healthcare provider was like this. I cant recommend Alber Hearing Services highly enough.

I truly appreciate what Dr. Alber has done for me. Hearing aids have restored my ability to once again hear the sounds of nature especially the peepers and birds. Also to be able to understand what people are saying in a crowded situation such as a restaurant. Also the entire staff is always friendly and helpful.

I went to Albers due to sudden loss of hearing in my right ear, whether serious or not she was very caring and concerned for the well being of my hearing. Thankfully she resolved my issue and they were just as happy as I was. I very highly recommend them for any hearing issues of any kind no questions asked!

Outstanding customer service. We were in need of a new pair of hearing aids for my mother who is currently living in a nursing home. We brought Mom to the parking lot by Alber. Jeremy met us in the lot and made moulds of Mom’s ears. He noted the turn around time was 2 to 4 weeks. Well, he did much better than that! Only one week later, he came to the nursing home and fitted Mom with her new hearing aids! Thanks!

I was steered early in the process to pursue help from Mass Rehab, which fortunately I did in fact qualify for and, within a few months, I was given hearing aids, through Alber Hearing Services, absolutely free! There is no way that I ever could have afforded this expense and I will be forever grateful to Lisa and her staff for their understanding, compassion, and thorough knowledge of how to navigate this issue and find a happy ending. The Alber Hearing Services office has a very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is professional, efficient and comfortable in interactions with clients. Their service is excellent. I never felt that I was being marketed, but rather that the goal was to help me hear as well as possible, with no pressure or agenda other than to take care of my hearing needs. I was recommended to this practice by a friend, and I, in turn, would certainly recommend them to others.

Because of COVID, my interactions have been minimal. Nevertheless, they were very efficient and knowledgeable about the system that would best benefit me; we were able to accomplish both my receiving the system and financing it just prior to everything shutting down. ISince then, they have remained in touch and offered ways to access them should I need assistance. I appreciate their efforts. Additionally, everone ith whom I have interacted, whether in person or online has been patient, kind, and very helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

Lisa and her staff were amazing to work with. Hearing aides can be difficult for some and I was very appreciative of the time and patience that everyone had while my mother was at her appointments.

For the longest time while I was in school I’ve always had hearing problems, and some kids would get annoyed when I would ask them to repeat sentences and schoolwork was always a bit of a struggle because I’d never hear the lesson and would have to ask for scraps of information in order to learn my subjects, but one day I went to this place and got my first pair of hearing aids, and the people there are amazing and I didn’t feel too rushed to buy hearing aids, and ever since I’ve had my hearing aids they have done nothing but good for me, I can actually listen to lessons, I could hear things I couldn’t hear before, I could not have asked for a better service and my life has been easier ever since, if you struggle with hearing problems I highly suggest this place, would’ve driven for 4 more hours for this kind of service.
