Just great. Was going to wait and think about it, but once he put the hearing aids in, had no idea how much I was missing.

Doc was Very nice and helpful. Even dealing with my workmans comp issues, she was on the phone the whole time I was there and very nice about the whole situation

I met with Kyle, explained what my problem is with my hearing aid. He opened it up and showed the problem is. He explained the problem happens and what to do hopefully keep the problem from happening in the future. He said he is unable to fix the problem now as he does not have the parts needed are not yet in this for my hearing aid. When they arrive at this office he will call me to come in for the repair. Kyle seems very knowledgeable about hearing aids. I am looking forward to having Kyle repair my hearing aids in the future.
