This place is awesome! I am new to hearing aids, & experienced difficulty adjusting. Tammi took great effort in making sure the right pair were created for me. It took 3 attempts but she didn’t quit until I was satisfied. Great customer service from the entire staff, & I saw it in action when a customer arrived in distress, without an appointment, & rather than have him wait for what would have been hours at the V.A., without any hesitation they worked together to solve his problem. I did not mind the wait because they demonstrated what a truly caring group they are, which is priceless! (especially these days)…This is definitely a full-service family business that works hard for your money.

When my first pair of hearing aids started to fail after three years I started to research for a new more reliable brand. I heard the brand Starkey from a relative and a neighbor. So I located a Starkey dealership which happened to be B.S. Wisniewski custom hearing. I was totally satisfied with the knowledge of their product and the service has been outstanding. I have the same features I had with their competitors brand plus added features not in my old pair plus all of Starkey parts are made in America. No more dealing with a out of state operator when I have questions or want to schedule an appointment. I highly recommend Starkey brand and B.S. Wisniewski.

I worked with these people to get hearing aid replacements for my 90 year old mother after the hospital lost her hearing aids during a chest x-ray. They were my hero’s and got full replacement in less than a few days. It was the best service I have ever experienced.

They did wonders for my hearing problem.. Having tried mail order aids in the past, I am very happy with the service and attention I recd.

My previous provider went out of business and B. S. Wisniewski was there for me. They honored my hearing aid warranty and has worked with me ever since. Scott took the time to explain how they work and adjusted them accordingly. I highly recommend them if you are having any hearing problems.

I had great service and care from this office. Very professional and caring. I was a little concerned about how the hearing aids would feel, but I hardly notice them in my ears.My wife also is thankful so she can communicate with me easily now.

I just went in for another update to my hearing aids, and as usual, the service is great, knowledgeable, and friendly! They give me the options without any pressure, and had me in and out in nothing flat. Ive been a customer for several years, and will continue with them in the future.

Worked mostly with Jordan, but entire staff was friendly, professional, helpful & knowledgeable. Unfortunately, since my insurance company (UHC) is not helpful or friendly, I was unable to purchase the hearing aids that Jordan helped me pick out. I did get to try them for a month before UHC denied coverage & absolutely loved them. Jordan & his staff were understanding & I was able to return the hearing aids without a problem. Would recommend B.S. Wisniewski to anyone in need of hearing aids.

The salesperson I met with was very informational, but was relentless in repeating the memorized tag lines or key phrases they ingrained. They have a good product, but it can be found elsewhere for a little less.

I have nothing but good experiences from the complete initial exam which was explained to me in detail, to the follow ups, frequent at first and then at longer intervals. Brian has been wonderful, and all audiologists have been professional, knowledgable and friendly.
