I was kept well informed about the newest technology and explained the options that were available to me in the future. The service was excellent for cleaning my hearing aids and checking what my insurance Would cover this year. Matt was very helpful and took his time with me so I could make the best decisions. The fact that he did not hurry me allowed me to decide to order new hearing aids covered by my insurance. I was thrilled.

They were very caring because the people before me were sick so they wiped everything down and gave me the option to reschedule my appointment if I was worried about getting sick, my exam was very well down and we were able to talk about what I need to do going forward!!

Very good service and on time with the appointment schedule. The only thing Im not crazy about is the follow up cost of $69.00 after my Insurance coverage has expired. My last appointment took about 15 minutes for both my wife and I total. Other than that I was very happy with this company.

They got me in right away and fixed the problem.
