This storage facility has an awesome manger mr Dave is very helpful and knowledgeable as well as understanding and actually knows hes customers nameseven with masks on I assume they make payments regularly. This property is very clean and welcoming. Great place to keep your stuff safe reasonable prices and cameras everywhere.

I highly recommend Life Storage; it is a well maintained and managed facility. The locks are very secure. If you need climate control, all of those units are located inside a building.If you live in Hazelwood, I also recommend using the facility on Howdershell near Hazelwood West. Dave, who runs the place, is very personable and attentive. I drove in the first time to find my unit and he followed me in his cart to make sure I could find it.I’m very happy I chose Life Storage for my storage needs!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I got the grand tour and signed my agreement in minutes. Best news is the cost of my unit here 10x10 is much less expensive than where I have my stuff stored presently in a 5x10 unit. Plus 24 hour access, if needed.

Great business great service

Ouida went above and beyond to help me set up my storage room. I made it to the facility at the last second at closing time on holiday weekend, super frustrated with my move and was at my wits end. She stayed to get me set up on auto pay. Very grateful she was able to assist me. Very courteous and professional, in the company she checked off all 5 with integrity being an outstanding feature. Thank you!

Nice facility. Monea, the manager is great! She is knowledgeable, helpful and very nice to deal with. She told us about a special rate which was great! Unfortunately, our first online bill was for $10 more than our contract stated. I’ve emailed and will call if needed to get this resolved. If not resolved to my satisfaction I’ll have to adjust my rating. Until then everything has been great!

This place gets a ZERO! Horrible service! They Will NOT keep your reservation, even if they confirm the day of. This place is a joke! Monae called me the morning of my move to confirm I was still coming in. I tell her Yes, Im on my way. When I get there she tells me the system gave my reservation to someone else. I dont believe that. She gave my unit away to a walk-in customer in order to meet her quota for the weekend. Thats NOT cool! I would NOT recommend Life Storage to anyone. A friend tried to warn me and I didnt listen. I was so caught up in the free truck rental they give you. Thats a JOKE too. The truck is first come first served, so regardless if you reserve it, they will give away to the first walk in customer. Run fast from this place. It will save you a headache!
