Having just arrived from out of town, needed a good coffee and glad I found this place. Located in an old home, it’s a cozy and comfy vibe with plenty of places to take a load off. Had a great iced coffee and breakfast sandwich. Staff was quick and friendly. Definitely a place to go.

Great find during my stop in Hilliard. COVID precautions still in place, so ring the bell for service. Friendly service, contactless payment. The iced latte I ordered was perfect, I love whatever espresso blend they use. Great way to start the morning.

So happy the inside of this place is open. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. This place is a much better in person experience than the online app which required a lot of patience.Cute atmosphere that makes you feel like you are at home.I ordered an iced SF Hazelnut Latte which was a great start to my say. I never usually leave reviews but I seriously love this place! They have great coffee, great pastries, the place is nice, cozy and warm and the staff is unbelievably gracious, just all around a great place! And the only people I’ve ever met that know how to say my name right lol, definitely my new coffee spot.

A great place to take the kids on a rainy morning! Get a cup of coffee and check out the kids play annex so they can play while you enjoy your coffee!

This has a home style casual atmosphere. Its basically 2 small homes with a patio in between. The first one has coffee and a sitting area, and a few breakfast items (not sure if there is lunch or dinner). For some reason there is a gift shop of sorts with mugs, clothing, jewelery, inspirational items. Across the patio, is the second area. The second home is a 2 story with a sitting area downstairs for large groups and a play area upstairs. The play area has a cute puppet show area. There is a baby changing station and a few books and toys for different ages. It also has tables and so on. The patio looks moderately sized and I believe in spring it will be a nice place to relax. I wish there was a larger breakfast menu and table service or to the other house. I also wish the play area was downstairs, its hard to carry a car seat + baby+ diaper bag upstairs, also grandmas knees cant do those stairs. But overall, I believe this is a nice casual place for playdates, informal business meetings, and small parties.

Good location. Coffee is meh. Pricing is good. I got the maple latte with almond milk and all I could taste was the almond milk. Granted, I did ask for light flavor. And I typically get oat or coconut milk. Their only options were almond, whole or 1%? Also, instead of fresh-baked goods, it seems as if they got their donuts from a local grocery store then upcharge them to $1.25. Not terribly impressed with this place and their menu was nothing fancy. If youre looking for good coffee, move on.

A family space! I love that I can get my coffee and take my toddler with me! They have an entire building for kids to play! Such a wonderful space and the owners are so kind!!!!

I placed a mobile order through their app and within minutes it was ready. I got a double shot of espresso and the cherry cordial latte, both delicious! I would love to visit again in the future when COVID has hopefully calmed down. Also, I really appreciated the handwritten notes, it was a lovely start to my day!

Great smooth coffee!! My latte had great flavor and wasnt bitter or acidic! Very knowledgeable about their coffee and brewing methods. I also had a cinnamon scone that was excellent! It wasnt too dry and paired well with my latte. The location is great, just watch for the black and red sign out front and drive slower through the stretch of town to find it. I parked right on the main street. Ill definitely be a regular!

I had a wonderful experience today at Coffee Connections at the Market. The young gentleman who was working made me the perfect pumpkin latte and my girlfriend a smoothie. Both were amazing! He also gave meal suggestions and told us a bit about the market. He was really “all about the people”! I think his name was Luke? I will be returning!!

Staff was extremely helpful in directing me to their establishment. As well as helpful with the menu selection. I will certainly return.

I went here for the first time yesterday morning. I like to support local places, but unfortunately was disappointed. The chai I got was cold and didnt taste very strong. This may be their style, but I was hoping for more spice. My husband got a drip coffee and it tasted watered down. The pastries were ok but lacked flavor. Prices were high, but it is to be expected for a local store, however, for the price it wasnt worth it.

Throughout the years I catch myself coming up with excuses to travel over to Hilliard to get some work done in one of the many amazing nooks or just to relax. The first time I went in, I had no idea what to order but knew that I was in the mood for a Caramel Macchiato. I told the barista this and she whipped up the most wonderful thing Ive ever tasted! Im telling you, this thing is goal worthy! Working at Carriage Court down the street now - I feel like the the luckiest girl in the world now, walking over on lunch break in this now beautiful weather is the perfect break to a busy day!

Great coffee made from beans roasted by the owner with a good selection of locally made baked goods and donuts. Pretty good collection of loose leaf tea as well. The place has two floors of seating, an outdoor patio and a back house, with childrens play area that is open to patrons. One of my new favorite coffee spots!

A neat little placed to get coffee! Youll almost miss it if youre not looking, its an old house thats been repurposed. Coffee is great, good prices too. The gentleman who was the barista was real nice, told me some cool places and events to check out locally. I camped out and did some work on my computer with some coffee for a bit, a nice homey place!

It was awesome, they have keto options for snacks!! Got a delicious ginger peach tea and a pumpkin coffee cake.

A wonderful gem of a shop! They are always so friendly, and the coffee is absolutely amazing. The shop itself is in an old house, so the layout is a little different. However, they use that to make it super special! There are many different rooms to sit in, and the house they have next door has a little playroom upstairs!! Its perfect for bringing kids with you, which a lot of shops dont have.

This is my favorite coffee shop! They have the most amazing drink options and their menu goes along with the seasons. The staff is extremely sweet and always inviting. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The coffee was excellent! Even though it was outdoor seating only, it was really good coffee and we experienced really friendly staff!

Worse coffee experience I have ever had. I waited about 25 minutes to get a cup of black brewed coffee.Clerk served 3 people that were in line behind me which all had speciality coffee’s before he took the time to get my brewed coffee and when I got the coffee it was like drinking hot water with a little coffee. I paid 2.50 for a small coffee which is more than Starbucks. I won’t be going back there again. I hope they don’t treat all there customers that way or they won’t be in business long.

My family and I love this place. Its nice to have great local coffee and step outside of the chain. Today, I had the John Wayne, definitely a manly beverage. Ha ha. It was strong and smooth. My daughter had an excellent Ice Coffee with sugar free caramel. So tasty

Very inexpensive considering the quality and selection available. I think I found my new favorite place!!! Do yourself a favor and visit and frequent this establishment!!

This place is passionate about good coffee and their atmosphere is very warm. It’s in a old house and has many rooms and areas to tuck away to study, read or have a meeting. Noise can get a little loud as there isn’t any music playing but still cozy nonetheless.The have yummy lattes, great treats and snacks too!

Had an AWESOME meeting today with some Great Scouters. My first time at this quaint coffee house right in Old Hilliard. Will definitely be coming back. They also have party house event space rental available. Support your local economy whenever you can.

A friend recommended this coffee shop for a quick meeting. Its very cozy! I love the set up and it feels like Im having coffee in my living room while I work. I had a mocha and it was very good and reasonably priced. They also had an assortment of baked goods which looked delicious. Will definitely return!

These guys do a great job. They work really hard to make sure people with little kids have a place to hang out, they have some unique items they make by hand (pumpkin syrup), and are generally awesome people. Its nice to see a local store so sick a great job.

I went to the shop this morning for the first time and had a bad experience. The employee and her service was excellent. I ordered a cappuccino with caramel flavor, the coffee has no caramel flavor at all and was very cold. I didnt drink it while I was at the store but once I left I realized it was cold and couldnt go back. After thinking about my experience while at the shop, I remembered that I never heard the employee steaming the milk. She poured it without steam it!!! I like to support small/local shops but sadly I dont think I will go back.

The coffee was great, but the customer service needs worked on. I will however try it again and hope for better service.

I visited Coffee Connections for the first time recently and loved it! The barista was super friendly and excellent at her job, and the atmosphere was perfect for me to get a few hours of work done (not to mention my coffee was delicious!). I love that theres a place like this in Hilliard--will definitely be back soon!

Outstanding!! Easily the best Coffee house in Hilliard and surrounding areas. The staff is beyond amazing and their knowledge of coffee is mind blowing. The service is friendly and prompt. The perfect place for a great cup of coffee, delicious scone and awesome conversation. This is an EXCELLENT place to take the children as well! There is an annex right behind the shop that offers a huge downstairs area of guests and an upstairs area complete with toys and murals. The kids get to enjoy playing with each other while the hubby and I watch and sip some great coffee. This is a blessing for the Hilliard area as there really isnt anything else like it! The main shop has goods from local artists and great snacks. Great outdoor seating and Wifi available! There is a huge seating area downstairs and more seating and meeting rooms upstairs! Way to go Coffee Connections!! This is why you won Emerging Business of the year, well deserved. Its couldnt get better!

Great local coffee shop! I almost missed the building at first, but once I found my way in it was exactly what I was looking for.Good selection of coffees and pastries at prices comparable to large coffee chains. A big plus is that there is plenty of space inside and outside so families with kids can spread out without bothering others.This will definitely be my go to place in Hilliard for a coffee and a good book.

This location never disappoints! If anyone were to ask me where the best spot in the Columbus area is to grab some coffee, this is it. I came in today and asked the barista to surprise me, she made this cold brew (I dont totally remember what it was) but it was delicious.

First of all I drink tea, and there is nothing as discouraging as walking into a place trying to be a hip local gathering place to find they cant do a cup of tea. Coffee Connections satisfied the coffee connoisseur with me but they also have very decent teas. Great variety in snacks all of which seemed local or made in house. several different styles of seating and meeting areas that all looked made for comfort and hanging out. There is a separate meeting and kids space that is so inviting it makes me want to think of an event to hold there.

Loved it! Sweet little kid friendly shop and was able to sit down and enjoy time playing games and reading books with my 3 year old up stairs. Cant wait to go back again.

I’m a coffee lover and finally got to try this place out a few weeks ago. I got an iced coffee with brown sugar cinnamon which tasted great, but I do wish it had been a liquid flavoring rather than the granules. If I had gotten hot coffee this wouldn’t have been an issue. It wasn’t enough of an issue to take away any stars. Service was quick and efficient. Workers were kind. Prices were fair.

Baristas are always kind. Coffee is delicious. The atmosphere is cozy. I can spend my whole day here. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Everything you’d want from a coffee shop. My boyfriend and I love they have some board games to play, too. :)

Im so glad I came here. They have an entire room upstairs for kids to play! My toddler and baby had so much fun for over an hour and I didnt have to feel like I was disturbing anyone else! Missing one start because there are no bathrooms in the building with the play room, so not great with a newly potty trained kid, but other than that I was very happy with it!

So thankful to have coffee connections! We love it here, great for just grabbing some coffee or if you have little ones they have a wonderful play area with books, blocks, play kitchen, puppet stage, play store for toddlers and bigger kids, but it is also safe and they have age appropriate toys for curious babies as well! We love meeting friends here or sometimes I swing by with my daughter, just the 2 of us!

Cute little shop with descent espresso. At least I could taste it in my small dopio, almond latte. Perfect temp to drink Straight away.And toys for my tiny to play with. This is the first cafe outside of a play cafe that takes mothers into consideration! I love you for that alone.Im sad by their alternate milks and recommend pea milk! Its subtle and goes great with espresso!Well be back.

The website was down. Phone number wrong, or no one answered. we went so my little could play but the back was rented out. I wish we could be known ahead of time, but like I said no website. Also, asked for a sugar free caramel iced coffee.. got a sugar free French vanilla. Pretty disappointed. I didnt even ask them to fix the coffee I was just pretty done with the experience. Its a cool concept and a cool place. But this visit was not great at all.

The barista refused to make me a Vietnamese coffee because he was closing in twenty minutes. He claims it takes 20 minutes to make one. Now Im not sure what process they use but Ive never seen it take more than five. Regardless, even if it does take 20, thats no reason to refuse someone a menu item. I spent 15 years in the restaurant business and if a table was sat 2 minutes before our closing time we still served those guests. No question.

The coffee shop itself is very nice. Cozy place with some pretty tasty pastries. There is outside seating and bike rental. They havev an annex in the back that you can rent. It has two floors with the bottom being more of a space to visit and eat. The upstairs has a play area for kids. Some of the play things are broken which was our only concern for the place. Other then that would definitely suggest this place to friends.

Love this place! Have coffee, tea or a fruit slush. Comfortable environment whether you have kids or not, if you do have kids, theres more than one area for them to comfortably play.

This coffee shop is one of my favorite places. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they have a great roasts, it has plenty of workspace, they have a great event space, and its converted from a quaint old home. Whats not to love?

My family has been here several times. The french pess is my choice but its all good. There are several sections to hang out, including space for the kids. If you love coffee and love cafe experience, try Connections.

The place was really cool and had unique coffee options. Sadly, the particular barista I experienced messed up my Vietnamese coffee by forgetting to add the sweetened condensed milk. I didnt notice the mistake until I was out on the road. I hope the management will comp me my drink the next time I return.

The best. Love the atmosphere, the coziness and quaint little nooks to read or have quiet conversation while sipping the best freshly made coffe and tea drinks. They also gave a nice outdoor area and a place behind the main house for parents who have kids with them. A little play area and plenty of seating for anyone toting a laptop or iPad needing to work or just have a get away from the office.
