The customer service in the drive-thru was absolutely fabulous. Yes, there was a long line, yes they have a lot of components when it comes to ordering your coffee, but the young lady in the Drive-Thru was phenomenal. As my daughter was ordering it was three of us in the car and we were talking all at the same time. And as my daughter begin to speak the order the young lady that was taking the order got a little mixed up. I should say we got her a little mixed upπ€However, she repeated it back to us and when my daughter said no thats not correct she said well lets go one at a time. And that to me showed phenomenal customer service and caring about the customer! And in my book that has five starsπππππ across the board and the coffee was excellent. We will continue to be customers a Stabucksππ€
They usually always mess up my order and your lucky if they are even open half the time. They keep changing there hours one week they are open until 330 so I get there before 330 and they closed at 3
Actuallyβ¦ I had a decent experience here, polite, mostly fast, well made coffee in particularβ¦ Nobody goofed the drink or forgot add insult or modifications and more importantly nobody burnt the coffee. Thatβs always a plus right?! Lots of Starbucks are quantity over quality anymore, this place is temperate in that plight. Enjoyβ¦
3 stars because the music was ridiculously loud. I had come here a year ago and completely forgot about their music. It had not changed a bit. Even if I wanted to put my airpods in, Id still hear the music, so there was no use for that.The staffs were great. Im not much of a coffee drinker so I had a difficult time choosing what to get. When I had asked the cashier if the drink I was gonna order was okay for a non-coffee drinker, he said its sweet and better iced. He wasnt wrong; the drink was not bad, though a little on the bitter side, but thats coffee for you. I had gone during rush hour so it took around 10 minutes to actually get my drink. (Drive thru was packed.)Unfortunately, the con outweighs the pros, so I wont be coming back here any time soon. If I decided to come back, my rating would be 4 stars.
The employees here work thier tush off!We had a drink mix up, and due to national shortage I was unable to get what I wanted. But the employees helped me figure out a great alternative.Super helpful and kind staff.
Always amazing. Even though they are always slammed each employee has a wonderful mindset and works well. Ive never had a mistake with my order, ever. The line moves at a steady pace even if it is around the building. They must be doing back breaking work in there, and you can tell they care about customer service even though theyre just a coffee drive through, and it isnt the Ritz Carleton. Lovely. (By the way people, the more cars there are in line the longer IT WILL take. People sometimes order large orders. If youre on a time crunch and cant wait, maybe go to tim Hortons or the one inside target right down the road. Stop whining over a wait.)
Its okay if your desperate for caffeine but in my opinion the coffee has a mild dirt taste and their pastries are always dry. Ultima its not worth the price.
10 minutes in line and still wasnβt even close to getting to the order screen... had to go to another place just because I didnβt have time to wait...paid less and got faster service for just as good a coffee down the street...this is a repeat issue and a lot of times they just arenβt staffed well...the people working there work their butts off but it doesnβt show because they are just over-worked...I appreciate their positive attitudes despite the the position they are put in as employees
Line is always wrapped around the building and extremely slow. Coffee is good and service is usually always great but for the prices they charge they should be able to run the drive thru in a more efficient timely way, seeing as most people go on their way to work or on their lunch time. You spend the entire time just getting your order and have to rush back. I have started going someplace closer and they always keep things moving even when there are a lot of people in line.
Terrible service!! I waited for so long to get my order and I get it these people are under staffed but whenever I ask for my order they donβt bother to go looking for it and just tell me to wait. And to top that, the coffee was awful!!
Placed an order via UberEats and the cake pop I ordered was sold out. Instead, I received two other flavors, a $4 gift card, and a lovely hand written note. Itβs nice to see someone going above and beyond nowadays. Whoever you are, thank you!

While the staff is typically friendly, the service speed and response is atrocious. I can understand longer lines at certain rush times, but it seems that at any time there is a line wrapped around the building that actually impedes through traffic that isnβt going to Starbucks. This location is a model of what low efficiency and poor traffic flow location can produce.

The music played on 8/26/21 in the morning was so unbearably loud, it was literally painful to our ears, and we just walked out and left. Drive-thru was packed, so we had decided to go inside. We literally could not tolerate the noise level and bass of the music, it was so unwelcoming.
Ive missed the taste of Starbucks. During the pandemic I had convinced myself I was making lattes that were just as good. Must be the lies we tell to keep sane. One sip and I realized I was wrong. So good to be back.
15 minutes minimum just to get order placed then another 15 minutes to get your order. Their timing is not efficient.
My kiddo loved her coffee. Get more practice on the Caramel Apple cider drink. Weak flavor compared to usual.

Very dissapointed in my last two visits. I have ordered flat whites each time. The last time it tasted completely burnt and this time it is like flavored water. Unfortunately, a coworker has picked up my drinks so I was unable to try them before leaving the store. Normally I have no issues at this location. I hope its just a fluke!

Ok how much can you say about Starbucks besides they always make my morning ritual very consistent. The baristas are always happy to see me and are such nice people. Like their gouda breakfast sandwich and actually as I write this might swing by and pick one up.

The BEST Starbucks! Every time I visit (about once a week) the employees are so friendly and make my drink perfectly. Today I ordered online and had to pickup inside (my driver window is broken) but the inside was closed. I had to wait in the drive thru behind about 15 or so cars.. waited a little bit, kind of frustrated (not at the workers, just my patience) but when I got up to the window, I was given a $4 gift card because the inside is closed. I thought this was great customer service and although the line was long, thatβs not the employees fault and they always do a great job at this location! Thank you Starbucks employees for all that you do, I appreciate you!!
Pulled out of the drive through line on a Saturday afternoon after it didnβt move for over ten minutes. The line was longer than the space allotted in the parking lot. When I pull out and around, there were three employees just standing at the window. I also saw two employees walk out during this ten minute (minimum) period.

This store has had its struggles since the pandemic but the employees try really hard to stay friendly and upbeat. They also put out consistent and good product.

This is the best Starbucks! I frequent often but they remember me each time! My drink today was correct but didnβt taste right so I called ahead and let them know I was coming by at lunch but will place a mobile order and they had a free $4 off card next to my drink for me so I didnβt have to wait and could get back to work.
The baristas are always SO wonderful and kind and while waiting in the line may take a few extra minutes(bc they make everything to order,its not fast food) they are quick when you get to the window and make small talk so you feel welcome! I wish I could remember the girls names that I usually interact with, I know one is Shelby but the AM crew is all great!
Visited on a Saturday afternoon, place was busy as eff, but every other location on the west side is closed presumably due to the pandemic. They made my drink exactly as I ordered it, and the employees seemed to be making the best of a bad situation.

This has been my main Starbucks for 2 years and every drink I get is delicious and correct. The employees are always incredibly nice even when itβs busy and stressful. They donβt get enough credit for how amazing they are!

Guess its safe to say Blacks definitely are treated differently at Starbucks. The older white lady in front of me was greeted with exceptional services. I on the other hand had the guy walk away and the the one girl who noticed me standing there as others just kept passing me.she decided to help since no one else would. Its safe to say I wont be returning to Starbucks again.

I visited this Starbucks this morning and liked it, overall. The location is convenient, and the cafe is quite large, but the employees were very friendly, and even after telling an employee that there was no toilet paper in the restroom, I went back after an hour and no toilet paper had been put in the restroom. Very, very poor.

I find this store can be a hit or miss. Ive gone before and the service is quick and the drink turns out well. Other times Ive had it incorrectly made such as ordering a drink with a flavor and them not putting the flavor in. This is frustrating when you pay for it and pick up and run off to work before you notice. I usually do mobile orders and find a lot of times it takes longer than the highest estimate of wait time. However, it is a fairly busy store, but if youre paying the amount they charge youd like it to be right.
These girls seem to have trouble making the right drinks. Almost every time I end up getting charged for something they donβt put in my drink. Iβve learned to stay away from this location
Very spacious inside, the perfect place to get some work done. The staff is so kind and conversational, and theyβre very quick!! Always a good experience.
Not a big fan
Thr woman working the drive-thru speaker asked me first thing if I wanted to hear a joke, and of course I did so I said yes and she proceeded to tell me a cheesy joke and then took my order. The cars ahead of me moved quickly through the line, and I received my order right away. This was a great experience. The service was fast and its clear that this team works together well. Starbucks is not a place that I visit frequently, but I will absolutely be going back to this location.

They just expanded their Covid-19 hours. They were closing at 1:00pm, but they are open until 6pm now. (Thay have a sign on their Drive-up Screen)

I ordered 3 separate things and they were all wrong. Even when she went back to fix one of my drinks it was still wrong. The one on Tuttle Crossing is much better and more professional.

I think this is the biggest Starbucks in town, so there is always a place to sit, regardless the time of day. The staff is always kind and attentive too. Good location.

Tied for the slowest drive through Ive ever experienced. Painfully slow. Its I regret my life decisions slow. I have literally stopped going to this Starbucks and instead just get cheapo coffee at the gas station across the street.

It was at this location that I received the best Starbucks drink Ive ever enjoyed. Brittany was my barista. Not only was she wonderful to talk to, but she put so much pride in her craft that it was fun to watch. Thank you so much, Brittany, for your amazing work. It made my whole week. Ill never forget it.

Not going to this Starbucks again, Im not a regular customer but my friends are. I thought Ill give it a try gone about 5 times. This time I asked if they could add a pump of coconut to my espresso and they said they dont have coconutπ«...Oh well!!! π€·ββοΈ byeπ Starbucks...Ill remain going to all the coffee and tea shops in the short north area. Plus customer service at this location sucks.
One of the big benefits of this location is that they have a drive through, but I would caution you that I still find going inside is faster, however if its raining, or snowing sometime the wait is worth the convenience.
6:40 pm and Starbucks is closed when they say open to 9pm.....
The shape of the building is kind of funky. I walked around the whole building trying to find the entrance, but thats not their fault. Standard Starbuck coffee quality. The staff was friendly and didnt become annoyed with my indecisive order. I appreciated that.
Service and the people there are nice. Starbucks has priced themselves out of me getting coffee there daily. I now only go once ot twice a week. Pices are too excessive.

Friendly staff, but very slow recently. The drive thru is extremely slow and today got to the window and they were out of the white tea I ordered and the black tea they were going to substitute. It was 5pm they are open for 4 more hours and it is right after work, which is a bit annoying. They were also out of the white tea at 7:30am the other day. Not very happy with this Starbucks recently.

Had received a coupon code from a friend for a FREE drink for Christmas... The drive thru was super busy but they did their best to keep things moving as quickly as they could. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 stars was because when I got to the window and got my drink the whipped cream was basically melted already and the cup was sticky with some of my drink running down the side and they didnt wipe it off or give me any napkins... I should have asked for some but they had already closed the window and were preparing for the next customer/car and with so many people behind me I didnt want to hold up the line. The drink however, tasted AMAZING as always

This is the worst location. I will drive out of my way to go to ANY other location because this one has never once gotten my order right. It isnt a complicated drink. But apparently the employees dont know the difference between a mocha and a WHITE mocha. Never going to this location again.
Beautiful store. Great location. Very poor staff. Many times my drink has been messed up and they make it a point for you to know its your fault not theirs. Supervisory staff doesnt typically engage with customers in a positive manner and often times can be seen leaning on the counter with their phones in hand while multiple customers are waiting for orders. Parking is absolutely horrible but this of course is no fault of the staff. Change out some of the staff or have better customer service training and this location will be wonderful.
Every time I order the Mango Dragon refresher, it Taste different from person to person. Unless u give specific instructions of how to make the drink.
Lots of seating inside -- good for group meetings. Fast service. Only complaint is that it can get VERY busy and parking is limited.
I go to this location often because I tend to do mobile orders and itβs close... BUT I often get there to find out that what I have ordered, specifically food, they do not have. Itβs honestly very frustrating and disappointing... they blame it on the app but when I lived in California, I never had this problem. They always made items unavailable In the app if they didnt have it there

I frequent Starbucks at various locations and am at one location or anther at least once per day and usually get 4-5 drinks each time for my whole family. This location is the most inconsistent of all. I will go out of my way most times to avoid this one, but sometimes I make the decisions to try again at this location. There are a couple baristas here that do a good job, but obviously I never know who is making my drinks. On some occasions the drinks taste like they do from every other SB, other times I canβt even believe it is the same product they are using to make the drinks. More often that not they are just not up to par with the SB consistency Iβve come to expect.
I believe that its part of the service, to greet your customers, it was 7:40 am. And the girls at the drive thru, are talking about everything else, Wich is fine, She comes to the window, and says: 8:99 . Not another word. Not a hello, hi or a how are you. She did say have a good day. I just think that its not too much to ask for a small greeting.
This is one of the better Starbucks stores in the central Ohio area. The space is large and many of the tables are very large and sturdy. Most were made by an Ohio company. Id say that some of the other reviews on this location are more negative. However, I would counter them as follows: The restrooms were unlabeled for a while because of a corporate policy change to non gender specific. For some reason, the store removed the Men and Women signs several weeks before new signs were available. It never made sense why. Of course, if you have ever been in a Starbucks, you would have no trouble figuring it out.
Went to this Starbucks today and ordered a white chocolate mocha. What I got was steamed milk with no espresso and no flavor. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I will not be back.

Maybe I am spoiled by the cleanliness of other Starbucks stores, but this location was quite a message. Stir sticks and Sugar in the Raw were not stocked and the trash bins were full to the top at the customer courtesy counter and the floor was a hot mess. Maybe they are under staffed at this location.

Would give zero if possible. If you want good coffee, the one in grandview is a safe bet. Hilliard location is the worst. Ordered 2 nitro cold brews with sweet cream. It was cream. It tasted like watered down chocolate milk. If they were running low, it should have been mentioned but Im almost certain it wouldnt have mattered. These baristas need training on making proper drinks and customer service. Took long to receive order although there werent many customers. If I am going to spend money on sub par coffee, I expect the beverage to be made correctly. 0/5.
As usual, a super place with great menu and coffee choicesOnly negative, not enough parkingπ£Its not just this one, but all of them that have moved into old bank buildings.Hard to resolve and management has to catch hell from other surrounding businesses where overflow parking goes.
Recently remodeled and its a stunner on the inside. Has a drive thru now which is great for the commuting crowd. If you can, visit inside and see how amazing it is
