I was very happy with the fact that mini allows me to have a loaner for the day so they could work on my car. However, this the 3rd mini that I have leased and the services are dwindling each year! The only thing they offer now is an oil change!! But are quick to declare major problems, for example at 9,500 miles, they wanted to do a wheel alignment and rotate the tires for $$$! This seems to be at every service appointment!! The run flats, wheel alignment and tire rotation are all new issues that are not covered in the 1st service appointment!!Theses little services that were given in the past motivated me to return to mini but not anymore :(

My check engine came on in my pre owned mini. I didn’t purchase her here. That didn’t matter. Turned out to be my timing chain at 34k. Hello. Aside from the very nice people in your staff we were pretty disappointed when we picked up the car. First off, the headlight bezel chrome is peeling off on both sides. This was not the case when I first viewed the car on Saturday 9/25, so what happened? I was told that this is under warranty and I should bring it back for the repair within a month. Secondly there was only one key, meanwhile I was told that there were two. So now I have to come back once I get the registration to get a replacement key! We live an hour away! Why werent these issues addressed before we picked up the car?!

What an amazing car leasing experience! I booked an appointment, through their website, and received a confirmation email with my sales agents name and information about the model I was interested in. On the day of my appointment I was greeted by Phil, my agent, who is friendly, empathetic, and very easy going. He listened to my needs, got me in a car for a test drive and configured the best model for me. Best part… I drove my 2022 Mini Cooper Hardtop off the lot that same day!

It is not the first year that go to this place and people there are very helpful. The last time, Philip Parlato helped to minimize my trips to the dealership so that I could get the old mini serviced and the new one arranged in one trip. He was polite, helpful and very friendly. My only concern with him was difficulty to connect, he was usually with some customers not answering the phone and it took me several tries to reach him.

I had an emergency with a bad tire while visiting Long Island. I brought my Mini Cooper to Habberstad and it was fixed as quickly as possible. The service is amazing. I received videos as the technician was going over my car so I was not in the dark. When I picked up my car it had been washed & vacuumed! If I lived closer I would always use Habberstad. They should give classes on service!

If unprofessional was the bottom of the barrel for a purchasing experiences that would be an upgrade to the what happened while trying to buy a car from these flawed individuals. The employees, specifically Phillip, are a build-a-bear version of sleezy car salesmen. A deposit and contract doesn’t mean a thing to these people. I was over the moon getting out of the pandemic to buy my first car. Put down the deposit and signed the contract. It took days to locate Mr. Phillip then he attempted to lie to me and tell me the car was defective, in reality he sold it to someone else regardless of the money I put down or the John Hancock on the dotted line. If you want to feel good buying a car, this is not your dealership. I hope one day they locate a compass and find true north on good morals, but I doubt it will be today or tomorrow. I wish everyone at this dealership well as they continue to let down their customers.

I bought a car with George K back in August. I meant to leave a review, and never got the chance. This was my first time buying a car. The process was extremely fast, they didn’t try to cheat me into anything. The price they gave was the price I ended up paying. It was a fair deal considering I’m young and it was my first time. I had NO idea how awful car salesmen can be because my experience with George was that great. Now I’m car shopping with my boyfriend, and have met nothing but a*holes giving one price and trying to increase it whenever they get the chance. I didn’t realize how lucky I got with George. Having a TERRIBLE experience service. Guy at the desk is condescending and have asked for correct paperwork for 3 days now. 2 phone calls and 2 emails. Makes it seem like he sent info and I never got it. Swore he checked out my car fully and drove it extensively, I checked the odometer when I got in and it was driven less than 2 miles. Sales was great but it’s the service department that you need to be amazing!! Extremely disappointed and concerned since I’m going to have to deal with this for many coming years!!!

Purchased a 2021 MINI Cooper SE and loving the vehicle! I drove the car straight back to Ohio and realized a protection product I purchased that didnt actually make it onto the vehicle. It was initially a hassle to get this resolved, but a manager stepped in today when I reached back out on the third day and gave me a reasonable outcome. Id appreciate a little better communication, but everyone was very friendly about it and I wouldnt hesitate to do business with Habberstad again after ultimately being taken care of.

I wanted a great car and he found me a great deal on a beautiful 2020 Cooper S! All in all it was such great customer service and I left with my new car the same day of my visit!
