Have no respect for your home. Its 26 degrees outside and the leave my door wide open. I have a 2 month baby here. They didnt seem to care. When I said something they just laughed about...

Horrible. Came and picked up washer and dryer...damaged my floor and door...supposedly upper management is dealing with it....been over a week and still no word from them. Probably going to end up in court. I suggest you dont go through them at all.
