This place is amazing. They really know how to help people fast and have incredible customer service. I was going out of town and both my boys broke their glasses, I needed knew glasses ready by the next day, and they had them ready with their prescriptions in one hour. Speedy, and efficient. Laurie the manager took care of us so well. She was so friendly and polish. She made sure we didn’t have to wait long and got us the perfect glasses. She even gave us a discount. Was busy in there yesterday and they handled it all. They have a good team. There were 4 employees. I was greeted right away and called by name. Another helped me pick a pair out of the 5 samples I had; she was very decisive and helpful. My specialist was knowledgeable, friendly, and training someone (the young lady who greeted me) and they worked well together (needed to change my name bc I got married, as well). I was told it could take 2 hours to get computer on top and reading below w a line, but they were actually done in 49 minutes. When I went in for the fit and pickup, she was so smooth and delightful. It was a great experience. Recommend 10/10

It was ok. Very fast. Love my glasses!! When I went back the internet was down and had to wait forever finally just gave them my money for my glass cleaner and it took forever for the worker to adjust my glasses to fit my face!!

I spent a small fortune at one of the big dollar places thinking I would get great glasses, but after paying twice for useless glasses twice I gave up and went to Eyemart Express at the recommendation of a friend. I have been going to Eyemart Express for about five years now to fulfill my glasses prescription. I have never been disappointed with the quality of care and customer service I have received from them. This past visit with COVID-19 being a president was no exception. The staff was just as impressive as they always are, but with the added president of being prepared and able to handle COVID-19.

Purchasing the glasses was fast. The Technician was polite and knowledgeable. The glasses were made in less than 45 minutes. Picking up the glasses took more than an hour. There was two other customers in the shop at 9:40 in the morning. Very poor customer service.

They were incredibly helpful. I needed safety glasses for work, and there arent many places that do prescription safety glasses, but they had them. Tons of options to choose from. Prices were fair even without having any insurance. Weekends get a little busy but they do their best to help you fast. I highly recommend them.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had as a customer, anywhere. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I got to work with Laurie and she was explanatory, kind, helpful. She is just absolutely wonderful. I came in about an hour before they close and was able to walk out of there with two new sets of glasses.

Dr. Janis Beck at Precision Eye Doctors is incredibly rude and treats you like a child. I at first thought it was a bad day but after going multiple times to get my contacts checked, I have come to realize that it, in fact, was not a bad day just poor customer service on her end. I have heard this from multiple sources that have gone.

Ive been with eyemart express for about two years now and the customer service has always been excellent. I want to thank Noe specifically for being so patient with me while I picked out my new frames and compared prices when I last stopped in; he showed me all the different types of lenses and I walked away knowing so much more about what I need to be comfortable when it comes to eyewear. Everyone there has gone above and beyond to make sure each customer is satisfied, thank you so much.

Dr. Beck is amazing. We no longer live in the Tri Cities but Dr. Beck is such an amazing Dr. that we drive the 2 and a half hour drive just to keep seeing her and the staff is also very nice

I loved the pro help I received here. It was a long wait to be helped but thats because so many people were there that day. When it was my turn they got me in and out and helped me get exactly what I needed and even had a special to include a second pair for just ten bucks. Even with the long line of glasses ahead of mine they were able to call me just 2 hours later and let me know they were ready for pick up. Never going anywhere else.

Outstanding customer service from Linda, she truly understands what it takes to “provide a service”!I was totally happy with the whole process!The whole process only takes a few hours (I picked up mine the next day by choice) but they definitely left a lasting impression with their outstanding service!I highly recommend them!

I went in to their store just to browse around and see what they had. I ended up picking out a pair of glasses not expecting them to be done the same day because of the time of day I went in. The guy that helped me out was very nice and professional. He knew exactly what he was talking about. Which I was thankful for because this is the first time that I have ever had to wear glasses. But he did a very good job of explaining everything to me. And I was very happy that I was able to pick up my new glasses that same day. Also you couldnt get a better price two pairs of glasses for $39!

They were very good at measuring my daughter for bifocals and reasonable in price. They said that it could take up to 2 weeks for the specialization, but 1 pair of her glasses came within 3 days. Their selection of frames for youth and adults is great. We are very happy.

EDITED:So you get your glasses quick, but they could care less if they actually fit you. When I went to JC Penney Optical they actually measured the temple length for proper fit. Not here. I finally got the right person to adjust them to be acceptable.All that and the price was just OK, nothing special.I appreciate Customer Cares response, but I waited 6 months before I finally gave up my old glasses and went in to give it a try. NOBODY contacted me. Nice try anyway.

They did an amazing job . Only thing I would say needs improvement is how long I had to wait when I walked in the doors . Waited almost 1.5 hours to even be seen . Other then that, GREAT JOB

Have been coming here for 2 years, bringing my husband David, and he loved the experience, the people and the quick service. I just got my first pair, single vision, to use instead of my bifocals for driving, they work great. David has gone from single to tri focals and each pair has always been great. Good job!

Excellent service. Very good products and both pairs of glasses were ready in 1 hour. They originally said 2 hours but I got the confirmation text my glasses were ready in an hour almost to the minute. I have been going there since 2015

The customer service was great, but I needed new glasses to read the fine print! I paid over $230 for progressive lenses when I saw on their website after the fact they said they were on sale for $79.00 ? My bad thinking the price would be fair. I stopped by at Fred Meyers before and they politely told me they were not a preferred vendor for my insurance. If Eyemart Express was also not a preferred vendor, they didnt bother to tell me. I will not go back and will not refer anyone to them. I think it was just very misleading advertising.

They did an awesome job of helping me find the glasses I really wanted. Helped with getting them adjusted so the fit my face the way I want them to. Even darkened my color changing lenses soi when I left the store, my glasses were already dark. I get that most places might do all of this as well, but I havent got new glasses in almost 40 years. So, for me, all of this made me feel spoiled.

The store representative was very helpful and knowledgeable which made the experience so much nicer than some other places Ive dealt with in the past. It was a an overall great experience from ordering to picking up.

Adrian was the most AMAZING helper one could ask for. He made me and my husbands time fun and pleasant. The machine to do our glasses was broken so it was gonna take 6 weeks to get our glasses. It could of went in a bad direction, but instead his professionalism made it ok. And to be honest it went from being upset to its ok. He made us laugh and walked out amazed and very pleased that we went there. On a good note as well our glasses was done the very next day as they got the machine fixed. Walked in with broken glasses that the warranty expired and no longer in stock. The staff checked many of their stores but were unable to find them. I had no back up glasses and my prescription had ran out. So fortunately my eye doctor was at the same location. With no appointment I had an exam. With a new prescription I was able to pick out some glasses, have them ready for pick up in just under two hours. The staff were friendly, professional and eager to help me. When paying for the glasses I was given the frames at no charge to compensate for the old ones. They saved the day for me!

Dr Janice Beck is literally the worst eye doctor in town. Long waits and magically increasing fees that more than double your bill. Then you get to have a follow on appointment, which is every bit as bad as the first.
