This was my first visit to Kennewick vision care so they did not have any of my information and I did not have my prescription. They helped me find out my prescription and we’re very nice about everything. By the time I left kennewick vision care I felt like this is my eye center place to go to all the time because I felt very comfortable and they were very friendly.
The front office and the back as well, including the Dr are AWESOME. Very welcoming and great customer service. Im glad we chose Kennewick Vision Care.
Always a great experience at KWC. Both of us were seen on the same day and the check in process always goes so smoothly and fast. The team from start to finish has amazing customer service. We always feel special when we go. They are great people.
Everything has been great except one person i talked to about pickup of glasses was very rude. Other than that 1 lady the staff has been very accommodating.

I am so greatful that Kennewick Vision Care did my exam and filled my prescription I didnt have insurance only a coupon from the American Red Cross and what they didnt cover the Lyons club did but they were very Profesional and treated me very nice. They didnt make me feel badly for not having insurance and my glasses were 8 years old Im so blessed to have had them do my glasses. Thank you so much Kennewick Vision Care

And, now, I am even more impressed with them because of their very good attention to keeping themselves and their patients and customers safe. Prompt and efficient, Kennewick Vision care and Dr. Kintner always meet my expectations. I need a diabetic eye exam and thats what I get.
They were able to get me in the same week. They’re procedures for keeping patients safe during the pandemic are definitely effective. It’s comforting to see people wiping down everything that’s been touched. Once you have picked out a few glasses, they have a separate area you can go and see what they look like without your mask. All glasses that are touched are wiped down before they are returned. I definitely felt like my health and satisfaction was important. My glasses should come in within the next week or so!
They were able to get my kids and myself scheduled quickly. Friendly front office staff and doctor. My sons glasses came in earlier than expected and let us pick up right away. Worked easily with our insurance. Absolutely no complaints. Every interaction was pleasant and professional.

Dr Kitner is so awesome and very nice. He does a great job. Very friendly to both his Patients and his staff. All of his staff are very personable, very nice and treat you as a family member. I would never go anywhere else for my eye check ups and glasses or contacts. Very pleasant experience!

BE WARRY OF UP-SELLING and UP-CHARGES. The optical technician acted rushed and didnt explain very much. Doctor was really informative and didnt rush us. We have good insurance that pays for exam, lenses, and $180 for frames. Daughter picked out frames that were $210.00. So at first, the out of pocket we were asked to pay was about $50.00 which wasnt too bad. I agreed to it and pulled out my debit card. Then the tech informs us that she made a mistake and forgot to add the cost of the warranty and anti-glare, making the out of pocket really $140.00. Tech should have made it clear that the fantastic 2 yr warranty she was talking up was an option, not included and was going to cost $$$. When she was explaining the great warranty, she didnt say it cost extra, leaving me to believe it was included. I felt put on the spot so I said yes instead of saying, wait a minute. I wont go there again because it felt like a manipulative maneuver. I feel duped so decided to share.
Friendly personnel at this clinic, offering to help. The doctor uses the latest technology. Got my appointment right away. They carry a considerable variety of frames by the looks of things. Clinic looks very nice. I am happy to be a client here.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The Doctor took plenty of time to work with me; I didnt feel rushed through like cattle. Office location is convenient. Glasses pricing is very reasonable and they work with my vision insurance.
I called to ask for some information and at first the receptionist was helpful but as soon as I said I would try other places to find a sooner apt she got snappy and gave an attitude so I apologized and told her to not snap at me and I would be proceeding in looking elsewhere and she Immediately hung up. I just moved to Washington and so far they have no idea what good Customer service is. Not Impressed.

Super impressed with the high level of efficiency from checking in to saying goodbye. Ive never seen a business in any industry have it that put together. My husband had an appointment the same day for his eye exam and he said the same thing. Dr. Kintner was also fantastic.

Editing this because the customer service is so poor. The optical technician was not friendly, whenever I had a question regarding prices she was short with me which was not helpful. The staff behind the phones are so impolite, I didn’t feel like I was on the phone with a reputed business I felt like I was on the phone with someone who was way too comfortable with being rude to me. Unprofessional :( I only have nice things to say for the Dr. who examined my eyes. Otherwise the whole vibe is uncomfortable that they’re trying to sell.

So grateful for Kennewick Vision Care. They were able to identify a problem that affected our sons ability to function in school. We were referred to Vision Therapy and are now on our way to getting things back on track for him.The staff are incredibly friendly and work with you to find a time that works.

I had a great experience here 4 years ago but this time it was rushed. Get him in and get him out is how it felt. I asked to private pay for a comprehensive exam but they prevailed on me to give them my state insurance so basic exam it was.Covid-19 doesnt help. Wearing a mask during an eye exam is awkward and not reassuring of accuracy since it rides the nose.Some pics the nurse took which I saw the doc look at had slivers of my eyelid still in the way. I was really blinky and the nurse didnt have patience to take perfect pics. I felt bad for being blinky, like as if I were a hassle, which isnt something to feel bad for.1 star and 5 star reviews are overrated but I had a 5 star experience in the past so 3 stars since now was meh. They are up on the safety side of Covid though, unlike the rest of our county 😒
I have always been treated well at Kennewick Vision care. Smiling, friendly, staff. The quality of the care has always been excellent. The Dr even called me on a Sunday as a follow up on an eye infection that I had. I would highly recommend them.

Had to take a couple days and think if this review was necessary or if I was crazy. First time going to KVC. Made an appointment through their website and got a call back the next day to confirm. Everything was done well considering the current COVID-19 crisis. Checking in was a breeze with the nice lady’s at the counters. My eye exam was more thorough than any exam I’ve ever done! I have no doubt everyone in there works very hard as I can tell they run the place well! Everything was great up until picking my frames. From the first two seconds of meeting the lady helping me, I could tell she wanted me to pick some glasses and get out as fast as possible. It is 1:45 in the daytime, nowhere near closing mind you. At first she was nice and gave me some space to check out frames. After trying on maybe two pairs she gets up from her chair and begins to ‘help’ me, showing me the most expensive frames possible. Goes into about how she thinks they look good on me. When she picked out ray bans I knew she was trying to sell me a pair like this is sunglass hut at the mall. Says I look good in them. Okay ma’am, can I see for myself and pick something I want? Eventually I got tired of her being up my behind and just settled for a pair cause this lady was being extremely pushy. Took less than 5 minutes. I sit down with her to talk about options. She tells me how much everything is, and I tell her I only want scratch resistance and that I’ll get my own anti glare coating later, talking about anti glare coating from a store. No idea where she learned to talk to customers like that but she instantly says ‘no you can’t do it later, once I send it you can’t make changes, yada yada’. Im sitting there thinking “I know this lady. If you would let me speak for a second I could tell you I’m talking about buying my own anti glare coating off AMAZON.” I instantly stop talking to minimize any chances of conflict. She later asks me about the anti glare coating she had just cut me off talking about saying ‘so I’ve never heard of this anti glare coating’ I KNOW LADY, can I explain it to you? You have to give customers a chance to breathe. The whole situation was worse than the Fragrance people at the mall. If you go here and you can’t deal with others anxieties very well, I would recommend you let them know you’d like some peace while picking a frame. Don’t let my review scare you though, I’d more than likely come back again.
Love their use of up to date technology. Makes it some much easier and faster to check in to see the provider.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the office! Almost everyone was very kind and so patient! Dr. Kinter was absolutely amazing and was so helpful explaining what was wrong with my eye. He took his time and kept asking if everything was ok. The younger lady who helped me order my glasses was also very patient as I could not decide what lens I wanted. However the lady at the front desk (black hair, older, thinner) made it very clear she didn’t want to be there.
When it comes to their patients the doctors and staff are very compassionate they take the time to listen to you and they explain what theyre doing highly recommend themThank you

I recently went in for my first eye exam. The doctor was very kind and helpful. When I went to pick up my glasses, they did not work for me. I could not see out of them and they were blurry. I left thinking it was just me and maybe I needed to get use to them. The next day, I knew it was just not working for me. I could not even read what was on my computer screen. I called and spoke to Crystal. She was instantly irritated and annoyed with me. I kept trying to explain that no matter how I moved my head, I COULD NOT SEE. I was in my office when I called her, and my coworker overheard the conversation. Crystal would not take no for an answer and started to get louder and louder, arguing with me that I was wrong. It went on for so long that my coworker turned to me and asked Why is she arguing with you so much? I went in and had the prescription changed from progressives to lined bifocals thinking they would better suit my needs. When I went in, Crystal was instantly defensive and angry. Irritated and rolling her eyes. I am not someone who likes confrontation, but she made me so angry and uncomfortable that I finally told her that I didnt think I could Just get use to them because I wasnt going to wear them at all. I was told that the prescription and glasses I was switching to were cheaper and that I would receive a refund. I was happy to hear that and just wanted the new glasses to work. I went in this morning to pick up my new prescription and was told by Crystal that I would definitely NOT receive a refund because it was my problem that they didnt work the first time and not theirs. She told me I could call and take it up with billing if I felt I needed to. I called and left a message for the billing department and within 10 minutes, I received a text from Crystal that I would be receiving a partial refund within a week. It would have been nicer if she would have just checked while I was still there, but instead she just seemed to WANT to tell me no. I was also told that they know that Crystal is a strong personality. I do not have a problem with someone with a strong personality, but there is a difference between that and just being rude. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone even though I did like the doctor and the rest of the staff. Very disappointed.

I came here as a new patient and was super excited I hadnt had an eye exam in over two years the receptionist and Dr K. and his medical staff were amazing. When I got to picking out my frames is where my experience went downhill. I had picked the frames I wanted and the technician helping me didnt catch her name but had ginger hair with freckles and heavy set older women asked if I wanted them to change colors in the sun I said no she then started saying the dr recommended I get them and started naming a few other things the dr supposedly said I needed but the Dr had mentioned none of this to me during our exam I was told I needed glasses more for far away distance and that other then that everything looked pretty good so had no idea why this lady got rude with me when I wanted no add ins she didnt ask if I wanted them included or not just assumes I did and gave me a total of close to 500 and was confused considering my insurance covers up to 300$ for a frame so she went on to say that it costs more cause of the ad ons when I had already told her I did not want them she then got even more rude because I was not buding with these add ins she desperately kept pushing on me I then asked when they would he arriving and she said soon since you put no ad ons on them she kept emphasizing I had no add ins and that was extremely annoying I will be filing a formal complaint but feel this lady ruined my experience here.
I absolutely enjoyed my visit with the Dr. Kintner, he was very thorough and provided so much information about my eyes at each visit. I can not say the same for the lady at the front desk(long black hair, thin, older looking woman). She is incredibly rude in the way she speaks to you and looks at you. Looked at me in disgust, and talks to me as if I am a child who doesnt understand anything. Clearly hates interacting with others. Replace her, and I would continue care here, otherwise next exam will be with another office.
Always great care at Kennewick Vision! Not a huge selection of frames for the “older” set but I was able to find a pair that I like.

Front desk long black hair lady very rude. Came in 10 minutes early for my sons appt and brought the wrong kid and she verbally and visually shows how inconvenient it was for her. Had to repeat 3x that she had to make another chart. Im on my lunch. Finally had to ask her ok so are u going to be able to see him or do I need to reschedule. She looks at the clock sighs and says no we can get him in but Ill have to make another chart. Really?! First and last time I go there.
Told me that i would get my glasses in a week and its been over 3 weeks without any calls or nothing... lol garbage service. kys
