I took my sons glasses to get repaired as they were bent. Carlos displayed outstanding customer service, professionalism and courtesy. A truly exceptional experience.

Dont go here for glasses worst place ever. Spent $800. For 2 pair and they were a disaster. First pair cut my nose come to find out the lenses were to big for the frame. Second pair needed fixing and ended up getting them replaced with a display pair didnt realize till later that night. They were disgustingly dirty scratch and broken.

Next scheduled appointment “2 months way” but sitting on there azz’s all day? What a joke these ppl are

People here are extremely rude and act as if you are bothering them by asking for assistance. They also REFUSE to fix your glasses even if you have bought them there and it is a minor repair such as a hinge screw.
