Everyone works well together, it was an effortless transition from the drs office to the retail side! I was able to find two amazing pairs of glasses for the right price! Selina was also extremely helpful and insightful when it came to making my purchases. Definitely the one stop shop you need for your perfect pair of glasses!

The lady I spoke to on the phone seems very unknowledge about Insurance policies and did not seem to care about answering them. I tried calling back in hopes to get another person but she answered the phone again. You need better Customer service and people to answer the phone. Whay just say you take most insurance companies and then cant answer a question about it. Now I wait til Monday and goto EyeMart next to you.
Thank you to the staff at Lens Crafters! They gave me extra attention and helped me pick statement glasses that fit my face. I appreciate their kind and professional customer service.When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and had each staff member also smile and say hello. They must love their job! They were kind and talking to each other also. This is important for me.I also was helped by one person the the full visit but another staff asked how I was doing and if they could help. They seem to be a true team.

My daughter was coming from out of town for her appointment but due to bad weather I called to take her place because I had already confirmed and my appointment was for the next week. I was told I didnt confirm and there were no available appointments. We both were returning costumer and enjoyed our first experience. I think I will look elsewhere.

Run. Flee. Save yourself. Your eyes will thank you for it later, I promise you. I tried to post the indepth version of all of the events that lead me to try and save you, save your eyes from this place, but Facebook wont allow a review that long. Even this shortened version wont cover all the ways I was deceived or lied to.Came in to pick out some frames and met J.R. who is the manager. Five weeks later I would know first hand that he has no honor, that he lies, and that he doesnt apologize when he is wrong.The timeline runs like this... I made my appt. Waited two weeks while my eyes ached because I was overdue for new glasses. Came in, found out that I had or have a retinal tear in one eye. The only reason I was even at this Lenscrafters is because of Dr. Snell, an Optometrist that no longer works there. My new Optometrist, upon hearing how much I loved Dr. Snell and how wonderful she had been, quickly cast shade on her abilities as an Optometrist. He hinted that the damage in my eye had been there in my last visit and that she had chosen NOT to tell me, to endanger me and my eyesight.You dont know her, but she is a good Doctor. Honest and kind and patient. Everything a person wants out of a medical professional. So I knew he was lying.Two things are true according to the internet and retinal tears. 1 in 10,000 people have them and if they go untreated, you can go permanently blind.You should know that he didnt perform a single secondary test, he didnt dilate my eyes, or do anything that would help me. Whenever I would try to ask questions about it, he would sidestep the issue, obviously annoyed by my fear.The referral to the specialist took almost a week to get, I had to call and ask WHERE it was. Since no one seemed to care if I went blind.I called that office for the referral and was told that my appt would cost over $500, which did NOT match what Dr. Christensen had told me. He said $100-$200 tops. So I panicked and called back Lenscrafters. At this point, I no longer trusted Dr. Christensen.I then got a second referral. I spoke to J.R. on the phone who when he called me back, told me that I had a new referral for a BETTER Doctor who is more expensive and takes longer to get in his office. Im not kidding. Those were his exact words.Why would you not send me to the best Doctor, if I could go blind? What kind of game is this that you treat people like they dont matter?!?I went and got a second opinion, I saw Dr. Toni Hoitink at the Walmart in Richland and she saved my life. She performed multiple tests on my eyes, she spent more than an hour talking to me, testing my eyes, dilating my pupils, being honest with me and consoling me because I was both terrified and angry at what was wrong with my eye, but also how I had been treated by Lenscrafters. I cant tell you the number of times she switched positions, moved her chair, angled herself to see better the damage that was in my eye. She made long, clear notes to send for my referral and she never once shied away from telling me the truth about my chances. THAT, is what a real medical doctor does, when they have a sick patient. She helped me become brave because she was honest, it was my job to face it.Back at Lenscrafters it took 3 weeks for my first try at new glasses. I had ordered Christensens prescription and paid $515. for them. When I tried them on, I couldnt see. The one eye was right, the other was not. I couldnt get the vision to focus. So I asked for Dr. Hoitinks prescription instead, as the two sets of numbers hugely varied. Also, J.R. told me that the lenses werent right, there was no antireflective on it. I told him to do it again, but not to call me unless it actually was right.Just shy of five weeks total waiting for them to get my glasses right, I get another call. I go in, try them on, walk out of there and return 15 minutes later. No antireflective, again. But J.R. let me wall out of there KNOWING they were wrong. It took me almost an hour to get my full refund. They lied to me so many times. DO NOT TRUST
I know covid has peeps on edge but that is no excuse for bad customer service. we didnt recieve good service when we did visit.

For whatever reason, I have trouble hanging on to my glasses. Ive lost 2 pairs in the past 15 months. At $250.00+ per pair, this gets expensive really quick.Fortunately, the professionals employed at LensCrafters make replacing them as painless as possible.If every business was as professionally run as LensCrafters, no consumer would ever have anything to complain about.Giddy up.
The Doctor and staff at Lens Crafters were great. My wife and I went there on 11/14/20 for eye exam and to get set up for glasses. They have a large selection of frames and the prices are very affordable. We saved money by choosing Lens Crafters and we definitely will be returning.
My glasses broke a few days before a wedding on the plane ride to Walla Walla. A few hundred miles from home, there was only one appointment at this LensCrafters, but it was right before the rehearsal dinner. As soon as I came in they went to work to make my experience a great one. Ann the manager was able to get my insurance applied to my order, then informed her team of my situation. Dr. Christensen’s staff were quick and friendly, using state of the art equipment to get a quick prescription. They even found that my old pair of glasses wasn’t correcting my vision enough (perfect vision is vital for my career). As soon as I came out, I was helped by Minerva, who was able to rush my order through the lab and have it done early. After pickup, JR was quick and helpful in doing the final adjustments so I knew I would be looking my best for the wedding. I’ve seen good teamwork, and I’ve seen bad teamwork. This LensCrafters location had excellent teamwork, resulting in an experience that was quick, easy, and efficient. Fantastic team.Oh, and I made it to the rehearsal dinner on time. Couldn’t have done that without the coordination I had here.

Id like to give recognition to JR who was amazing with our first time at LensCrafters! My husband came in for new glasses and JR promptly greeted us, let us know of the sale and prices since we were paying out of pocket and then gave us our space and let us take our time with looking at frames. When it came to payment and the final add-ons, he was never pushy or tried to make us pay more than we wanted and that was such a relief! He even went out of his way to get my husbands glasses done the same day since we lived far and he didnt want us making the trip another day to pick them up. Just amazing customer service from the beginning to the end with JR that has made a great experience for our first time at LensCrafters and will definitely recommend to our family and friends.

If you know how to take care of your glasses and use the right cleaner on them, you will take care of what you paid for! I don’t believe these bad comments people are leaving. They want cheap prices for quality glasses but you can just go to America’s best. Get outta here!

The people here are so incompetent. They first made my glasses wrong by not taking into account that peoples distance between their eyes are different ( which makes your peripheral vision blurry) - and have the NERVE to tell me the glasses are perfectly fine. Only after a Half Hour of arguing with three different people who work there, did one of the lab coat guys FINALLY realize that nobody took this into account when l purchased them.-What a bunch of SMUG DUMB ASSES!!Seriously -go someplace else, these people are smug ignorant crooks
Dr office is great but the store is not. I purchased $300 frames from them, and after 3 months, the polycarb lenses start to form vertical cracks. I have had the lenses replaced many times and they explain to me that its the frames causing them. They suggested that I BUY NEW FRAMES. They wont replace the frames I purchased from them and will no longer replace the lenses that only last 3 months before cracking. This store is a scam. My frames are still in perfect condition in the 4 years I have owned them, but for some reason these morons cannot produce lenses that dont self destruct due to their poor quality.
Just went into the Kennewick location and found a pair of glasses I wanted. I chose a pair and had them made. When I got them almost 800 dollars later I said to the girl who handed them to me why is it blurry on both sides of each lens...i stated I didnt want the blurry and to make another pair or give me my money back. This girl who was apparently just hired NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!! SHE WAS LIKE ILL CALL SECURITY IF YOU DONT CALM DOWN. Im like nobody is out of line but YOU. Even her boss shook his head. I tell ya I dont know what the job qualifications are to work there..... Breathing only?????I wish I had it on video you would have thought I butt hurt a millennial just cause I wasnt happy..... Wow talk about a real spaz........ Glad to get my money back in going somewhere ANYWHERE but lens Crafters..... Wall Mart even my goodness.... Point is dont go there.... Save your money and sanity....m
