Black Friday at 8:55pm I was at Sephora shopping and I found a product I liked and was interested in so I asked the worker how it works and what it dose for you skin they said it takes of the dirt and leftover makeup on your Skin. They also said it was on sale for 4$ that day so I decided to get the product as soon as I started to go get it they said the store was closing. So I went to my mom I was with her and she said it was only 9:10 the cash register should be opened so she went with me to go buy the product and the manager said the cash register was closed but they didnt tell us it was closed the second time we went in we went in by a different person. Any ways they were really rude and said they couldnt open them again.so we asked when they closed them they said exactly at 9:00pm I said I was in there at nine but they said we still already closed. Anyways the point is the worker is rude products good

The Sephora inside of JCPenney is the worst Sephora to shop at. They never have anything in stock. I was gifted a gift card and only had the option of shopping in store or going online at a JCPenney Sephora and it was very disappointing. I was told my order was cancelled because they weren’t in stock after they took the funds out of my gift card account and said my order had been processed. Also after the fact, still showing they were in stock online. Then instead of the funds being returned to my gift card or receiving a gift card with the difference so I could reorder my items they informed me I had to wait 10-14 days to receive my check in the mail that I then had to cash. The way that JCPenney Sephora handles their customers is unsatisfactory. They inconvenience loyal Sephora customers consistently and then wonder why customers only want to order straight from the website. You’re not even allowed to get two free samples with your order. I placed my order and received 5 items with Sephora JCPenney and was able to receive the same promotions with the actual Sephora website, even better with 9 items inside of my cart for the same price. The actual website even informs you when something isn’t currently in stock so it doesn’t waste your time and energy. Do not purchase a JCPenney Sephora gift card or you will only be allowed to spend it in store or on their inadequately depicted JCPenney Sephora website. As a loyal customer for over 6 years I am both disappointed and appalled at yet another inconvenience in dealing with this companies inability to satisfy Sephora’s consumers. I’ve given them 2 stars only because when I do shop in-store the ladies there are considerably polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. As a MUA I recommend my clients to visit Ulta online, with a better chance of receiving the products that you need. After this experience, I will patiently await my check to purchase with the latter as well. Thank you, Never again.

Went in to buy a new foundation and no greeting or nothing.looked around the store for about 10 minutes still no help.I had it, went to dillards and bought estee lauder foundation and it felt good to have people actually to help me.
