Very helpful salesperson. Took the time to help me find the right shade foundation and suggested a good moisturizer. The foundation I bought wasnt the right one, they helped me find another that worked better, return of original was simple and easy.

Amazing stylist!! Did 3 cuts in a row for me and she NAILED every cut! The kiddos look GREAT!! If you want to see a stylist that wont mess up you want Ulta Beauty for sure.

Nice store, very clean. However, there were not many staff around to help find products. When I asked the cashier for help, she was more than willing to walk me to the location of the product I was looking for.

I had such a positive experience during my first time visit. I cant believe I have never been to Ulta! You can bet Ill be a frequent shopper! I went in for a specific item and wound up in there just looking for awhile before I finally got what I came in for. The customer service was fantastic! The two girls that were there that night were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I cant remember the names.

Megan in the salon is amazing!! Will only let her cut my hair, shes friendly as well as very skilled. Great knowledge base on cuts, color and styles. Ask for her if you want a great experience!!

Update from an earlier review:The staff is very nice and courteous. Although this is a small town, we love latest releases and unfortunately, when a product drops, this store doesnt get stocked until about 2 to 3 weeks later. I think sales can be boosted if there were more timely releases.

Not too pleased. A few of us walked around for about 10 minutes without any help while the employees had a full on conversation in the back.

The employee was nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was very helpful in helping my granddaughter get what she needed.

I love this store. The customer service is great. However, this location cannot consistently keep a brow girl. It’s REALLY disappointing when I call to make an appointment and they tell me they don’t have anyone there to do the service.

It was a great experience! Unbeknownst to me they closed at 7 pm. Not a single employee mentioned it to me only when I inquired (I had to ask, there was no one else in there!).Despite the situation both employees were helpful and fun. I got what I needed and they even told me about a sale! Unfortunately, I did not get their names but I was there Saturday, July 18th at closing. Because of their helpfulness I spent over a hundred dollars which is pretty much average when I hit Ulta. Thank you.

Went to the salon in ulta and the tech was able to fix my disaster if a haircut! She made me feel comfortable and triplechecked that I was happy with what she had done! A bit pricey but I can understand why! She used really nice products in my hair and wasnt trying to convince me to buy anything which was refreshing!

The sales associates here are RUDE, unhelpful, and really not very knowledgeable. Prior to moving to Lawton I would spend bare min $100-200 a month at ULTA. I moved here three years ago and spend maybe that in a year. I would rather go to the exchange and make due with the few brands they offer than deal with the ULTA staff.

Needed help but didnt receive any assistance as the sales clerk was in an animated chat with someone. Didnt feel welcome at all. Put my items back and shopped at Sephora instead.

My wife likes to go here. They have makeup and other beauty supplies and paraphernalia. They need a sitting area for husbands or boyfriends that were dragged along!

Absolutely loved my first experience in Ulta EVER! The ladies working there were so helpful and kind and made me feel very welcome. As someone who has just started getting into makeup, Id always been intimidated to go in, but Im glad I finally did! All of my favorite brands with plenty of testers with tools available. The selection was amazing and I was surprised to see a wide selection of clearance with awesome products and pricing. So excited to come back!

In store is great the employees are so helpful. However, calling into customer service is absolutely useless.i was on hold for over 20 min. Then when someone finally picked up they were useless. They cannot cancel orders, replace orders or do anything to remedy thier mistakes which inconvenience the customers. Please go into the store, they are great. Online...buyer beware.

Von is an amazing hairdresser! Im fairly picky about my hair cuts and color. She never fails me! All of the staff at Ulta have always been very nice and helpful.

I could stay in this place for hours! Lots of product to chose from. Very clean. The only employee I saw was the cashier and she was very nice. As my first time in this store I would have expected to see more employees. No one came up to ask if I needed help. 🤷‍♀️

They are always asking if they can help you, they answer questions, they check the back for products that are out of stock. Tip for those who visit this Ulta: there is no line or sense of queue. Literally the only Ulta Ive been to that has zero sense of line order and queuing. Any elderly, entitled woman with no sense of those around her can and will cut you in line despite you making eye contact with the cashiers, as one typically would, letting them know youre there and the cashiers couldnt care less. They will serve those who cut first. You can enter the line in the front and cut, enter the line in the back and cut, curve around those who are currently in line and cut, and you WILL be served first.I was trying to check out and the first lady that cut I kind of assumed she was one that had a deal and wanted to leave and then come back to complete the purchase. But no, she was asked for her number in the typical fashion. When I saw another woman get in front of me in line, instead of they cashier saying, Actually maam, OP was there waiting let me check her out first, the life starts there she just let her waltz up to the register without a care and began checking her out. I knew the cashier saw me just waiting there because she was on the phone with a customer, we made eye contact, she said nothing to me (i.e. no be with you in a minute, sorry about the wait, Ill be just a second, etc.), then went back to her register to talk on her radio. I just threw my things on the counter, then left. Absolutely non-existent check out system. Best way to avoid this idiocy is just order online and pick up. But even then theyll probably have issues with THAT queue too. Such a shame, because the girls working the floor were very nice. Oh well.

I came here for the first time 3 weeks ago. I have a wedding coming up, and I wanted to prepare by getting a nice haircut leading up to it. I came in and got my haircut, which took 1 hour-I am a male in the military so this seemed extremely long- but i figured maybe she didnt have any experience with it, and with the help of another hair stylist managed to do a decent job. So I tipped her well (6$ for a 15$ haircut for first time customer) because I figured she would appreciate me as a customer. I showed up today at 4 PM for my scheduled appointment. At 4:05 she came out with another customer from the back and acted suprised when I was there. She then told me I could wait for 30 minutes or come back another time because she was running behind, and honestly she did not seem very sorry. I have dinner plans tonight but I decided Id wait it out. I waited until 4:45 and she was still not even close to being done with the other customer, so I left. I generally think of myself as a polite, respectful and professional person and the way i was treated was unacceptable. I do the due diligence of washing my hair, arriving 10 minutes early and scheduling an appointment with my schedule in mind to find myself waiting for a service I am paying for, to being completely blown off. I will never go here again.

They have alot of stuff which is great! The thing is no one comes and checks to see if you need any help especially if dont know what type of coverage you need for your skin. I was there walking the makeup isle a couple of times hoping some one could ask me what I could be helped with . I probably wouldnt go back!

First let me start off by saying that I love Ulta!! But the location in Lawton Oklahoma... needs to be schooled in customer service. Being that I have a job and business of my own that is customer service based, I know what Im talking about and expect. I walked in here at total of 2 times and during those 2 visits no one said hello or greeted me when I came in the store. I dont know if they dont know but by acknowledging your customers it shows you are attentive and its also apart of loss prevention. I wont spend any money in an establishment that does not recognizes me or my money when I walk through their doors. Ill shop at Sephora _much success_

Poor customer service - ignored most of the time, no hello. When I asked for help finding a good full coverage foundation, I was led to the most expensive brand that only comes in 8 shades then was told to go with one of the 2 that my skin was in between 😶 I asked if there was another brand that might match better & was told that this was the brand I wanted - nobody wants foundation that doesnt match & I could tell the girl just wanted commission off $48 foundation. Ended up leaving with nothing.

Purchased a product here that was suggested and I had a reaction. They refunded my money without hesitation. I then purchased the less expensive product that I came in for the first time.

Their customer service is greatly lacking. I walked around for almost 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. The lady at the register said hello when I came in but the 2 girls working the sales floor were too busy trash talking another employee who apparently does sloppy eyebrows...very tacky. Ive worked customer service for 12 years and if I was a mystery shopper (which Im not) they would have failed miserably...just saying. This is not the first time this has happened. This happens regularly and Ive finally come on here to tell the managers of ulta that they need to retrain their sales floor ladies to acknowledge customers promptly and refrain from gossiping about their coworkers on the sales floor. I left without making a purchase because I was not acknowledged by the sales staff.

Employees are not very friendly or helpful. No Hello or Welcome when entering the store - even with employees standing at the front of store. Love the variety of brands/products to choose from. I have visited this store location multiple times, so forming the opinion of Unfriendly Employees didnt happen from just a few visits.

The cashier was amazingly awesome. Shes my new best friend. She doesnt know it but thats ok. The products are high quality and decent prices.

Was in a real hurry needed nails for court appearance. Nice location, stocked well and wide variety. Staff member I spoke with seemed clueless and as if I was wrong for asking for the most reasonable item that I was seeking. I still love Utla tho.

Megan is wonderful and always helps me out when I come in. This last weekend, she took the time to shade match me in foundation. I adore her. I also had my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Alyssa. She is super nice and tried her hardest to make sure you’re happy. My brows wouldn’t take the tint and she was nice enough not to charge me for the service. She did an excellent job on my brow shaping. Only giving them 4 stars and not 5 because of an incident about 3 months ago with a very rude employee. She has since quit thankfully and these girls more than made up for that incident. They are a little expensive ($21 for a brow wax) but other than that, they are great.

Better than Sephora! Wide selection with tons of samples to try. Friendly staff thats not all up in your shopping experience, but there if you need help.

No value for others time...what is the meaning of appointment if you cannot attend someone in time...we waited for 20mins for our scheduled appointment and the staff asked us to wait for 20 more minute...I could not differentiate was that because of my color or they are just that way....will never be going back.
