We changed from T-Mobile to AT&T It was the best service that I have ever gotten... I was with Sprint for over 18 years..

Stopped by to backup my iPhone to the cloud and so needed the password to the ATT wireless network. Employee grabs my phone, erases all saved passwords (and who knows what else) so he can enter the pwd for the wireless. Now I’m struggling connecting to several networks.Thanks for the hassle

Honestly the best customer service!AJ Logan at this location did a fantastic job of helping us upgrade both our phones and our wireless plan, including adding a line and phone for our son. He was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate all the choices and find the best fit. He even took the time to walk us thru how to set up family sharing and parental controls for our son. Highly recommended.

Very helpful..great personnel. Took their time with all our questions. Disappointed the new phone didnt carry over a few games levels my husband has played thru the last 2 phones/at least 6 yrs. Always a few glitches..a game is just a game!

This store rocks! Thomas, our sales representative is a gem, and AT & T should feel fortunate to have him. He is professional, very knowledgeable, and he can multitask and assist five customers at once with all of them feeling special and taken care of. We just signed up for AT & T television; Thomas explained everything in detail and even helped us program our system and remote, then he ensured that we were completely satisfied before we left. If the product is as good as our in-store experience, we will be very pleased.

At&t offered me a better deal than my last carrier plus we buy our phones not lease them. Insurance is better service is better. Works in out small towns like lapwai, culdasac, asotin and even parts of weippe. The customer service is alway great.

Well you AT&T. Still have not been doing my bill the right amount yet after 3 months. But I go into the store and Cassie. The woman that runs that store. Always has taken very good care of us. She contacts who she contacts. And gets the matter straightened out for us. I feel she is definitely an asset for your company.

I purchased a new iPhone from the Lewiston AT&T store. Transaction very smooth. Sales consultant/store manager AJ Logan provided excellent service with phone purchase and reviewing my existing service with AT&T to find me the best plan.

We had a great experience yesterday at ATT. AJ was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. He helped us look at our options for replacing a damaged phone and even walked us through the insurance claim. After comparing prices, we decided to upgrade the phone instead of filing insurance claim. AJ was very patient with us as we took our time picking out not one new phone but two and never once made us feel pressured or rushed. I need a new sim card for my tablet. The person didnt know the #,so she wouldnt do it.i have to call & find outWasted trip for me.The next day I had it straightened out & was able to get new sim card.

I finally went in to the store after 1.5 hours with AT&T’s online service, which screwed up my data plan for my tablet. After 15 minutes Jadie had it all fixed! It was the fastest and easiest customer service experience I ever had in 10 years of being an AT&T customer. Thanks!

Took over 30 minutes to transfer my phone number over. I was trying to join another persons plan. They sent me home with a sim card and a promise to call me. They never called or activated my other card.

If you go dont go to the tall girl. Absolutely zero accountability for telling me something to my face and then when i get my bill she tells me i should have read the fine print. And when i tried to talk to her about it she was playing on the computer and wouldnt give me the time of day.

Store manager, Ryan worked with me to find best package available that matched my needs. However, it took 1-1/2 hours to get all paperwork completed for DirecTV and internet. While he was waiting on me, three different people came in and since Ryan was the only sales associate there, I asked him to wait on each of them so they would not have to wait too long. They need another associate there.I’m looking forward to getting my DirecTV set up this week.

I feel they are trying to take advantage of my mother who has had a brain injury and cant comprehend all the info they give her. They are trying to charge her for 3 lines when she only has 1 and charging her 140 something dollars for 3 gb of data when they have prepaid cards with 10 gb of data for 45. I guess I wish they would treat my mom, like they would treat their mom.

We switched 4 lines to AT&T and while we were there Cassie talked us into a home internet that would be better than our Cable One internet, for only $45/month, and have unlimited data and no throttling. After we received our bill, for over $460 - when we were quoted $310 in store by Cassie, I went in to ask why and was informed she put us on the premium plan, but quoted us the Unlimited & More plan. When she switched the plans, it began throttling our internet - then I was told by AT&T tech support the hotspot they sold us are not eligible for unlimited plans and they tricked the system into thinking theyre cell phones, and when the system updates the IMEI #s our plan will sky rocket.All in all, they lied to us in almost every aspect of our plan. I would recommend doing all your research, and not believing in store reps if what they say goes against what is n posted online.It took 7 hours on the phone with AT&T to resolve these issues.

Only 2 employees work in the store and when one is sick, prepare to stand in line for 2+ hours. You’d think AT&T could afford to hire more people....

Waited an hour and a half to get sent to an “authorized” store in Moscow, so I guess they aren’t. They should know their business, everyone should.

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Cassie and her crew (especially Jadie and Noah) totally know the phones, plans, and saved us money on our bill.

Horrible customer service the salesman at the store quoted me a prize for service And when I got my bill it was over a $100 more than he said it would be
