I had a TERRIFIC experience at this store!!! Jake was so friendly and helpful. He took all the time that he (and I) needed to be sure everything was set up properly, and Chad was right there to assist, if needed. These two understand what customer service is all about. Even though what I needed done was not able to be done at the store they still didnt tell me that it couldnt be done. I was able to get done what I needed and the clerk helped me as much as she was able to and I am thankful for her time and attention to the matter. Never had an issue with metro and I do recommend them. Also thanks for the free Amazon echo dot. I love it.

Came into the store today and opened a family plan with my husband. The sales agent who helped me was very friendly & clearly answered all my questions. They made it very easy for me to transfer my information over. I was able to keep my same phone number & will be saving myself hundreds of dollars a year compared to my old company. We both received free phones and have great service where we live. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience.

Very rude. I went in to change my number yesterday. They automatically assumed I stole the phone. I had to prove to them that it was mine. Their tune was rude and felt very unwelcome. They look lazy and Poor customer service.

Since leaving the store Ive received more than 20 notifications about charges to my account. I didnt even make any changes or purchases. Some of the staff are really great. Unfortunately some of them are more than 40 minutes late to open the store, are rude/condescending about opening late, argue with customers, refuse to tell customers how long an upgrade will take, dont know how to work their computer system, and have terrible customer service skills. We ended up leaving (to go to the Portland store) after 10-20 minutes of trying to work with the only employee in the store, being treated disrespectfully, and not getting any closer to the new phone we picked out.

The store personnel are clueless. Drops service all the time. Shady deals, promo price jumps 50% for trying the hot spot. By far the ABSOLUTE WORSE provider ever! Stay clear!

Avoid this authorized dealer at all cost. Went into the store to get service. They were offering two free Samsung phones for switching, and they had 50/m for two lines. We walked into the store thinking that we might have to pay around $80 to setup our service. We were quoted around $160. I called customer service, and two other stores to check prices. It should have been $90 with activation fees and taxes. This dealer is a rip off, and tries to con money out of people. Do not shop at his store, always check with other dealers before getting ripped off by the horrible customer service rep at this location.

People were friendly and helpful. I need to use data when Im away from home. This gives you no data service as soon as you leave town. If you need data when traveling..Do Not Get This Service. If you just use your phone to call you may be ok. VERY DISAPOINTED. I have to go back to my old service someday. As soon as I can afford to.

There needs to be more towers. Lose service too often. But the store employees are very courteous and helpful. AT&T you need to step up.

Customer service is horrible. Just bought a new phone 3 weeks ago and it doesnt work. Went into store on East Ave in Lewiston and they refused to help. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Service is fairly good but they do not solve telephone problems. I bought a phone in February 2018, it was degrcted. Cost me an additional $59.00 for another phone but it has the same problems. They have no telephone to reach them at and will not give you the company number to file a complaint. As soon as I can buy yet another phone, I will leave this company. It is not a customer friendly organization.

I went in the store in lewiston and they werent even prepared for the promotion they have going. So they take your name and info and put it on a small piece of paper. They say they will call you when phones are in but dont. When I went in it felt more like a night club than a cell phone place. Loud music and being older it felt a little uncomfortable. First they tell you No phones until tomorrow then they say shipment at comes in 1st 3p.m.. Depending who or what you look like depends if you get helped or phone. So I will not be going back no matter the deals. Just a bunch of young punks running the store. There was no mature person in the whole store. I wouldnt even give this store a half a star.

I moved over to METROPCS in December when I was in Portland and the guys in Portland are nice. WOW. When went to my local METROPCS in Lewiston theres been nothing but PROBLEMS, I was promised tempered glass for my wifes phone about a month ago and still dont have it. I was able to trade for a like to like product, so I traded for a Bluetooth hands free but it doesnt work for my phone . Ive been to the local store now 5 times to see if they have the tempered glass and I was told that they have no control on what is ordered for that store. The last time I was in the store the guy working punched something in the back and told me I had to wait my turn . I was ok with waiting my turn but this guy walks in the store and said he needed a phone charger and the guy that sells you stuff stopped what he was doing and helped the guy that just walked in. I still havent got my screen and the people that work at this store are VERY Unprofessional and rude. Thanks for reading this.

I was walking out of Petlife and one of the employees at the outside table of Metro called out “Free Phones” politely I responded with “No thank you” and then she proceeded to yell out after me “WE WEREN’T ASKING.”You hire incredibly rude folks.

No signal north of auburn lakes and beyond and they know it! would not refund money. The worst ever!!!!! They go under three names for a reason, to scam you!!!
