Been a Verizon customer for 17 years. Purchased a new phone and was charged for installation. This is the first time I have had to pay for the programming of a new phone. Verizon coverage is the best, but I am thinking twice about continuing because of service charges.

I cant thank Taiza enough for all her help. She sat with me for hours helping me with crazy complications that I came into the store with. Her patience, determination, kindness and knowledge made a difficult situation so much easier and less stressful for me. I appreciate her time more than she knows. Thank you!!! It’s too bad there is not a zero star option. My mother and I had the worst customer service that we have ever received in this store earlier today. Shelly spoke to my mother and other customers in the store in the most condescending, rude tone imaginable. My mom isn’t very tech savvy but is a very intelligent woman. Shelly continually talked to her like she was stupid. Additionally, Shelly pointed out that she only makes $8 per hour and acted like assisting us in contacting customer service would be the world’s biggest inconvenience. While we were sympathetic to her meager wages, that does not excuse her from acting unprofessionally in a service driven industry. If you are in the LC valley and need assistance with a cellular issue, do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all costs.

My visit to Verizon was great, I came to switch carriers and thats what happened it under 30 minutes! Tay was there with all the answers to my questions.

We received excellent service from Lucas at Verizon. I appreciate Verizons service and help in setting everything up.

Israel who works there is rude, disrespectful and should not be working for the public. If I were his manager Id fire him. Not a good person. We paid 900 dollars for a defective phone, after 1 day brought it back, Israel said it wasnt defective. Then the phone went to a binary screen, stayed on for an hour, couldnt use the phone. Took it back and Israel said they couldnt take the phone back because it was not in working order. 900 dollars lost. Wow. I will be getting ahold of the BBB and I pray nobody else has these issues.

Had a VERY pleasant experience here. Israel was very very helpful and the process for setting up a new account was very smooth and fun! Definitely recommend people who need new phones to come on down here.

Taiza helped us today and I am very pleased!We originally came in to upgrade my husbands phone but because of a deal they were having, we had the option to also upgrade mine. I usually do a lot of research before changing phones so I wasnt exactly prepared. She was very patient and understanding as I scoured Google for stat comparisons and such. She didnt rush me or pressure me to make a decision which I appreciate so much.We left happy, with two new phones! 😊

I only go to this store or the one in Clarkston because of the staff. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and they really look out for their customers. If you want to be treated like a human and have someone not try to make a buck off you but really hear you out and try to help, come here.

First time in - husband spent five hours in the store and though the first half of that wasn’t their fault, it shouldn’t take two and a half hours to get a phone started up.Second time in - I was supposed to be picking up a new phone but suddenly they retracted the deal they gave me.... and that was after an hour of sitting there.And now Verizon is still charging me fees and insurance for the phone I never touched and telling me it’s past the 14 day return policy... even though it hasn’t been two weeks since I went to pick up the phone.I’m extremely disappointed with this store and the Verizon company as a whole. They may be losing a loyal customer and if I go, I’ll be sure to spread the word about how they treat loyal customers, especially at this store.

I have never seen such a hostile environment between two people.I dont know her name as I have never seen her in there before but a few days ago, I walked in and was waiting in line to be helped. There was a girl and Charlie (He has helped me once before with a quote)I decided to come back to finally make the switch to Verizon but in the 5 minutes I spent waiting in line I heard him make comments towards her that in my opinion were extremely disrespectful. Many of them doubting her ability to do her job followed by snarky comments and laughs towards her.I honestly decided to take my business to another Verizon store, I really hope your company sees this and takes action.Also, maybe implement not wearing torn jeans? Thats not the professional look I would expect from a sales store.I love Verizon but some employees need some help.

Very expensive service lots of hidden fees. Service advisor completely lied to us about phone price with a $440 difference in price. Didnt even get the phone and still being charged ridiculous hidden fees. Wish I did service someplace else. Very frustrating.

This place took advantage of my 87 year old father during a pandemic. He lives 90 minutes away in a small town. He was looking to upgrade. They sold him a $700 smart phone, didnt give him instructions on how to use it, didnt give him a manual. He didnt understand how to use it. He cant drive there very often. They refused to take it back because it was over 14 days. Did I mention this is a pandemic? Did I mention hes 87 and lives 90 minutes away? @verizon I hope Verizon drops them.#elderlyabuse #poorcustomerservice

Even when getting new employees I’ve noticed all the workers are always professional, patient, and efficient. I like that they take the time to explain tech situations to me, even if it all goes over my head. I recommend Verizon services now to all of my friends and family.

If you need to purchase anything for your phone, I DO NOT recommend buying anything from the Verizon TCC. They will return the item but tell you that a check will be sent out to you. Then you never receive it in the mail. They give you the run around. It has been six months to long on getting the money back . Better Business Burea here I come!!!

Store manager at this location was very obviously an unhappy person. She was rude didnt smile once and everything I needed help with she basically told me to do myself and gave me a 800 #. Store down on 21st helped me. The guy working was knowledgeable and smiled. I 1000% recommend the 21st store. Youd think theyd ALL do the same things being Verizon stores.

Great customer service. Second time in three weeks I’ve purchased new phones on my account. They set me up perfectly before Christmas with a new iPhone XR for the wife, and just got my boy set up this evening with the same phone. Great staff and great customer service. Recently went into this store to start the (what I thought was a long and complicated) process of switching from Sprint to Verizon. Addy, the manager, was very welcoming and attentive to what i was looking for, what i didnt like about Sprint, and how Verizon could help me out without being pressured or pushing stuff on me i didnt need. We settled on what phone i wanted as well as went through different plans and found the one best for me and what i wanted. The cell service is WAY better, the bill is about the same, and i got a new phone. Whats not to love? Id definitely recommend going to this store for anything you need. Ive lost faith in going into cellular stores because of our local sprint but Verizon has definitely stepped up to the plate!!! Thank You!!!

Expensive service with no minimalist option. I dont want your add ons, but thats the only option provided. The guy lied to me about my providers office, telling me that they were closed for business... Why lie?

Where to begin... The 1st time I waited and waited. No one even spoke to me. Not hello, no Ill be right with you. Nothing. 2 people out front and a 3rd in back room playing on their phone. Who knows, maybe just a friend that didnt even work there. In any case, I waited so long I ended up leaving. Several weeks later I try again as my phone wont work much longer without cord I need. So I wait and wait.. finally they dont even carry the cord for the phones theyve sold us. Big surprise. Not!! Not only did they change the charging cord to something completely different that doesnt work with all the standard cords for the last several years, a battery that cant be replaced, had to buy cords for car and now another cord because they couldnt make the charging cord also transfer. Or give you the transfer cord. My husband keeps going with Verizon. Me? Id go my most ANYONE ELSE. Im tired of getting screwed over all the time . Expensive and ALWAYS out of data. My sister and nephew do straight talk. Never any trouble and WAY cheaper. Now if I can convince my husband to switch..

Horrible horrible customer service and they tell you things that arent true and leave important things out. Not impressed at all and wish I never would have switch to Verizon!!

Wouldnt help me. Wouldnt even try. Told me to do it online. Went to the store on 21st they helped me right away. Poor customer service at this location.

Poor place, would not allow 50% trade due to a slight mark by the charging port. Went to another seller and they said no problem on a trade. Pretty much being they work on commission, she wanted more money instead of working for the customer. Also said that I still owed money on the phone and couldnt upgrade, when I left I called Verizon and re-affirmed that I did not owe and was eligible for an upgrade. If your going to be dishonest to your customers you better be sure of what your talking about! If you shop here be careful, dont pad their commission. Get another opinion.

I had a great experience with Cassie D.She sold me a different phone because I didnt like my Motorola. It is hard in using different phones and then my laptop and then a hotspot for my internet so I could have that. My world was mixed up and confused. Cassie explained the different ways that things have changed. I went back 3 times and she again explained and she was very patient. Worked with my husband that had a lot of difficult questions and we walked away happy with a new friend,hotspot,laptop working and we can use our phones.I would recommend Cassie at Verizon to help you with a smile on her face no matter how her day went she was eager to please. Happy Customer !
