I went there to add a line to my existing plan. The agent told me I will be charged an extra $25 for the line/month, which I agreed to and paid the activation fee and the device price in full. A week later my bill came with a $105 extra instead of $25. When called Cricket customer service to ask about this high increase, they told me by adding this extra line you loose your plan discount. When asked them to cancel the new line they they refused to refund me for the almost $210 dollars I paid for this new line. When I called the agent in Lewiston he said something must be wrong but I cannot help you and advised to call them again. At the end, I had to pay all that money, and the guy in Lewiston was on the wrong side. This shop needs to train their staff before starting this business. Visiting them was a huge waste of time and money.

I have bought about 1500 dollars in phones at this store. I have paid hundreds of dollars in activation fees which they require even if you are just upgrading or switching a phone that is broke. I have bought 4 protection screens for my s8 never have a problem until they started selling a screen protector that was liquid. The guy who sold it to me said they had never had a problem with them(no one has came back he said) its new technology so I went ahead and bought it...I dropped my s8 (its only been a couple months) and in the corner it breaks. now it hit my shoe before hitting the ground so i softened the blow it took. I went in there to say hey this happened I thought you said it was good? Now could it have broke because the guy put it on wrong heck yeah! Anyhow I ask the guy hey can I just get the screen I wanted in the first place so they ordered it and Im thinking they should comp the 10 dollars it was going to cost. They guy calls garret yokem who Im thinking is a dm and I tell the guy in the last 6 months Ive bout 5 or 6 phone paid the actaviton fee and everything else is there a way to comp this because its going to cost me 100 dollars or more to get the screen fixed Ill cover that cause I felt I was mislead about this product and you cover the 10 dollars for the screen protector I wanted in the first place..he tells me no thats the cost for shipping. In my head Im like 10 for shipping on 1 screen maybe you guys need to order them from Amazons! Now mind you I work for a corporation in clarkston with a boost mobile right next to me so when people come into my business I refer them to cricket because they have always been great to me until today. Its sad to think of how much money cricket can lose in a small town where word of mouth is so important over 10 dollars which I felt they were as much at fault as I was for the situation. Its unfortunate I will be looking at new phone companies and now not recommending them to anyone. I cut hair so now when asked who is the best phone company here well I cant say them..so sad I have been with cricket 10 years in Phoenix and when they finally made it to clarkston I was excited..over 10 dollars that is shipping
