I normally have a great experience but today (Fri Nov 5th/4:00 oclock hour)I approach the counter with my bags that I walked in with, the associate(with glasses) immediately has her hand out for me to put my bag on the counter, I tell her I walked in with these bags, and that I just have a question.I thought that was odd being that the bags were not even Bath & Body, its like she wanted to rush me out the way asap.So, I then asked the cashier kindly but in an unsure tone Do you have any of the vanilla hand creams? (I forgot the name).This is my perception, she seemed dismissive and responded that there are many creams with vanilla in them, and continued doing what she was doing.I mean ..I know I know that theyre about only two hand creams with the title Vanilla in them. I told her Ill try to find what Im referring to on my phone.I looked up and she walked away from the register as I tried to locate the item immediietly online for the name so that she could help me.I mean. ..I know I know that theyre about only two hand creams with the title Vanilla in them, thats not many?Would it have been so hard for her to assist me for just two minutes instead of disregarding me?No effort at all to help me locate the hand cream.I eventually ventured to the front of the store, and I asked the other young lady whos always helpful (Ill get her name next time so I can edit) and she knew instantly what I was referring to: Vanilla Buttercream.Maybe it was just a bad day for the original associate. 🤔

Love bath and body works but they need to update their times if they are not going to open at that time. Waiting more than 30 minutes after the store is supposed to open and its still not open. Please update your store times.

Love love love Bath and Body Works. So many variety of scents and aromas. I love the 3 wick candles, hand soap and aromatherapy products. I was pleasantly pleased to see more men products during my last visit. I have never left the store with one bag. Bath and Body Works is a very special store. I leave with a smile of satisfaction every time😄

I live going here during the buy three, getting three sale on lotions, spritz, and cream. I am able to stock up at half the price e. Shopping here during the holiday season is always a hit for those small gifts for coworkers and stocking stuffers. In addition, I also love when they have the sale on hand soap. Theres nothing like the invigorating scent while washing yours hands. Your guest will love it too!👍👍💖

Im very disappointed in BBW because theyve eliminated the products I really liked. Their shampoo was a must have. And lotions like the peppermint, has been discontinued. How many bottles of lotion can you keep buying? I dont need their candles.

Candles, candles and more candles...just LOVE BBW. If youre into loving the skin youre in then pay them a visit. Wonderful aromatherapy lotions, bath salts and shower gels. Variety of AWESOME smelling hand soaps. Staff always friendly and helpful.

I generally like this B&BW location. I always go here if I dont want to order online. To date I only had one issue with this location which is not bad considering I been shopping here since the 90s and the issue I had was when I asked the employee to check to see if they had a product I wanted in the back. Customers have the right to ask about additional stocking but it seems that she was taken a back by my question and did not want to do her job. She eventually went back there reluctantly and said they did not have it. To this day I dont believe that was true any way B&BW headquarters was very professional and corrected this issue and I was able to get the product I was looking for. So overall I would recommend this location they usually have what you are looking for and the staff for the most part are okay you may on occasion get that one employee that is less than professional.

Went there yesterday to look for some additional things to get to give my mom for her birthday.(which is today January 14th) There was a woman in the front named seanelle (African American with braids and wears glasses) that did not acknowledge me, extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable, act like she didn’t see me and did not want to be bothered. When people that were of Caucasian descent came in she goes “hello how are you today, may I help you” and attempted to interact with those certain groups of people. so I noticed that she was racist and shown signs of being discriminatory. Come to find out she is the manager. This store lost out on money and a customer because of someone so IGNORANT like that. ..I can’t help the color of my skin, I didn’t ask to be born. This is how GOD made me! Being racist is not going to help anyone. Just ashame. I read people oh so well. Would not come back here EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
