Agree, the pharmacy system is not good. They need an upgrade to notify the person picking up they need to speak for consultation. Pharmacy on break and we are at the mercy of one person with no back-up. They need to hire a back-up.
PROS: Tons of parking, place is clean inside, everything is organized, and the staff is very friendlyCONS: No self checkout counterOVERALL: Great place to stop in to get something on the fly
Dont waste your time here. Pharmacy team is incapable of running an insurance card. Called my company and know for a fact my medication was covered yet they could not figure it out. Had my doctor switch my script to the cvs down the street and got my medication covered by insurance without any headaches. Will also like to add in the staff are pretty rude. Steer clear of this location. Reached out to corporate to inform themOf the multiple disappointments I have had at this location and no response. So be warned of what you are getting yourself in to.
In efficient pharmacy staff
Deserves zero stars.
DONT ORDER PHOTOS/POSTERS FROM HERE!I order 6 posters online on September 26, I called 2 weeks later to see if it got there because online it said it arrived. They told me no and I continued to call every other day to check They would put me on hold and sometimes just hang up on me and say the posters weren’t there. Giving me attitude at times.I had to call Walgreens customer service, not the store. I guess she called the store and told them to check better and apparently the photos arrived on October 1st and they told me the posters were just very hidden and couldn’t see them. It was October 19th. Horrible service.
Pharmacy is a nightmare. Pharmacist had a very bad attitude. They could handle some situations nicer. Awful costumer service I recommend going to CVS!
Pharmacy manager is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. You guys need to do better. Learn how to treat patient that are sick better.
Employees are extremely rude and give major attitude. Do not come to this Walgreens!
The pharmacist who works here is rude and mean to customers and staff members. I arrived after leaving the ER for a 5mm kidney stone. I had been in severe pain throughout the day and previous night. Instead of the Walgreens staff taking time to assess and consider the situation, they did not listen to me, were dismissive and implied I would not get my medicine that day. I am giving one star instead of two because of previsous experiences with the pharmacist. I did receive my medication that day and with very little delay. However, the pharmacist should treat her staff and customers with more compassion. (Details below.)I told the pharmacy register employee that the hospital had electronically sent my prescriptions to them and provided a sheet showing the prescriptions. The staff member did not look at my paper, but she did ask the pharmacist if they had received any electronic orders. Without checking her records, the pharmacist harshly told the staff member that nothing had been sent. The young woman came to me and said they didnt have any electronic prescriptions and it would take hours to fulfill my medication. She seemed to imply I would be able to get the medication the next day and informed me they closed at 9pm. (It was around 6 or 6:30 pm.) I told her I could not wait that long for the pain medication.I started to explain again that the hospital electronically sent the prescriptions and tried to get her to look at my paperwork. She continued to state they had no prescriptions. I told them they were not listening to me, and I asked what I was supposed to do if the hospital told me the prescriptions were sent. For some reason, this helped them pay closer attention to what I was saying and caused the pharmacist to finally look at my paperwork. She then realized and stated she had gotten the prescriptions. Unfortunately for the staff member, the pharmacist acted like the young lady was the one who had given me misinformation.
Michelle and other pharmacy staff is a joke at this location. No one calls if there’s ever an issue. They refuse to call insurance companies to rectify issues that may arise. Michelle told me I have to wait until tomorrow for her to call insurance company having me right in front of her after receiving my prescription 48 hours prior. I said I’ll call them now. 5 mins later I have my prescription. It’s unbelievable how people don’t want to do their jobs anymore.
The workers at the Livingston Walgreens are great..especially Dan..he is always willing to go out of his way to help you and always has a smile on his face!!!
Couldnt do via their website so decided to write here for bad experience. I usually dont have an issue with this place. I was sick, in a rush, on break, and just wanted some gatorade. I walk in and the counter guy is sitting by the photo area talking loudly to someone stocking. whatever. Im walking to the counter with my drinks and when im there THEN he comes. Its not even busy, no line. I thought it was two at displayed price but it was with a walgreens card. I misread. He kept insisting I put in my number. I declined at least three times and decided to buy one. He didnt even explain what the price was about, assumed I had a walgreens card, and felt like he was pushing me into registering for one. Almost felt like he was laughing at me because I was declining a free offer. Ye, well, I can also choose to go to 7/11 and actually get two gatorades for $3 without a walgreens card too. thank you very much. This guy is a joke. Wheres the dude with the glasses. At least he always says hi at the door and doesnt do nothing at work
Not the best and cleanest
