We got our Covid vaccination there and I have to say that this pharmacy has a very competent and caring staff. The vaccination was nearly spot on with the appointet time schedule and the injection nearly not noticeable. The explanation of possible side effects was done in a matter of fact way and all in all I have to give a Great Job rating

They need more employees in this Rite Aid to assist you. There was only one lady working for all the customer.

When you go to the restroom, you’re supposed to take the key that’s hung next to the door. Well, I was not informed of that and someone walked in on me while I was on the toilet. I consulted the employees and they said “well you should have taken the keys”.I contacted corporate and they apologized and stated that they don’t have a policy that states that employees have to explain the restroom procedure.Therefore, in my opinion, they don’t care if people walk in on their customers while using the restroom. I think this contradicts their mission on providing a “caring moment”, as this experience is a definition far from caring. I will not be shopping at ANY Rite Aid from here on.

When I was shopping I slipped on the wet floor and the one of the male workers with glasses and dark hair proceeded to laugh at me and then accused me of stealing when I knocked over a rack, I then had to pay for the items I knocked over. They should have had a caution sign in the first place.

If I could give them a 0* I would. The pharmacy is suppose to close at 9pm on weekdays they had it all closed up in the front at 830-840 and then I went to the back drive thru the lady at the window told me to give her 5-10 mins she just got the prescription for my son. Waited in the parking lot. Literally 950 at the drive thru like the lady tells me and it’s all locked up no one even in pharmacy still. Even on the inside area. Terrible. No signs anywhere saying they close before the times listed on the hour signs. My son is server autistic I can’t not take him to stores.

Every single time I have gone to pick up a prescription it is not ready! I have always called it in several hours prior and confirmed the time it will be ready. It is SO BAD I am transferring my prescription else where... The convenience is NOT WORTH their terrible service/waiting.

Always clean...and the pharmacy is very speedy.

I have no problem picking up my prescriptions, they are always ready when they say they are. Keep up the good work Rite Aid pharmacy!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Overall Great Location and very convenient, especially with the drive thru pharmacy! What makes it even better is the good ol Thriftys Ice Cream!!!
