This particular location is very professional and friendly. I book their services for a full Brazilian wax. I went in today for the usual and was delighted with the services I received from the front desk (Brittney & Victoria).If you are new to waxing or are looking for a new technician I would HIGHLY recommend booking with Joanne. I was quite apprehensive about a wax because I had never undergone one but Joanne is absolutely amazing!! She made me feel very comfortable and prepared me every step of the way.

Since the very first visit, Vanessa has been professional, polite and has always done an amazing job. She is patient, detailed and delivers an almost painless service. The staff here is polite and the facility is very clean. I strongly recommend Vanessa, especially for your first Brazilian wax. She will make you feel very comfortable with her friendly personality! Everyone seems experienced here but she is the BEST! I travel 40 minutes to see Vanessa! She’s worth the trip.

I had great experience with my waxer Kathy she was very personable and made me feel very comfortable during my service. When I went to check out the receptionist Olivia had her mask down eating, was very pushy about me getting a wax pass then when I told her I would think about it she kind of dismissed me. Didn’t ask if I wanted to make my next appointment or anything so I paid for my service and left. Kathy was amazing but I felt mistreated by the receptionist so I don’t think I will be coming back to this center.

Went in for my first-ever brow wax and I was absolutely delighted. You need to text to check in upon arrival and then wait in your car until they tell you to come in the building. All employees are wearing masks and anyone entering the building is required to wear one as well. Reception will take your temperature when you formally check in. Rooms are sanitized before and after each client. Technicians use disposal equipment to ensure no contamination. I dont remember the employee that helped me but her attitude was simply delightful and extremely welcoming. I will definitely try to budget so I can come again LOL!

Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for my Brazilian or any other waxing needs. This place feels like home as soon as you walk in the staff who are led by the amazing Taylor are so courteous, warm and professional. I can only think of one time that there was a bit of a confusion in the scheduling of my appointment throughout the 3 years I have been a client and I was accommodated immediately. Seriously for any concerns I have ever had Taylor is readily available and demonstrates a perfect example of customer service every time. Highly recommend this location!

Love it there! Excellent place to get your Brazilian wax. The pearl wax they is so much better than that sugar wax at the Chinese. Ive been and will continue to recommend my friends there... once you go there youll never go back to the cheap wax place. The serum and the body scrub works wonders never got an ingrown hair! Need it say more loooove it!🙂

EWC has preform waxing services on me for several years now. I connected with Vanessa in 2017 at another EWC center. Since our first visit she has been nothing but professional, gentle and thorough. She performs such an amazing job that I travel 30 mins for to see her for my Brazilian, underarm and eyebrow waxing. The Livingston location is very clean, organized and always on time. The ladies at the front desk always make you feel welcome. Although we are faced with this unfortunate Covid-19 pandemic, EWC Livingston ensure safety with temperature checks and no wait time so you dont have to sit in the waiting area. At any given time you will see the receptionist sanitizing the front desk counter. It is always a pleasure to visit this location. I strongly recommend Vanessa, especially for your Brazilian wax.

Will definitely be back. This was my first time, Selina made it not awkward at all,the wax didnt hurt, everything was very clean and professional, no in grown hairs afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

I have had waxing for many years. I discovered EWC Livingston and was utterly amazed at the cleanliness and efficiency. Unlike other waxing places, they Change sticks with every swipe! My waxer was quick,thorough and painless. The front desk was on top of my check in and check out. I never have to wait, but be on time!!! Staff was so nice and accommodating.I really didn’t want to write this review cause I don’t want everyone to know how great it is so I can still get an appointment. Lol

I only booked one appointment with Demi and she was phenomenal but these receptionists are so stupid, they lie to people, and they like to put non-existant appointments on people’s accounts to prevent them from booking online in advance. They have such bad attitudes and don’t want to help you at all, especially Ashanti. I only went here once and I only made an appointment one time. I got a call today saying I was on “walk in basis for six months” due to these receptionists mistake. Their OWN mistake. They put the blame on everyone else when they don’t want to admit they’re wrong. That place really needs to have their managers teach these receptionists not to play with peoples accounts then maybe this won’t happen again. I’m sure they’ve done this to other people before. Worst receptionists ever.

The most friendly workers at this EWC location ! I’ve been to other EWC locations but nothing compares to the workers and staff at the Livingston location.

Never in my life had I experienced customer service so mortifying or degrading as I did today at the location in Livingston, NJ. I have spent thousands of dollars at EWC. I literally purchase unlimited wax passes for two services for the last two or three years, which if you are a customer you know isn’t cheap. This location failed to tell me that my Brazilian was expiring in November the last time I went in October. Side note: I traveled 30 mins to this location because my waxer who I have been going to for years switched to this location. So let’s not forget the inconvenience of travel, but I did so because I have been loyal to her and the company in general. Well I go to check out, only $55 cash on me, $20 of which I had already placed in an envelope to give to my waxer as gratuity. I was advised by the receptionist that my one package was valid but the other had expired the month before which I was never notified about and would have simply renewed prior to it’s expiration as I have done multiple times in the past. I informed her I didn’t have my card on me as I didn’t think I’d have to pay anything but tip and all I had left was $35 cash because the other cash I had I tipped my waxer. I asked her if I could simply go home and then call her with my card information and set up a new unlimited package for the service that was expired. The receptionist contacted the manager and literally in front of everyone the manager said she could not let me leave there without some type of “collateral”. I said what does that even mean? All I have is $35 and I live 30 mins away and would be truly inconvenienced to leave some type of collateral, treating me as I am some type of degenerate. In front of everyone she made take the gratuity out of the envelope so that I had the $54 to pay for the service. I have never been more humiliated despite years of my business and thousands of dollars spent, and for their own mistake of not informing me of the expired package. I hope that $54 was worth losing a customer. I will never go to that location again and will finish out my one package somewhere else and possibly find a new company for waxing services. Additionally, I will tell anyone I know to avoid that location.
