Everyone was super friendly from check in to the overall visit. Stephanie was very good and answered a lot of questions I had. Ken doesnt remember who did the first part of his exam, but he was pleased as well. Andi was great as usual and Dr. Assay was really nice and friendly.

Have been seeing Dr Kirk for four years now. He always gives practical advice and never pushes products off on clients simply to sell something. His employees are polite and helpful every step of the way.

Wonderful reception by Stevie who even laughed at my little joke. Excellent evaluation by Stephanie with whom I felt very comfortable. I appreciated the quick and thorough examination by Dr. Asay. My only complaint is the robo-voiced reminder I received a day or two before my appointment. Id much prefer a less mechanical way of verifying a scheduled appointment.

Everything about my visit was first class, including the friendly, competent staff, the very short wait to see the doctor, and the spacious, impressive facility, and Dr. Kirk won my trust at once and took the time to fully answer my questions. If I could give more than five stars I would.

I truly do not know how they have an almost 5 star rating?! I guess if you don’t mind waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to and HOUR AND A HALF then you wouldn’t mind this place. Every, single time I have been here, which is many of times in the last year due to a neurologist requests, I have never EVER made it out of here in a timely manner. One time I was here for 3 and a half hours. The team here is great, but not worth the wait. Sorry guys, Im just being honest. Not everyone wants to wait all day, neither do we have the time in this day and age. If you can’t handle the amount of clients you have, then don’t overbook yourselves!

Over many, many years Dr. Kirk and staff have provided a very caring expertise in eye care for which I am most thankful. I look forward to these annual check ups and have a deep trust and appreciation for this team of healthcare professionals.

The eye technicians were very helpful and professional. I didn’t like being put in that small uncomfortable examination room. Not what my former experiences have been. My new doctor seemed rushed and impersonal. He quickly tested my eyes. Said that I might not be be able to wear contacts. Didn’t offer a contact solution. Seemed unfamiliar with contact options. Rushed out and left me to have my questions and concerns answered by the technician. Also when I made my appointment, no one advised me that my insurance for contacts or glasses wasn’t effective until April 1. Overall, not the total care I am accustomed to. I miss Dr. Colvin.

Loved this place. Kimberly, the tech was very helpful and made the process easier. The areas are very clean and I would recommend this Eye Center to everyone.

I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time. The lady who checked me out, thought I has to pay a specialist co-pay of $45, when I called United Healthcare, and the man there said for a routine eye exam, they paid 100%. The lady who checked me out, needs to be trained better.

Everyone here is wonderful and they take extra care to minimize risk of covid transmission. I had my yearly eye exam, was given my new prescription and had my existing glasses adjusted. Very efficient and very friendly.

Early this year I finally broke denial habit of wearing cheater glasses and went to KEC. Everyone was helpful and very patient with all my sceptical ideas about wearing full time glasses.My first pair I had doubts about. Being my first pair at 60 yr old I asked others. I was told go back to voice concerns.I did with understanding and willingness to help me and was refitted and given a updated exam to confirm correct vision.I admit the second pair is better and I love wearing my new glasses daily.Everything looks so much better..😎KEC IS GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL.Helped me with cooperation and kindness every step of my issues. I was made aware by my wife that her 88 yr old mother had to wait outside under a shade tree to wait wait for her husbands appt to be completed. She waited outside 3 hrs...in 90+ degree heat! They (staff) could have given her a mask and have her sit in the waiting room! Are there any sensible people out there anymore?

Kirk Eye Center is really amazing. This is the second patient I have taken there, and both felt extremely cared for and relaxed because they felt all the staff was so professional. Costs are amazing, both for service and prescriptions. My grandson had been to two other medical docs (not ophthalmologists) who gave him antibiotics, but neither visit produced any results. Its been just a few days, and his eye problem is already improving greatly. I would recommend this facility, its doctors and its staff to everyone.

I have been going here for many years. The front office staff is amazing(and always has been), but I had the worst yearly eye appointment I have ever had today. Not only was I seeing a doctor I had never met (after I was NOT informed my doctor had left until the appointment reminder), but he was also not nice. AT ALL. He did not introduce himself(thank goodness I could read his name tag, so I know which doctor to avoid in the future), he did not ask my name or who I was, and he did not even make simple conversation with me. All he did was come in, ask What are you in for today, take some measurements, and leave. He acted absolutely standoffish and seemed to only care about getting the job done quickly instead of the fact that I was paying (out-of-pocket, no less) to have my eyes checked. I loved Kirk Eye Center, but I am never going back after today.

I came for a checkup but had a few questions about eye related issues I have had in the past. Andi took the time to explain and educate me. She truly knows her stuff and has a passion for her job. I really appreciate the doctors and staff at Kirk Eye Center. From the moment I’m greeted by the front desk I feel cared for by everyone I come into contact with. I really love that they now have a Dry Eye clinic that has a holistic approach in addition to the medical approach. For the first time in years I have found relief for my dry eyes. As expected my visit was a pleasant one. The very long wait to see the doctor after I was seated in the examining chair was a surprise, but it didnt disrupt my day. Once the doctor arrived and explained the delay things went fine.

I didn’t start wearing glasses until I got to college so I’m pretty particular about the frames I choose. I also am a poor student 😂 Kirk’s optical was able to help me find frames in my budget and the prescription is great! Now I can see everything I need to see at school and look great at the same time!

I went to Dr. Kirk a month ago and saw him for allergies with my Eyes. He recommended I get my kids eyes checked. I Made appointments for my kids the following month. And I’m so happy I did. My sons vision was perfect, but my daughter needed glasses. He answered, all my questions, and explained everything, to my kids. We were able,to get set up, at a reasonable cost. So grateful we went to him. Will be recommending him.

Today was my routine check up -which the previous 2 visits had been covered by United Healthcare eye plan. With the same coverage plan - Today at check out - $141.00 up charge for medically checking cataracts. I was told there was no change in my eye in regards to cataracts.Not pleased with extra bill and weak explanation. Inform patients before upcharging.
