30 minutes before they were closing on a Saturday, I went in because I lost my glasses. They were great, never rushed me to find replacement frames, were so patient as I tried to find something I could live with. Got the glasses ordered-- so relieved! - then got home to find my lost glasses. Monday morning a refund was processed. Great service! Cant thank you enough for your good work.

I just picked up my new glasses from Amy in the Loveland office and they are great! We spent the extra to get the premium lenses through Shamir and are they ever worth it! Perfect vision, perfect fit! I couldnt ask for a better pair of lenses or fit and the optician was the reason. Go see Amy, she will do a great job for you!

This place is great they were so patient (I was there for 2 hrs. trying to make my mind up) and helpful while I was trying to choose glasses. Every single employee from Troy and Mike (newer guy) and the front staff helped in breaking down cost and what they were doing each step of the way. They had several different options plus 40% off on my second pair.

I had used this Pearl Vision office before for my last glasses. My family started using another doctor in Fort Collins, so I used this new doctor for my most recent exam. The new Maui Jim prescription glasses just werent right. I went back to the new doctor who really didnt change my prescription. I then paid for a second opinion from the Pearl Vision doctor, and they replaced my Maui Jims for no extra cost... They are perfect. I will not be going back to the high-priced Fort Collins doc!

Great staff and GREAT service!Recently I ruined my only pair of RX polarized sunglasses-less than two weeks before leaving for a scuba diving trip where I would be on the water every day for a couple of weeks. Sunglasses with my RX in them are an absolute necessity! I was pretty certain that there was no way I would be able to get replacement sunglasses before leaving! I went in to Pearle Vision on a Monday afternoon and was able to pick out a fantastic pair of RayBans and had new sunglasses by that Friday afternoon! Thats four days later, folks! Amazing!!I have literally waited months for glasses/sunglasses at other optical places. The best part was that I didnt have to settle for something that I didnt love, just to get by. At Pearle Vision, Loveland, I picked out a RayBan frame that I love AND got the exact lenses (lens tint color and progressive lenses) that I wanted! I couldnt be more thrilled!On both the Monday and the Friday, I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The staff was incredibly pleasant, reassuring, and professional. Something that was extremely stressful for me became a non-issue. Many thanks to all the staff! Ill be back!

I went to Pearle for a 2:00pm appt and walked out with a brand new pair of glasses by 3:30pm the same afternoon! Everyone at this location was so lovely—from the woman I spoke with when I called to make the appointment, to the man who did my pretesting, the doctor, the woman who helped me when I selected a pair of glasses, and the man who makes the glasses in their in house lab! I was treated so kindly by everyone and they truly made my day as I’m impatient and LOVED getting my glasses same day. I would recommend them to anyone!

First time to Pearle Vision and I will definitely be back. The staff was amazing and so nice. Dr. McClure was quick, but not in a rude way. Typically at other offices you are placed in a room and wait 5-10 minutes before the doctor comes in, but not here! Dr. McClure listened to me when I told her I had a hard time driving at night, and this has been an issue for me for the last 7 years. Troy was fantastic at helping me with purchasing new frames. He genuinely seemed interested in what I was looking for and let me take my time trying on frames without hovering over me. I will continue going to this location as long as I live in Northern CO.

Both me and my wife went here to get glasses (Updating mine, first time for my wife) and every time went here everyone was always super friendly and didnt have a problem getting to know me or my wife and recommend glasses accordingly to what we do for a living. They also have adjusted our glasses multiple times until we were 100% satisfied with they sit on our face. They even let me select another set of glasses out( because I was and idiot and did have my wife come with me and tell if they looked good on me) for free. I would highly recommend them to anyone and they do accept Gaurdian vison insurance as well.

Mike at the front desk was extremely nice and got me checked in and screened in no time. Dr. Hamer did a great job and explained what he was doing, and why he was doing it the entire time. Nedra got me set up with an awesome pair of glasses as well as some prescription sunglasses. I would highly recommend the crew at Pearle Vision Loveland.

I found the whole experience to be personable and professional. Amy handled much of my visit. The Optometrist was also professional and patient (she answered all my questions). She provided me with an image of my eyes and discussed their health in relative detail. I was also impressed by the selection of frames (I found one I actually like - not ones I will simply accept). I feel It was a good value purchase. I will return for the next pair.

I had 2 pairs of mail order glasses where the prescriptions were not right. Nedra and Dr. McClure were able to trouble shoot the problem quickly, professionally and thoroughly. The problem was determined to be an issue with the progressive lenses and a refraction error in my right eye. They both explained what the problem was without laying blame on the previous providers. The staff here is very knowledgeable about their products and really provided excellent recommendations such that informed decisions could be easily made. They said my glasses would be ready in 7-10 days and they were ready in 5 days! Highly recommend them and they really did exceed my expectations.

Purchased new prescription glasses here. Good range of glasses frames to choose from.The staff had knowledge of their products. The staff were pretty friendly as well. It took about a week to have my order ready.So far, I am happy with the services.

My prescription was difficult because of an eye surgery gone wrong. I bought my frames at Pearl Vision which were sent off with my prescription to be filled. When they came back it was hard to see out of them. Troy Richmond was very accommodating and sent them back, requesting a redo with more reading in the lens. That didn’t work either. He went to his manager who worked with Troy to again, and send back my glasses with more instructions. They came back a 3rd time and I was able to tell his efforts had solved the problem. Troy was very patient and determined to help me get things right. I appreciate very much the efforts he made for me to be happy with the final outcome.

The office was very clean and equipment was cleaned before and after I was seated to use it. The optometrist was very informative, professional, and friendly.Amy, who fitted my glasses was superb. She took her time and got a good fit for me and got the bifocal where it needed to be, low enough that I could use that section without having to raise my head.I have been to one other Pearle Vision in another state. Wow, what a difference. Pearle Vision in Loveland was great. Thank you to all staff and to Amy.

Eye doctor was very professional and gave a lot of health information on my eyes. And Amy was amazing and very helpful in helping me pick frames and the fitting when they came in.

They are always so friendly and attentive. They explain everything from fees to changes in prescription. They explain why my eyes are the way they are and never complain about adjustments or questions.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I got bifocals for the first time. They werent working. I called and the lady was rude and hung up on me, I went in and they realized the prescription was wrong. Sent them back. Took almost a month to get the new glasses and they still didnt work. They let is slip that the prescription was wrong from the beginning. Owner promised to work with me and give me some kind of compensation/refund for all the troubles I had. Called to work that out and they offered me another pair of glasses when the first pair werent working for me either. Returned the glasses and am still waiting 2 weeks later for them to mail a check back to me. Bunch of run around and I still dont have glasses or my money back. Dont give them a 2nd Chance to screw it up totally like I did.

Spend the extra money on your lenses everything they offer is worth every penny. Especially the transitional lenses, they make are nice pair of glasses into sleek sophisticated sunglasses. LOVE this place. It started with the woman at reception (super nice, I did not get her name, though), bringing me back and giving me the EASIEST eye puff test ever, to the point where that agonizing moment before the blast hits your eye didnt even register with me and it was over in an instant (you know what Im talking about- we all hate it). My eye doctor (I also cannot recall his name, but I believe it was Dr. Pete?) was phenomenal, took the time to explain things to me in an easily understood way and was incredibly personable. He made me feel comfortable and genuinely took the time to answer my questions and talk to me about my vision.When I needed to look at eyeglasses, though, thats when I really understood the level of customer service the Loveland location operates at. Troy was the one who helped me find my perfect pair and he was AMAZING. He was kind, friendly, extraordinarily helpful, and he fixed up my current glasses, too, which were in pretty sad shape. He made sure the glasses I got would fit perfectly, and took the time to listen to my concerns. Lori (sp?), was also a dime and just so darn sweet.Great staff, they all very clearly get along with each other and theyre all there to help make pesky things like eye appointments and glasses simple, quick and fun.Thank you folks at Loveland Pearle Vision! :)

Initially Ive had a rather uncomfortable and poor customer service experience. that may have just been totally circumstantial. However one thing that always impresses me is how well a business or a manager can do customer service recovery. It is the hardest thing to do. Greg did an amazing job with that. I have been to many eye doctors and I would have to say this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had. The doctor actually talked and helped me understand what was going on with my eyes instead of the “well you need glasses here’s your prescription “. The staff there are also awesome, friendly and funny. They also accepted my vision insurance for the doctor and getting my glasses/contacts also. I have been to many places where it’s either, or and not both.Thanks guys!

Had a great experience at the local Loveland Pearl Vision Store. I have a difficult prescription that requires expertise and knowledge. I was able to confirm up front that they could indeed fill my prescription. They provided personal assistance in picking out new frames and answered every question cheerfully. Glasses came in early and when I picked them up they took extra care to make sure they fit properly and then reviewed the warranty. All in all, this was a welcome experience in quality customer service.

I purchased 2 pair of glasses a couple of weeks ago and can see much better than what I was. I work with the public and get compliments all through the day of how great they look. I dont hesitate to let them know where I got them and about the service I received which was personalized, professional and precise! Thank you Pearle Vision I intend on returning!

We decided to try Pearle Vision this year after a horrible experience with different eye doctor. I wish I could rate Pearle Vision 10 stars.... The doctor has been AMAZING with my son. She goes above and beyond to take that extra step to help. The office staff is so kind and friendly as well! I would highly recommend this location!

Tell you what, I don´t usually write reviews but, my experience with Pearle Vision has been excellent! I first bought glasses from them about a year ago and they were extremely helpful and made sure I left with lenses that I really liked. Then a couple of weeks ago I had some new lenses ordered in and I´ve been having trouble getting down to Loveland. After calling them Regina told me she can bring them up to Fort Collins so that I have an easier time getting them replaced. Awesome! Great people here.

I brought my daughter here after a super frustrating experience at the Target Eye Center. Our experience was great! The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and thorough, and we loved Dr. Jackson. They were very helpful in helping my 11 year old daughter choose the perfect frames (picky middle schooler) and even got online to find and order a special frame for her.They had said 7-10 days for the special frames, but we received them in just 4. Picking them up was quick and simple and they were super helpful in making sure the fit was correct, etc.I highly recommend Pearl Vision of Loveland. We’re happy and won’t be going any place else.

I would give my overall experience half of a star if I could. The staff was not welcoming at all, the eye doctor during the exam had an annoyed tone the entire time and was not very patient. The prices are high, which would be fine if the service made up for it. But they definitely didn’t. Won’t be returning and I’ll make sure my friends and family don’t as well.

I went last week to my regular eye dr to have an exam and order a pair of glasses. Upon arriving to my appt, that I waited several months for, I was subsequently told I was not on their schedule for that day and would have to reschedule. And of course their first available appointment was several months out, again. I called Pearle Vision, desperate for help, and they were able to get me in the next day! When I went to that appointment the next day everyone was so friendly, so professional, and without Reginas help I would have never been able to choose a frame, as I always suck at picking a frame for my face! I was so pleased with my experience that day I ended up switching my kiddos dr and bringing them all in for appointments this week for their glasses for school! And I was highly impressed again! Thank you Regina and everyone else at pearle vision for the great standard of care!

Initially I thought the staff was fantastic. Upon sequential visits I found the staff to be rude and uncustomer friendly for no other reason than they made a few mistakes. My lenses were measured incorrectly and with the wrong prescription. With my glasses being remade for a third time, the dr requested that they be remeasured to insure a proper fit. The front office staff did not. When I requested that they be expedited, the front office staff refused, stateing we would rather they be right that fast. Well that my be true, but they were wrong the first 2 times, whats going to be different the third other than maybe they received the correct information to make them this time? I cant even describe my disappointment after spending hundreds of dollars on a product that should be in hand and improving my life, that after a month I am still waiting.

Make sure you get all details of your cost. They rip you off by hidden fees. Get it all in writing, they will rip you off. Doctor was great and knew her stuff. The sales staff if there to make money not help you.

I have worn glasses all my life until about 10 yrs ago, had lasik surgery and I noticed my right eye bothering me. Schedule an appointment and I am glad I did. The staff was very professional and attentive to my needs. The Doctor was very knowledgeable, very impressed with my visit. She explained to me that I needed to get rest and that she noticed that I have alot of stress jus from the exam. So I stopped going to pearl vision for so many reason the doctors in the Greeley location were always amazing but the stores staff always lacked friendly faces and customer service when the Greeley store closed I vowed never to go there again but recently my sons glasses were damaged and sense I paid for a replacement plan I thought i might as well use it but once again I got screwed I went in and they said I didn’t purchase a replacement plan so i didn’t argue I just need my son to have his glasses but they said pick out some frames and they would try to work out a deal with me but then came to say my son needed a new prescription before they could do anything my son needs to see a specialist for his prescription so it will take a couple of weeks to get him in now my son will be with out glasses that means strain and headaches I would have paid full price for a pair and bought him new knee when the new prescription came in but they are in willing to help and on top of all this I came home searched through papers and found my receipt and I did purchase a plan and was denied my repair this establishment is horrible and I would recommend no one take their business here

My glasses were damaged. I took them in and the lady fixed them right up for me. The rest of the staff there were friendly as well.
